Hard to say, because her attraction is so emotionally attuned from what we've read. I imagine someone hale and hearty, with a lot to bite into. Good-looking is a big, big bonus.

That she frequents their routines. She wants to insert them into their routines so that she can assist with anything. It seems like a stalker-y behaviour, and likely is, but she likes feeling like she can be helpful.
