do you have lore for your ATLA insert? how did she meet Iroh? (also are you okay with sharing etc, I would love to discuss Iroh since I also ship with him but I get it if you aren’t)

[ i'm totally fine with other iroh self-shippers! unironically i love mashing up my ocs with others ocs into an entirely new canon. now, as for sakari's lore...]

　︵　⠀beginning: sakari was born into the southern watertribe, a nonbender born to two waterbending parents. despite this, her parents were very loving, raising her to be a polite and caring young lady. she was an only child, spending her time extensively learning her culture's folklore and traditions, until the fire nation attacked.

　︵　⠀capture: sakari was captured as a "gift" from ozai to iroh. realizing he was loosing his grip on zuko as he grew closer to iroh, ozai decided he needed a way to keep his brother under his thumb. thus, sakari was taken from her village, with both of her parents being killed.

　︵　⠀meeting iroh: when ozai presented the 13 year old as a bride for iroh, he was shocked and horrified. however, through the threats of harm to both sakari and zuko, as well as abusing the love iroh still held onto for ozai, ozai was able to force iroh into a marriage with sakari.

[ this is just the beginning of her lore, i have a few fics planned for the future if anyone is interested. thank u so much for the ask anon, sorry it took me so long to answer! ]
