Alastor was so accustomed to taking care of Charlie, and truthfully between the messy fawn and his messy ladybug, he still found himself with the ‘clean your face’ dad instinct. The annoying, disgusting parent habit of how they seemed to do it. Sighting the left over gravy sullying her cheeks from the bisque, he tuts and licks his handkerchief. That handkerchief was smearing her face, as if he couldn’t have used water. Why don’t they ever fucking use water?? “Clean as a whistle! Oh, I’m making just a simple bisque! Don’t want to overwhelm it in spice given how weak Lucifer’s stomach is.” Her nose scrunched up as her cheek was cleaned, groaning, "Ewwwww, did you have to lick it?" It was kind of endearing for him to clean her up- could've spared the saliva though.
