Perimedes is one generation older than Telemachus. (Maaaybe two depending on his age compared to Tele and at what point in the generation label they were born.)

In a cut song, Perimedes says "yeet," which is Gen Z slang.

Therefore, it makes perfect sense in Epic canon for Telemachus to use Gen Alpha slang.
