✰ RECORD BOY
miles morales loves music but he loves you more. genre: fluff
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
warnings: rio and me are married (correction: every person with the last name 'morales' is married to me) a/n: dont come at me yes i know his birthday was a week ago but i had this idea and i just 😭 i had to write it plus i didnt give him a proper happy birthday so 😢 pretend i posted this on his actual birthday ALSO RIO CONTENT YAYAAYAYAY
one of maye's personal favorites :D
e1610 miles had been your boyfriend for a while, and today was his special day. you contemplated for a while what your gift would be for him. he was the best you've ever had. of course he deserved the best gift ever. sooner or later, the answer was given to you.
—you politely knocked on the door of the morales household with a box wrapped in wrapping paper and tied with a bow. specifically black and red, cause y'know. rio opened the door and a smile lit up on her face. not like the sarcastic one she had when she first met you.
"hi, hun. you here for miles?"
as you stepped in, the room smelled of vanilla and ink? weird combo, yeah? "mhm, just wanted to swing by and say a quick 'happy birthday' to him."
"oh, that's sweet. he's in his room. ¿quieres un cupcake?" "oh! n-no, gracias."
considering how often you visited miles, you tended to pick up some spanish from his mom, which she gladly taught you. rio treated you like you were a close friend, which made miles happy to say the least. "i see your spanish has improved."
"yeah, thanks ms. morales." "of course! you're special person in my son's life, i owe it to you."
♡ well, you thought that was a little too high of a praise. it felt like the morales' were givers. like if someone were to do something for them which they said was small or no big deal, they would take it to an extent. it's something you would think about time to time. nonetheless, they were grateful of how trusting you were.
you pushed the cracked door of miles' room and found him where he always was—at his desk drawing in his sketchbook with his headphones on, humming along. you wonder how hard you fell for him when you first met.
you tapped his shoulder lightly, disturbing his quote on quote singing, he smiled brightly when he saw you. "hey, love."
he engulfed you into a big hug. his shirt was cozy and he smelled sweet. "baby! you came!"
"of course i did! how could i miss your birthday?" "you missed valentines day-" "hush."
miles clearly eyed the box as you asked him how he was doing. he gave short answers and sometimes ask you to repeat what you said. you sighed with a playful smile, "you wanna know what's in the present, don't you?"
"yes pleaseee."
you two sat on his bed and miles gently untied the bow and ripped the wrapping paper. the look on his face once he saw what was inside was nothing short of surprise. you smiled as he looked over to you with a shocked face. "you're serious?"
"uh huh. happy birthday, spidey."
♡ you went down to the record store and bought roughly around half a hundred worth of albums. of course knowing miles loves music basically to death, you knew all of his favorite artists. tyler the creator, brent faiyaz, pinkpantheress, bryson tiller, sza, to name a few. you had to get him albums for his record player.
miles sighed and changed his tone into somewhat more whiney as he put his head on you lap. "noo, don't do this to me, amor. i can't accept these."
"too bad, accept them." "but i don't even use my record player anymore! i know you are not out here buying me $20 albums on vinyl, ma." "it's fine, i'll make back the money. and let's put that record player to good use, yeah?" "... god, i love you and your persistence. makes you hotter in my opinion." "that's cause i know what you like."
♡ you took him to the rooftop and danced with him until sunset where you just sang songs together. it was the best birthday miles had so far, spending it with his favorite person. that person used to be a stranger.
"happy birthday, my record boy♡"

hi! figured i’d send in a little prompt if that’s okay, hope your writer’s block gets a little better :))
82. “I’ve been so horny all day.” for Steve if that’s alright! (up to you whether he or reader is saying it teehee)
ty in advance and have a lovely day <3
Tumblr media
my blog is 18+
“You’re doing it again.”
Steve’s huff of breath leaves his nose loudly, glancing out of the corner of your eye, you find him banging his forehead lightly against the door frame. He mumbles something that sounds like sorry and spins on his heels, his socked feet slipping on the hardwood floors as the blue shirt disappears around the corner. Your mouth twists as you do your best to ignore his ass in the tight green athletic shorts.
His woodsy cologne lingers, just as it has all day upon every interruption, mixing with the candle you have lit that’s supposed to smell like rain and autumn leaves. Remnants of your grilled cheese Steve brought you hours ago crumble on a plate, your fingers reach for an open bag of Sour Patch Kids as you click and unclick your pen. Popping a green one in your mouth, your lips pucker as you hum around the tart candy, highlighting a quote.
Tangerine squares paint the floor of your living room, slanting and elongating more and more as the sun shifts, you smile at another quote from the director, making a comment in your notebook as you sit up. Propped onto your knees now, you quietly sing along to Frank Sinatra as your fingers hover over the piles of papers littered around you, searching for one in particular to make another note on.
Steve can’t fucking take this.
He leans against the center island of the kitchen, watching as your nose wrinkles when you go back to reading. You tap the pen to your lips as they move, reading out loud to yourself as your eyebrows furrow together. You're lit up in oranges and golds, his shirt and a pair of biker shorts so how could anyone blame him when he returns to the living room after barely five minutes since you told him he was doing it again.
This time, as he quietly enters, you don’t say anything, eyes bouncing between the book and where your pen moves rapidly across the lined paper.
Steve’s presence is all consuming, especially when he sits on you. His legs straddle your hips, thumbs softly rubbing at your lower spine and your head falls forward in a moan and he bites the inside of his cheek behind you at the sound. Steve presses a little harder, massaging up your spine as you go back to reading.
The vinyl record crackles, Steve’s humming mixing with the scratch of your pen. You reach your fingers over your shoulder, holding a blue candy up to him - his favorite and your least - as you start telling him all about something you’re excited for in class. You light up when you talk about your project, about future ones, about an interesting fact you just read and so really, truly, no one can blame him for what he does next.
Steve’s lips brush behind your ear, his nose skimming down the curves of it as his hands grip at your hips. Your breathy gasp of air is the only encouragement he needs to take it further. He nips at the dip of your neck where it meets the collar of his shirt, mumbling into your skin, “You’re so hot, you’ve been driving me crazy. I’ve been so horny all day.”
Your laugh makes his lips twitch against your shoulder blade, he whines at your teasing and the layer of fabric between him and your skin, “Babe.”
“I’m sorry, Steve, I had no idea unwashed hair and studying did it for you.” You pop another candy in your mouth, trying your best to ignore the way he feels against your ass.
He squeezes at your sides, fingers curling around your hip and he tugs lightly, huffing out of his nose again. “You’re so focused, and smart, and passionate, and you look so cute when you’re singing,” he kisses over and over, up and down your neck, smiling as you tuck your chin down and squirm underneath him, “And you did that little dance when I brought you food, and I heard you in here grumbling about too many blue ones too yourself and-”
“Well there are too many blue ones.” You frown, biting your lip as his fingers roam higher against your side, warm pads pressing lightly to your soft skin.
Steve smiles and only hums in response, feeling how you circle your hips back against him. He’s not even sure you realize you did it and he knows you’re just as worked up as he is. Your yelp is cute when he smacks one of your ass cheeks, grabbing as much as he can as he groans in fake annoyance, “And then, you’re lying here all damn day, with this ass in the air. What’s a guy to do, huh?”
Your giggle cuts off as he ruts himself into you, hands sliding up and up and up until his weight is against your back. His fingers run down your arms, lacing with yours as he presses them down into the soft carpet. Steve rolls his hips, lips soft against your temple and then your cheek as your eyelashes flutter closed.
“Hmm?” He hums into your jaw, “I asked you a question, pretty girl, gonna answer me?”
Steve’s breath is hot against your neck, one of his hands releases yours, traveling back down your body, skimming the band of your shorts and tugging, snapping it against your hip as he pushes himself into your ass harder.
“St-Steve.” Your back arches as his name leaves you in a breath, your cheek presses to the carpet, exposing more of your neck for him to assault with this tongue and teeth.
He nips at your ear, thick fingers pushing past the lace he finds as his hand curls around to your front. He chuckles into your hair as his fingers meet your slit, wet for him already. His tone condescending, “I don’t think that answered my question, what’s the matter babe? A little kissing and teasing and that big brain is already empty, yeah?”
Your clit throbs at his words, fingers curling and gripping for purchase in the threads of the carpet. The whine that leaves your lips is pathetic, rolling your hips back in search for more.
His hand is gone faster than you can respond, both on your waist and flipping you before your eyes are blinking up at him dazed. Steve’s hands hold yours above your head, both of your chests heaving as he hovers over your lips. He ruts himself into you and you know that asshole isn’t wearing boxers. His length barely separated from where you both want it, twitches against you, felt through the thin layers.
His mouth parts yours softly, tongue slipping over yours a little filthy. Rolls of hips and noses nudged into cheeks, he kisses you like he’s wanted to all day. He only pulls away when he needs air, smiling as you whine and loop your hands around his neck, lifting and following him.
His hair falls over his forehead, the orange and pink sunset coming in cuts across his eyes making them golden, his cheeks a complimenting tint that grows darker as he takes in your face too. He lets his top lip skim your bottom one again in a soft and brief pass, hands squeezing at your waist. Who’s he kidding, teasing you and trying to be all suave - Steve doesn’t even remember his middle name with the way you’re looking at him.
His breath falls against your lips as he pleads rather than commands.
“Can I fuck you so good all the studying you did today was for nothing?”

Hi darling!🩷 I wanted to request a snowmance.
So a bit about me: I’m an introvert, I’m kind of a bookworm o love love reading, I’m always learning small facts and always spewing them out in the most random moments. I’ve always been told that I’m nicer than I look (I think that this is because I have a rbf and a dark aesthetic) I love animals in general, if it was for me I would have a farm with cats, dogs, raccoons, etc. I’m always browsing for new playlists to fit each of my moods and I’m a firm believer that whatever your mood is taylor swift has a song for it.
Ayyyy, thank you so much for requesting, Yas! ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

ˋ°•*⁀➷ REGULUS BLACK / SPENCER REID
Tumblr media
Okay, so I see you best with Spencer and Regulus....
You and Spencer would be the ultimate "brainy introvert" power couple! Like, the two of you cozied up in a quiet corner of a coffee shop, a pile of books between you, Spencer tapping away at a crossword while you dig into the latest novel or one of his many interesting titbits about astronomy. *⋆⭒˚.⋆🪐 ⋆⭒˚.⋆*
Spencer would totally appreciate your endless curiosity and love for random facts, and he’d definitely notice and quietly admire your dark aesthetic and that RBF – a sharp contrast to your sweet personality. Imagine him, nervously yet fondly, slipping you playlists he made just for you, filled with carefully selected songs he thinks you'd like based on your mood and your love for Taylor Swift (though he’d probably sneak in a few classical pieces as well). ( ≧ᗜ≦)
You’d be the pair always gently teasing each other, exchanging facts that neither of you realized you both knew. Together, you’d be the sweetest, quietest, and smartest team ever, low-key saving the world in your own way – one book, one fact, and one cuddle session at a time. (ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ꕤ.゚
Tumblr media
You and Regulus would be pure goth academia couple vibes, like a match straight out of a perfectly moody novel. Regulus would totally get that dark aesthetic of yours and find it utterly captivating; he’d be drawn to the mysterious allure of your RBF and intrigued by how sweet you truly are once he gets to know you. (..◜ᴗ◝..)
You’d have the dreamiest late-night chats, sitting by the fireplace at Black Manor with your cats nestled on his lap, Regulus softly flipping through his well-worn copies of magical theory books as he listens to you share another random fun fact. ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡
Together, you’d have a quiet understanding, an almost telepathic way of exchanging looks across the room when things get too loud or chaotic. ( ͡º ꒳ ͡º)
And playlists? Regulus would be right there with you, finding old records to match your every mood, probably quoting poetry as he hands you a new Taylor Swift vinyl, saying he knew it was “your vibe.” (⸝⸝ᵕᴗᵕ⸝⸝)
People would call you both the mysterious power couple with endless depth, and it’s safe to say Regulus would fall hard for your gentle, quirky heart.

When We Talk-Clegan
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: a FaceTime call between the two while Bucky does her makeup. (trans!mtf!bucky)
WC: 1,300
C/W: None?
MOTA Masterlist!
Tumblr media
Bucky leaned forward in her chair at the makeshift vanity she made at her desk.
A mirror from the target dollar section leaned up against the wall, her lamp on, the shade titled so she’d get better lighting, her curls pushed back with a bunny eared spa headband they got today. She plucked out a new makeup brush from the cup.
She gazed down at the open pallet of makeup, she began tapping her brush in the air over the colors, she didn’t have an idea of what she wanted to do.
Her music stopped and then her phone began to buzz. They flinched at the sound, half scarring themselves out of their own skin. But Gale's contact photo flashed across the screen and her shoulders dropped as she slid to answer the FaceTime.
Bucky balanced her phone against the stack of textbooks and went back to gazing down at the pallet.
“What’re you doing?” Gale asked, she could hear the sound of his feet dragging over the gravel driveway. He must’ve just gotten home, she knew him and Hazel had something to do today.
“Who’re you talking to? Oh hey Bucky!” Hazel's face came into view waving at him whilst Gale swat her away.
“Hi, Hazel.” Bucky smiled, waving back at her.
“Sorry, so what’re you doing?”
“I was just about to do my makeup, why?” She rested her head against her hand looking up at Gale.
“I wanna talk to you. I missed you all day.”
Bucky's cheeks heated up, her heart doing a small flip, “I missed you too.”
“Well I can come over tomorrow? Or you can come over? I don’t mind really.” Gale leaned his phone up against something and began to change.
“Giving me a free show, huh Buck?”
“I thought you were doing your makeup.” The boy stopped from where he was stepping out of his jeans looking at his phone.
“I said I was about to do my makeup, actually.” She flicked her makeup brush between her fingers, “I can’t even decide what color I wanna use.”
“Do, blue, or green. Those are your colors.”
“Thank you,” she smirked, dipping her brush into the light blue shade of the Morphe pallet.
“What did you do today?”
“Mom took me shopping, she wanted to see if TJ Maxx had new Hello Kitty dishes.”
“Did you get that headband today?” Gale grabbed his phone and laid back on his bed tucking a hand behind his head.
“Yes, I did. Do you like it?” Bucky sat back a bit so you could see the pastel pink headband better.
“I love it, Hazels got about a dozen of them. Maybe she can give you more of hers.”
“Doubt it,” she chuckled, running the soft, pink brush over her eyelid, the blue eyeshadow brushing on, “I also got a new pallet and some brushes.” She picked up the pallet showing off the array of colors and shimmers.
“I really like the glitter ones.” Gale held the phone closer to his face to see better.
“I’m gonna use them so stay tuned.” Bucky set the pallet back on her desk and went back to brushing the eyeshadow on, “What did you do today?”
“Dad took Hazel and l to Grandmas. We went out for lunch at this place, it was kinda like every cities ‘family restaurant.’” Gale air quoted, “I had some alright strawberry pancakes.”
“Did you have a good time, though?”
“Yeah it was alright, we walked Meatball around the park and all the old people loved him. Did you get anything else?”
Bucky could tell Gale didn’t want to talk about it anymore. She knew his grandma's Alzheimer’s was progressing and it had been upsetting Gale, especially since his grandpa passed last year.
“I got a new dress at the flea market, I still have to try it on. I also bought this vinyl there too.” Bucky grabbed the Mac Miller album off the small shelf holding their record player.
“Ooooh, a good one. We can listen to it tomorrow, if you want.”
“Sounds perfect, actually.” Bucky smiled to themselves, switching over to a different brush for the green. She loved when they’d put on a record and just lay in her bed and listen to it. It was the perfect Sunday activity.
“You look so pretty right now.”
“Stop it,” Bucky snickered looking at him with her half undone makeup.
“I'm serious.”
“Well just wait till I’m done.” Silence fell between the two, the occasional sound of Gale telling Meatball he’d a good boy and kissing his forehead.
Bucky let out a few small mouth popping noises as she sat back to find her mascara amongst the mess of the desk. She found it and unscrewed the green lid of the Maybelline tube.
“Your eyelashes are so long.” Gale said abruptly watching her apply the mascara.
“Thank you?” Bucky tilted her head
“Yes thank you, I think they’re so pretty. But I also think you’re absolutely gorgeous.”
“Why’re you sweetening me up, Buck?”
“Because I love you, I don’t know.” He shrugged his eyes, flicking away from Bucky.
“I love you too, babe.” She felt her smile pull up onto her cheeks. They looked back at the camera and saw Gale blink hard a few times. He pushed his glasses up onto his head to wipe his tears away.
Bucky felt her heart drop, Gale never really cried. She knew that he tended to suppress his emotions, but at least he was getting them out.
“Hey, what’s up?” Bucky picked up their phone the camera closer to their face.
“I just…” he sniffed.
“Take your time, babe.”
“With my grandma…it’s just making me think about how I shouldn’t take any of our time together for granted. You know I just feel like I haven’t been giving you my one hundred percent and you deserve that.”
“Gale, it’s okay, you’re allowed to take care of yourself as well. I will take care of you for a change, yeah?” Bucky was so glad Gales deciding to open up to her about this stuff. She knew he was working in his therapy sessions on not keeping all of his emotions swallowed down.
“I like taking care of you, though.” Gale chuckled through his tears, wiping them with his good sleeves.
“I know, but let me have my turn. Tomorrow when you come over dress comfortable and come hungry. But don’t forget to eat your breakfast!! I will text you to remind you, okay?” Bucky raised her eyebrows staring down at Gale.
“Okay, I won’t forget. I’ll see if Hazel wants to make cinnamon rolls. If we don’t eat them all I can bring you some.” Gale's smile lit up as Meatball began licking his cheek.
“And Meatball loves you too.”
“I know he does. Thank you boy.” Gale praised Meatball kissing his forehead and petting him behind his ears.
“Mama loves you too.” Bucky puckers their lips blowing kisses to Meatball.
“He loves you too,” Gale pointed his camera at Meatball, his tongue hanging out of his mouth panting
“I can’t wait to see you.”
“You can come over tonight if you want? I can ask mom if you can sleepover.”
“Really?” Gale pulled his glasses back down onto his face sitting up.
“Yeah I’ll text her right now.” Bucky slid up, going to her texts and finding her mom’s contact.
“Okay, I’ll text dad.” Gale did the same, silence falling over them again.
“Mom said yes.”
“Dad said I could too, I’m gonna get off the phone and shower then pack a bag.” Gale got up off his bed.
“Okay, I’ll have my makeup finished for you.” She smiled down at her phone, “I love you.”
“I love you too.”
“Bye.”
“Bye.”

i love clutter. But not messy clutter. I hate it when things are out of place and the room is filled with unnecessary junk. I hate disorder, i hate feeling like the place is going to consume me whole, i hate it when things aren’t eye-pleasing. I hate it when a room feels unkempt.
But i love organised clutter. I love having a room full of things, but everything has a neat, nice little place. Every surface is glass-clean, no dust in sight, the atmosphere perfumed with cinnamon and sandalwood and vanilla and biscuit scents. The place is illuminated with soft, cozy lights, and fluorescent stars are covering the ceiling and walls. There are pictures and posters of my favourite things tapped on the walls, and there is symmetry everywhere. No lopsided, mismatched frames, everything is where it’s supposed to be. The bed is perfectly made, soft and feathery, but please no one sit there. Only I am allowed to do so, because i know how to sit while also keeping it neat. The bookshelves are brimming with books and vinyls, but there are obvious themes, like a classics or a fantasy corner, biology notebooks stacked next to their according books, separated only by a folder from the chemistry ones. Plushies are everywhere, and heaven forbid someone dares change their respective places. My desk is beautiful, full of pens and pencils and highlighters, everything separated from the other, but in a flowy and natural way. The notice board is aesthetically cluttered, full of chemistry notes and drawings and random quotes. But everything is there for a reason.
My room is filled with character, but god, when everything is chaotic in a way that isn’t deliberate, i might as well forget who i am. I might as well start clawing at my skin and start screaming. Which i, in fact, do.

Behind the Charts: The Role of Physical Album Sales in Artist Success
In an age dominated by digital streaming and instant downloads, one might wonder why physical album charts still matter. Surprisingly, they continue to play a pivotal role in shaping an artist's career, providing tangible evidence of their popularity and creating meaningful connections with fans. This article delves into the enduring significance of physical album sales, how they relate to modern music promotion tools like Canvas Spotify, the intersection of physical and digital formats like digital audio file formats, the emotional appeal of music through music thought in English, and how fans show their support, including how to pay Spotify for their subscriptions.
The Enduring Legacy of Physical Albums
Physical albums, including CDs, vinyl records, and even cassette tapes, have long been the cornerstone of the music industry. While streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music have revolutionized how we consume music, physical albums offer something unique: a tangible connection to the artist. This is why the physical album chart remains a significant indicator of an artist's success, representing sales of physical copies and reflecting the dedication of their fanbase.
The appeal of owning a physical album lies in its collectible nature. Fans often treasure limited edition vinyl records, autographed CDs, or deluxe box sets. These items serve as a lasting memento, allowing listeners to hold a piece of their favorite artist's work in their hands—a stark contrast to the fleeting experience of streaming.
The Role of Physical Albums in a Digital World
Despite the dominance of streaming platforms, physical album sales continue to make headlines. For instance, vinyl records have seen a significant resurgence in the past decade, often topping physical album charts in markets around the globe. Interestingly, this trend coincides with the rise of digital platforms, proving that physical and digital formats can coexist rather than compete.
Tools like Canvas Spotify have bridged the gap between these two worlds. Spotify's Canvas feature allows artists to upload looping visuals that accompany their tracks, creating a dynamic and engaging experience for listeners. While this feature is primarily digital, it taps into the same emotional resonance that physical albums offer: a deeper, more immersive connection to the music. By using creative tools like Canvas Spotify, artists can complement their physical album releases, giving fans a multi-dimensional experience.
The Intersection of Physical and Digital Audio Formats
When discussing the importance of physical albums, it’s impossible to ignore the role of digital audio file formats. These formats, such as MP3, FLAC, and WAV, have become the backbone of modern music distribution. Artists often provide digital download codes with physical album purchases, blending the best of both worlds. This ensures that fans can enjoy high-quality audio on their devices while still owning a physical copy of the album.
Interestingly, the choice of digital audio file formats can also influence sales. For example, audiophiles often prefer lossless formats like FLAC, which preserve the nuances of the recording. Including these high-quality files as part of a physical album package can boost its appeal, further enhancing its position on physical album charts.
Music and Emotional Connection: A Thoughtful Reflection
Music has the power to evoke deep emotions, inspire creativity, and bring people together. This is beautifully encapsulated in music thought in English—quotes and reflections that highlight the profound impact of music on our lives. For instance, consider the timeless saying: “Music is the universal language of mankind.”
Physical albums often carry this emotional weight. From the carefully designed album art to the handwritten thank-you notes in the liner booklets, every detail is crafted to connect with the listener on a personal level. Similarly, digital tools like Canvas Spotify aim to capture this sentiment by providing artists with a platform to share their vision visually as well as musically.
Supporting Artists in the Digital Era
In the past, purchasing a physical album was the primary way fans could support their favorite artists. Today, fans have multiple options, including subscribing to streaming services like Spotify. Understanding how to pay Spotify is essential for those who want to contribute directly to the music ecosystem while enjoying unlimited access to their favorite tracks.
Spotify offers various payment methods, from credit cards and PayPal to gift cards and mobile billing. These options make it easier than ever for fans to show their support. Additionally, artists benefit from the revenue generated through streams and subscriptions, even as they continue to rely on the revenue from physical album sales to climb the physical album charts.
The Synergy Between Physical and Digital
Ultimately, the relationship between physical albums and digital platforms is one of synergy. While physical album charts highlight traditional sales, streaming platforms and tools like Canvas Spotify enable artists to reach a broader audience. Together, they create a comprehensive picture of an artist's impact and success.
For artists, balancing these two mediums is key. Offering limited-edition physical releases alongside engaging digital content ensures that they cater to all segments of their audience. For fans, this means enjoying the best of both worlds: the convenience of streaming and the sentimental value of owning a physical album.
Conclusion
The continued relevance of physical album charts in today’s digital-first world speaks to the timeless appeal of tangible music. By integrating innovative tools like Canvas Spotify, leveraging high-quality digital audio file formats, and celebrating the emotional connection captured in music thought in English, artists can thrive in both physical and digital spaces. Fans, too, play a crucial role, whether by purchasing physical albums or learning how to pay Spotify to support their favorite creators. Together, these elements ensure that music remains a powerful, enduring force in our lives.

Sticker Printing in Sydney: A Comprehensive Guide
Tumblr media
When developing a business, advertising an event, or promoting some kind of personal project, sticker printing goes a long way. Sydney's vast market presents users with many options in the business of sticker printing. This article explores essential aspects of finding quality sticker printing in Sydney.
Importance of Quality Sticker Printing
One of the strongest tools for branding and message delivery is stickers. If they are top quality, they will attract eyeballs and communicate effectively what needs to be communicated in order to leave an impression on the human mind. Product labels, hand-outs, and decoration maximize the use of stickers quite pleasantly aesthetically and durably with the use of quality printing.
Knowing the varied types of stickers will definitely help in making a suitable choice for specific requirements.
Paper Stickers
Paper stickers are perfect indoors. They are great, too, as product labels, in packaging, and even in crafts. Although they can be very inexpensive, they will not fare too well outdoors as they have very negligible water and weather resistance.
Vinyl Stickers
Vinyl stickers are very durable and withstand weather, thus being suitable for both indoors and outdoors. They find applications on car decals, outdoor signage, and promotional stickers. It offers varieties of finishes, such as matte, gloss, and transparent finishes.
Custom Die-Cut Stickers
Die-cut stickers are custom-cut to fit any particular design. Such stickers have a unique and professional appearance, so they work amazingly for branding and promotions. Die-cut stickers are available in paper and vinyl types.
How to Find Sticker Printing Services in Sydney
Online Search
You can start by searching through the Internet using keywords such as "sticker printing Sydney." This will give you a result of a list of companies in that region relating to sticker printing. Contacts and location information may be on websites, online directories, and maps.
Customer Reviews and Testimonials
One can get an idea of the level of service quality, customer satisfaction, and reliability of the printing providers through reading customer reviews and testimonials on Google, Yelp, or even social media. Check the companies that get great feedback or high ratings.
Local Referrals
Referrals from friends, family members, or colleagues will also be helpful. Those who have sought sticker printing services in the past can suggest some credible companies based in Sydney. Local business networks and community groups can also be tapped for searches.
Checking with Printing Shops
By personally going to local print shops, it becomes easier to understand the nature of services they offer. It will be easy to assess samples of their completed work and to discuss any specific needs with the people at the center to make a decision. The personal visits enable clear communication and immediate feedback.
Factors into Consideration
The Quality of Material to be Used and Printing
Ensure that it uses high-quality materials and printing techniques for the stickers. Good materials and inks definitely guarantee durability and a great customer appearance for the sticker. Ask about the kind of materials applied and be given samples if possible.
Customization Options
Check if the provider will have options for customization. Having the ability to choose a size, shape, finish, or material could give a user full ability to create a sticker that fits some vision. Customization is very important, especially in the case of branding or promotional stickers.
Pricing
Get quotes from different providers, balancing cost and quality. Note, while you should stay within budget, the cheapest is not necessarily the one that implies best quality. Consider the overall value based on the materials that will use, additional design services, and added value from customer support.
Sticker printing in Sydney presents a wide range of opportunities for businesses, events, and personal projects. Local providers can be researched and customer reviews looked at, but it's factors such as the quality of the product, the category level of customization, and price which really need to be assessed. Quality stickers will enhance and promote any project or brand.

didn't i grow in that honeycomb?
i often hear quiet little footsteps parading throughout my home after i settle into bed. i've gotten into the habit of peaking into the cabinets, opening and closing closet doors, and triple checking the locks before bed. but when i shut out the lights and close my eyes, i hear the whisper of taps on vinyl flooring.
the home i've lived in for the last two years has watched love flow in and out of the entryway. here, i've sat on my knees and carved the absent's initials in the cabinet under the sink. i've watched torn seams patch themselves up while i felt other threads unravel here. i nursed heartache, tended to plants, and learned to nourish my body. i buried myself in books and cried to therapists in screens about the grief that i still feel within my eardrums. and through that same screen, i finished my degree and am moving across the country to learn how to listen and hold space for it all.
at twenty-eight, the lines on my forehead are deeper but the callouses i grew sound like they are starting to soften. my zip code will begin with 0 and my new home has blue walls and real wood floorboards and overlooks a yard of wildflowers. will the breeze smell different off this coast? will i wear sunscreen more often? will my eardrums still ache? will i love the future stranger that is myself?
a friend recently reminded me of the quote "everything i've ever let go of has claw marks on it." and i think the initials i carved into this apartment are dancing on the kitchen floor when i'm looking away. but i think i'll leave the cabinets, doors, and windows open when i leave.

Title: Style on a Budget: Cost-Effective Design Solutions for Startup Office Design
Introduction:
Creating a stylish and functional office environment is essential for startups, even when operating with limited budgets. With careful planning and strategic decision-making, startups can achieve an impressive and inviting office space without breaking the bank. In this blog, we will explore cost-effective yet stylish design solutions for startup office design, helping startups optimize their budget while creating a workspace that inspires productivity and fosters a positive work atmosphere.
Embrace Minimalism:
Minimalism is an elegant and cost-effective startup office design approach that focuses on simplicity and functionality. Opt for clean lines, neutral color palettes, and uncluttered spaces. This design style not only looks sleek but also requires fewer decorative elements and furniture, saving costs while maintaining a modern aesthetic.
Repurpose and Upcycle:
Consider repurposing and upcycling existing furniture or materials to create unique and cost-effective startup office design elements. Give old furniture a fresh coat of paint or reupholster them to match the desired aesthetic. Utilize pallets or reclaimed wood for custom-made shelves or wall paneling. This approach adds character to the space while keeping expenses down.
Open Shelving and Storage Solutions:
Maximize storage space and minimize costs by opting for open shelving or modular storage solutions. Open shelves not only provide storage but also serve as displays for decorative items or office essentials. Utilize affordable storage bins, baskets, or labeled boxes to keep items organized and visually appealing.
Creative Lighting Solutions:
Incorporate creative and cost-effective lighting solutions to enhance the ambiance of the office. Consider using string lights, pendant lamps, or floor lamps to add warmth and visual interest. Experiment with different lightbulb styles to create a unique and inviting atmosphere.
DIY Artwork and Graphics:
Tap into the creativity of your team by encouraging DIY artwork and graphics. Create a gallery wall using employee artwork or inspirational quotes. Use removable wall decals or custom vinyl stickers to add personality and branding elements without the expense of professional artwork.
Flexible Furniture Options:
Invest in flexible and versatile furniture that can adapt to different work scenarios and office layouts. Opt for modular desks, adjustable chairs, or multifunctional furniture pieces. This flexibility allows for easy reconfiguration as the startup grows or changes, reducing the need for frequent furniture replacements.
Secondhand and Budget-Friendly Finds:
Explore second-hand furniture stores, online marketplaces, or office furniture auctions for budget-friendly options. Often, high-quality furniture and office equipment can be found at significantly reduced prices. Consider leasing furniture or equipment for a more affordable short-term solution.
DIY Greenery:
Introduce greenery into the startup office design without breaking the budget by incorporating low-maintenance plants or creating DIY terrariums or vertical gardens. Plants not only add visual appeal but also contribute to a healthier and more vibrant work environment.
Strategic Branding:
Employ strategic branding to create a cohesive and professional look. Utilize cost-effective branding elements such as branded signage, custom stickers, or digital displays showcasing your logo and company values. These touches enhance the overall aesthetic and create a sense of identity.
Employee Collaboration and Involvement:
Harness the creativity and skills of your team members by involving them in the design process. Encourage employees to contribute ideas, artwork, or DIY projects. This fosters a sense of ownership and pride in the office space while reducing costs.

How Much Does a Bathroom Renovation Cost in Cairns?
Tumblr media
The cost of a bathroom renovation can vary wildly depending on the materials and designs you choose. It is important to find the right balance between style and functionality.
A plumber will need to core drill the floor or walls, and install wastes and pipes. This should take one to four days.
Tiles
Tiles are an important part of the bathroom, and they come in a variety of shapes, sizes, colours, and textures. The quality of your tiles will have a big impact on how well your bathroom looks, and how long it lasts. It’s best to leave the tiling to professionals.
The cost of laying tiles is usually quoted on a per square metre basis, and can range from $35 to $120. You’ll also need to budget for grout and silicon. Bathroom tiling can take up to a day to complete. Once tiling is finished, cabinets can be installed. A plumber may be required to do rough-in plumbing, which can cost up to $7,000 depending on the size of the renovation.
Plumbing
It’s best to leave plumbing work to professionals, because it can be expensive. A professional plumber may charge you a flat fee of up to $150 per hour to unblock your drains and install new fixtures like a shower, sink, toilet, bath, or lights.
You should also consider reducing your energy bills by installing energy-efficient fixtures and fittings such as low-flow taps, light bulbs, and ventilation fans. It’s worth checking if your bathroom is compliant with WELS, which provides water efficiency ratings and labels.
Tiling is another major expense. It takes about two days to lay a full tiled bathroom, and it can cost up to $60 per square metre.
Electrical
An electrician is needed to install lighting, power points, heating and ventilation. You will also need to budget for storage cabinetry and custom vanities. Cabinetry costs vary depending on the size and style you choose. A well-planned vanity will hide plumbing and add a touch of luxury to one of the smallest rooms in your home.
If you want to save time and money, consider hiring a bathroom builder or dedicated renovation service. These contractors have all the tradies on staff and can manage your project from start to finish. They will also take care of arranging your permit fees. This can cut the overall cost by up to $1,000.
Lighting
Lighting is a key part of your bathroom’s design. But it also takes time to install and can affect your renovation timeline. It’s best to shop around for the right fixtures and designs, and get quotes from multiple experts.
Tiling is another time-consuming element of a bathroom renovation. The size of your bathroom and the type of tile will determine how long it will take to install.
If you’re planning a major overhaul, it may be worth hiring a one-stop service for the entire project. These businesses usually have all of the tradies you need on staff and will coordinate them. However, they will also cost more than a traditional builder.
Flooring
Changing your flooring is a big expense, but it will add to the look of your bathroom. Linoleum is the most budget-friendly option, while hardwood and stone are more expensive. You can also get the look of wood without breaking your budget by using vinyl.
Next, the builders will lay screed on your floor – this is the base for your tiles and can take up to three days. The tiling will follow, which can take up to four days. Once this is done, it’s time to install your bath, basin, toilet, and tapware. The last step is painting, which can be completed in one day.
Walls
A full bathroom renovation includes installing new walls and cabinets. These may take two to five days, depending on the size of your bathroom and drying time for plastering and rendering. Then, tiling can begin. This will take one day for smaller bathrooms.
If you’re changing the layout of your bathroom, the builders will need to demo and strip out your old bathroom. This is dirty and time-consuming work. It also requires rewiring and plumbing changes.
Local construction permits are an additional cost, and are required for some projects. These are not included in your overall project estimate. Some builders charge these on a per hour or per square meter basis, while others will include them in the total cost of your renovation.

Aaliyah and Alex arrive at the hotel. It’s dingy, cluttered with the usual trash of Saguaro Valley. The sign said Judith Ward Hotel and so we pulled in. It was sweltering, sweltering in the middle of fucking autumn. That’s one thing Aaliyah did not miss.
Stepping out of the car, she leaves the luggage for Alex. He’s tall and strong—and she just got this new nail set, so, respectfully, fuck them bags. He should be fine with a couple of bags. Aaliyah though? She has one singular mission: OPERATION GET AALIYAH SOME DAMN FOOD
And she was going to succeed one way or another. As Alex makes his way inside of the lobby, Aaliyah takes the necessary detour to her right. There’s a small restaurant attached to hotel and if she remembers correctly, they serve the best loaded potato soup this end of the west coast and Aaliyah will be damned if she deprives herself of such a delicacy.
Walking in creates her next challenge: Find a table without being recognized by any of her high school classmates. Easy enough, but one can never be too careful. It would be unfortunate for someone to attempt small talk with Aaliyah right now. They’d be lucky if she didn’t just explode at the mere mention of how sorry they are and how unfortunate—
It would be for the best if they just left her alone today.
She sits down at an empty booth and the second her ass hits the vinyl she hears, “What would you like, Sweetie—oh! Aaliyah!”
Aaliyah looks up and—of course, of fucking course—she’s met with the cheery disposition of Renee, a friend of her mother’s—not of her father’s though, for good reason.
“Ah! It’s been so long since we’ve seen you in town, Liyah. You’ve been gone since forever. Oh, you’re probably here to see your dad, right?” Her voice’s pitchy, fake in a way, as she begins to question Aaliyah’s presence in her own damned hometown. And that...endearment...
“I, uh, I’m actually here on business.” Is Aaliyah’s terse reply.
“Oh right! I forgot about your little journalism gig upstate. That’s still working out for you?”
Aaliyah looks back at Renee for a moment, picking her next words carefully. She would hate for word to get around too fast about her quote-return-unquote…For good reason.
“Hmm. Can I order my food now?” She says, making sure to smile in the process despite the increasing tension in her shoulders.
“Sure, of course, Honey.”
She orders, Renee walks away, and Aaliyah is finally alone at the table again. That’s good, because for some odd reason, the tension her shoulders is spreading to her chest and wow is it getting hot in here? She closes her eyes to block out some stimuli, but white lights seem to find a way into her vision anyway. Maybe she should just go—A hand falls onto the chair behind Aaliyah’s shoulder.
Alexander says, “Are you okay?”
“Huh? Y—yes of course.” Aaliyah lies, because of course she does. She knows it, he knows it, there’s no reason to acknowledge it. She hopes he won’t acknowledge it.
He sighs as he sits down across from her, taps the table rhythmically for a second while surveying the room. He looks to her and says, “Would you like me to order?”
“Too late, Big Guy. I already did.”
He sighs again, because he’s an asshole, and opens his mouth to say something.
“Don’t worry though; I got your favorite.” Aaliyah cuts him off.
“Did you order me that tea again?” He asks in an accusatory tone.
“If I did, you’d have to drink it. You don’t want to make our little old waiter to walk all of the way back to the kitchen over a drink, would you?”
He groans and rolls his eyes, leaning back in the booth with his arms crossed. He just shakes his head at her antics before responding with, “You’re insufferable,” Aaliyah laughs before he continues, “it’s not that important”
“You’re such a Bear Scout.”
He looks out the window next to them, attempting to ignore her. Knowing she should give him some time to decompress from their travels, she lets her next words be her last until the food comes out, “You should probably do it anyway, though. She’s kind of a cunt.”
Alexander laughs under his breath.

a/n: hey hi hello~ i’m back with another series! i was gonna wait until my semester’s done but my patience’s killing me and i don’t wanna keep you all waiting so here you go! ♡ enjoy! ~j
Tumblr media
“serenity is found somewhere between the sky and the sand.” you read the font words on the minimalist frame. it was a quote you heard in an ongoing, constant dream that you thought was needed to be drawn and remembered. in it, the quote was a voice as if a narrator spoke those words to begin something new. the scenery you ask? every place was different but there was always a horizon. the dream was vague and raised a lot of question marks in your mind the moment you wake up.
you hung the item on the wall, marking the end of unpacking your things since moving in days ago. the mess was finally cleared out and the boxes were emptied and folded briefly, lined on one side of the wall. you slouched low in exhaustion, sliding your home slippers across the white marbled floor. it was squeaking even, that only explained how much of a neat freak you were. a new apartment, simple furniture and man oh man, you have an automatic vacuum with a sensor that you didn’t have to worry about the dirt at the annoying, impossible corners.
independence was something you were blessed with despite being an orphan as early as two. uncle caleb; a friend of your father’s and aunt jenn; your mother’s half-sister, gladly took you in as their own.
honestly the mention of your beloved felt like they were still alive and just working abroad, because they were always reminded and talked about from your uncle and aunt. you had a striking resemblance with your mother, but the ways were your father’s. ‘a perfect combination of the two’, was how they described the child they never wanted to leave behind.
the door bell rang and the small screen showed your childhood— and best friend, eunha. she waved at the super tiny camera and had some flowers and bento boxes with her, all packed and nicely decorated. you pressed the button for her to enter. whilst you waited, you played an hour long track list of soothing, chill, instrumental songs to make the apartment a little noisy. one thing’s for sure, silent cleaning was not a good habit since you tend to procrastinate, oops.
eunha greeted you a hug so tight, placing down the things she brought with her. “y/n! i’m so glad we’re living so close to each other!” she hugged you and fanned herself as if that would stop her eyes from welling. “how’s everything with you? you should’ve called me honey! you know i’ll be coming straight away to help! i have a hotline like the powerpuff girls has.” she winked.
“i’m great! i crossed out the things i completed and now free from the stress. i’m ready for the new semester.” you gestured her to sit, inviting her for the meal you prepared. “well i am the bubbles to your blossom~ but it’s really okay! i managed and here we are talking freely without stressing over things.”
her hands held yours and swung them with excitement. “after we eat, do you want me to bring you around town? there’s a vinyl record store i think you’ll like.” her voice beaming as she singsonged, chewing on the pancake with whipped cream and blueberries.
“it’s still 9 a.m. we have loads of time in the world.” you showed your watch.
the leaves began to fall and you twirled around the sidewalk’s lamppost. eunha took pictures of you, happiness written on your face. you both entered the said shop. records displayed and hung on the wall, posters of legendary artists and worldwide singers encouraging customers to come in.
your hands trailed along the shelf that had new and limited turntables. as much as you were itching to pull out your wallet, there were other important things you needed to worry about and independence meant discipline too. your fingers curled and hesitated, just inches left before you could touch the surface of the one thing you’ve always wanted to purchase.
eunha giggled at your whiney, surrendered self. your back turning away from the product and walking towards her. “y/n.” she called your name, but this certain tone was serious and was more of a reminder.
“i know.” you smiled as you wiggled your phone with the ever precious wallpaper of yours.
“oh! your aunt’s calling you.” she hopped and pointed at the device, making you sliding fingers on the screen a second later. she gestured that she’d head out and wait for you.
“hi aunt jenn.” you greeted on the phone, only to extend your arm slightly at the baby’s cry on the other line. “aw he’s crying again?”
“yes y/n. i’ll be heading to work soon. can you come here?” she chuckled, though it was obvious she had the baby in her arms.
you exited the store and pulled eunha, crossing the pedestrian. “alright, i’ll be on my way.”
Tumblr media
the office was dead silent and not one soul dared to speak. three figures stood in front of the angered woman; their continuous fiddles of the fingers and tapping of the toes became faster as they tried to come up with a reason to tell. just one. only the ticking of the clock on the table was heard. it was getting harder and harder to breathe even in a hundred square meter room.
“where is he?!” she yelled. the three flinched and were taken aback, hands either behind them or wrapped around an arm. the door then flung opened, revealing the said guy.
“young man, how can you be so inconsiderate?!” the woman asked again, this time it was in an annoying range of decibel that the listeners had to endure the volume.
jaehyun brushed past the ‘meeting’ and sat in one of the leather chairs. his legs rested on the centered table, obviously not bothering to listen. “so, being a minute late concludes my actions in general?” he chuckled bitterly, spinning the chair around before standing up again.
“i couldn’t care less,” he now glared at the woman. “about this damn meeting. what is it for, anyway?! wasting my time!”
he left the room and the woman rubbed her temples, swinging her palms to tell the rest of the three to follow the young man. “jaehyun.” yunho called his brother, reaching a hand out to grab him, successfully turning the lad around.
“what?” jaehyun snapped, removing the grip onto his body.
krystal rolled her eyes, the pungent smell entering her nostrils. “you reek, jae.”
“you went drinking again, didn’t you? i could smell the moment you came into the office.” yunho asked, pressing the button of the lift to head down.
“when will you learn, honestly?” jessica fixed her bag on her arm. “grow up.”
jaehyun clapped his hands, applauding the expected words that woman instructed his siblings to do. “me? learn? i already did. i just won’t follow orders from that silver digger.”
“gold*.” they corrected him.
“see you’re still drunk.” krystal meddled with her new manicure, earning a nudge from jessica.
“whatever, noona. you get my point either way.” jaehyun fished out his car keys to toss them up high, whistling his heart out at his favourite tune.
they exited the building and got on the car. he dropped off his sisters at the blanc and eclare flagship headquarters, then drove to a nearby restaurant for lunch with yunho. they entered the place and went to the reserved table. jaehyun sat and loosened the buttons of his polo, removing the neck tie and sat back.
yunho stared at his carefree little brother, he put the menu down so he could maybe give him a little serious talk. he understood why jaehyun acted the way he did earlier. even he himself could do the same but given the circumstances of his standing in the family, of course he’d be the mature one. he was the first child anyway.
“got anything you want?” yunho asked, removing his sunglasses then placing them in its case. “i’ll pay.”
“nah, let me pay for my own meal, hyung.” he flashed a small smile. “i got my pay check.”
“so you still do have a heart.” yunho jokingly stated the overseen fact.
“c’mon you’re smarter than that doctor jung.” jaehyun said the occupation title in a childlike tone. “you should know why i’m filled with hatred towards the woman.”
“hatred is such a strong word, offensive even. but seriously jae, how long are you going to keep up with this behavior? the next thing you know it, you’re out of the penthouse.”
yunho raised his hands to order. the young lad didn’t dare to answer and he sighed at the usual unresponsive manner whenever they hit this certain topic. “look i know for the longest time she treated us like how captain george von trapp did to his kids. i get it. you hated how she uses out-of-the-world discipline and i totally understand that-”
jaehyun scoffed, disbelief clearly written on his face. “i was six when she entered our lives. a kid that age couldn’t handle being shoved around just because he thought there was no difference between boxers and pajama shorts. the sound of music is cool reference by the way.”
“you did have confused mind back then. and what else can i compare it with? she probably took the idea from there.” yunho laughed as he handed the utensils and handkerchief. “but still though, i suggest you man up and act like you do with dad. just be yourself.”
“easier said than done.” jaehyun began slicing his steak and popping one bit into his mouth.
“what makes you so stone cold towards her anyway?” he asked, fixing the handkerchief by his lap.
“simple.” jaehyun stated the obvious even if he knew that yunho knew the answer.
“she’s not mom.”
Tumblr media
eunha brought you to the restaurant that opened not long ago. the interior was eye-catching yet even with its simplicity, it was able to attract customers from outside. the smell of dishes that were yet to be served was luring and probably the reason why eunha chose the place. the waiters led you to the a table and soon came back with a baby chair. you placed the little un in it and he smiled with pearls trying to peek out.
you fixed the bib around him and booped his nose. gurgles of his hoarse laughs made everyone at your area turn to him. “ooh you sure are the spotlight stealer, aren’t you? these people are already taking a picture of you.”
“gosh he has the cutest smile.” eunha melted at the sight of him grabbing the tissue. “looky here!” she aimed her camera at him. “y/n, what’re you getting?”
you pondered for a while before your eyes landed at the name your stomach was craving for the past week. moving apartments had a toll on you— that resulted in you unable to cook your favourite meal. up until this morning were you finally found the time to do that. hence the breakfast eunha devoured within seconds.
“i’m getting fish & chips, and the classic steak.” your stomach growled at the picture beside it.
“alright, i guess i’m getting the same as yours.” eunha raised her hand.
the waiter came to your table to kindly ask for your orders. when you did so and thanked the man, a wallet fell from your right side. picking it up to give it to the owner, a large hand lightly touched yours and you looked up to see two men smiling softly.
“thank you.” the man in a suit said, taking the wallet from you.
“you’re welcome.” you answered. the man looked awfully familiar, as if he was on every commercial the screen had offered to show.
you and eunha shared a look. the telepathic words exchanged between the both of you had your eyes agreeing with what you saw, confirming his identity.
“he’s that celebrity doctor.” eunha mouthed. “dr. jung yunho, a paediatrician.”
“he seems a happy child. how old is he if i may ask?” he waved at him.
“this little guy here, just turned one few days ago.” you said, wiping off the drool with the bib.
“oh precious. belated happy birthday buddy.” he greeted.
you turned to the little one and carried him in your arms, waving his hands to thank the man. as you continued have your lunch and taking turns in feeding him and yourself, you noticed some movement where other children would approach the child on your lap. they would pinch his cheeks lightly and made faces they thought would make him laugh.
then the two men beside you stood. but before they left, yunho took a something out of his pockets and handed it to you.
it was a business card of his own practice office with an address and contact information. “if there’s anything you need help with, just give me a call and this guy-” he pointed at jaehyun and pat his back. “-will pick you and birthday boy up and head to my office.”
“hyung!” jaehyun gasped loudly, later covering his hands at the volume of his complaint. “sorry, i don’t mean it in a negative way.” he smiled awkwardly at you.
“no worries.” you gave him a sincere smile and he swore he felt like the world slowed down. everything else blurred where the only focus was you; how your hair length waved below your shoulders and your eyes sparkled with the sun’s reflection.
this young fine man though, whom you thought wasn’t paying attention or interest to, was now staring at you like he had a thousands of questions to ask to fill in his curiosity. “see you around.” yunho bid you goodbye, and the other trailed from behind.
eunha poked your shoulder with an intention of a tease. she grinned and you knew where she would go from there. “i know what you’re gonna say.” you rolled your eyes, yet a faint smile was evident in your lips.
“really?” her tone was very challenging. “i’ll test you. go ahead.”
“‘dr. jung yunho is so handsome! he’s so dreamy in real life! i should’ve asked for his photograph and boast it to my friends!’ yeah, i guess it’s somewhere along those lines.” you mimicked her voice and expression, not to mention gestures as well, especially the hands.
“yah i don’t act like that!” she defended, but there wasn’t any denial as she said that. “well, maybe. you’re not wrong though.”
“hmpf. and here you went ‘test me’.” you giggled, giving another piece of fish fillet to the one-year old. “and for the record, i’m always right whenever i’m proving you wrong.”
“fine you win.” she sipped her juice from a straw. “oh! hey, the guy he’s with is also handsome.”
you nodded in agreement at the obvious fact, although he did have tiny temperment. but that was only due to dr. yunho’s sudden suggestion. “he looked young. maybe his younger brother perhaps?” you wondered.
“hm. i haven’t seen him before. not on screen at least.” eunha chewed on her food. you raised a brow since you have no idea what she was talking about. “that doctor we conversed with, is from a family of good looking people. he has two younger sisters; jessica and krystal jung. the older one is the founder and endorser of blanc and eclare, while the younger one is an nationwide actress.”
“wow.” your eyes grew at the far/fetched level of these people. “sounds like an ideal family out of a manhwa.”
“egg-xactly.” she pointed at you with a hard boiled egg by her fork.
“that guy called him ‘hyung’ though. looked like to me they know each other. plus they have resemblance too.” you wiped your lips clean from the possible stain.
“oh dear ms. y/n.” eunha called you, her palms touching her chest as if she was surprised. “you have the hots for guys like him, which was why you-”
“ah-ah.” you glared at her, making her shush and zipping the imagination by her lips. “don’t talk about that.”
“bummer, i wasn’t even gonna.” eunha pouted but held your hand anyway. “i’ll always be here for you, y/n.”
“thank you.” you gave her a warm smile.
jaehyun waited by the entrance while his brother paid their meal. although he was bummed out that he wasn’t able to pay for his, he was somehow relieved. because once that cash was out of his pockets, he’d be broke the next time he goes to drink again.
at the corners of his eyes, he could still see you and your friend, as well as the adorable child seated on your lap. you were giving him a spoonfuls for airplane feeding.
yunho gestured jaehyun that they were leaving the restaurant. “hyung, why did you say that i’d pick her up?” he asked as he took a quick glance at you.
“c’mon i’m just playing around.” he nudged jaehyun.
“by matchmaking me to some random girl?” he scoffed. “you sure got a lot of time in your hands.”
“don’t take it too seriously jae.” yunho went ahead, leaving his brother flabbergasted.
he then shrugged it off and looked at you before stepping out. his ears perked up at the three second long conversation exchanged between you and the child.
“jaewon, look! mommy’s got an airplane~”
jaehyun stopped in his tracks by the entrance. his head quickly turning to you again. your lips mouthed the one word that shock hit his entire body. you weren’t just some random girl,
you were the mother of that child.
