To whom this may concern:

If you are reading this, then I have managed to find some way to get my message out to you...or I am dead and you have found my notes. Whatever the case may be, I am writing this in the hopes that--should anyone else find themselves in my position, it will increase your chances of surviving among the Dark Hunters or any encounter with the other inhabitants.

Within this tome I will chronicle various notes and tips that have helped me to survive--though for how much longer I cannot say. Whatever you do, keep this information as far away from the Shadowed One as possible! If he or any other hunter were to find it they will either destroy it or alter it somehow to work in their favor.

Oh, and one more thing:

Don’t. Do. Anything. STUPID!!!

The Matoran Universe may be beautiful, but the dangers here are all too real and more than capable of killing non-natives. Mind what you say and stay on your toes--you never know who or what is lurking just around the corner.

Please...if you find this book...utilize the knowledge as best as you can and keep an open mind. Beware though, for what may have worked for me may not work so well for you--in which case if you manage to survive, please add your own experiences here so that it may benefit any other unfortunate visitor.

My only hope is that--even if I may not make it home again--that I have at least helped you to survive. I pray that no one else has to share my fate, but if it can’t be helped...

Hey guys! So this is my first time actually attempting a blog of any sorts, so please bear with me as I try to figure out how to work this site. ;;v;; Anyway, I’ve been a long time fan of Bionicle since The Mask of Light came out when I was a child, and it’s stuck with me even to this day. UvU

I’ve had this little idea sitting in my head for a while now (at least well over a year by now!) but had no idea how to actually go about creating something from this on any other site like Fanfiction.net. But I’m happy to say that, ever since I found @dark-hunters-inc ‘s blog, I have been inspired to give the idea/story a shot here, so we’ll see how it goes!! 8D

Something to note about why I created this idea: fans always love to write or read about what would happen if they got sent to the Matoran Universe, but very few actually delve past the actual story or beyond the Toa teams we already know and love. I figured why not do a survivalist guide with everyone’s favorite group of assassins? XD I hope to have fun with this and I hope everyone else enjoys the crazy shenanigans that are sure to ensue!
