Back on this. Like. I need people to understand that media doesnt have to be perfect or flawless for you to enjoy it. Youre allowed to enjoy media with a predictable storyline or less than perfect gameplay or level design/settings that arent the greatest thing since sliced bread. Please enjoy shitty things im begging you. Valkyrie Elysium isnt even BAD its just not exactly what people wanted and its not AAA and it didnt have a billion dollar budget. Like oh my god

So deprived of valkyrie elysium content i’d have more luck finding content of my own fuckin ocs. Why does god do these things to me

#like. when i first booted up VE the first thing my dad commented on was the fact that the graphics/animations werent top notch #and its like. look. ive seen aaa games with worse graphics. please shush #its a fun game and i can see the passion put in it oh my god PLEASE give it a chance #scov.txt #this isnt even touching on media deemed bad just because it doesnt pertain to purity culture #ive seen this with horizon too #‘the white people have locs’ first off. theres been white people in history w/ locs #second of all. the nora tribe of horizon zero dawn (which is very racially diverse #as with all the tribes) does not have access to textbooks. they dont know this shit #it makes me a *little* happy that VE isnt super popular because im SURE people would get upset over like #the ‘power imbalance’ between the relationship between the princess and her knight. or between the prince and the funny merchant boy that-#-he practically sees as his other half. or the fact that one of the main characters was put into an arranged marriage with her uncle to #end a war. like. i just KNOW people would get upset about that #or like. the main protagonist being white + blonde while the main antagonist is black even tho I literally think its just.#because white and black are their main colours. so white centric character has a light colour palette and black centric character has-#-a dark colour palette. because white is associated with good and black is associated with evil #rmrmrmrm. i went off on a tangent here but all my points still stand tbh
