You know what no i’m actually done being moderately passive in this: I *HATE* Sierra. I will never NOT hate Sierra. You will NEVER be able to change my mind. I’m genuinely tired of cody being reduced to “he would be dead w/o Sierra” or “Sierra carried WT” or “Sierra and cody are suchhhh a good couple” this shit is the reason why SA and stalking have been idealized in media (ESPECIALLY REGARDING COUPLES) and if you genuinely think Sierra isn’t “that bad” i want you to think about what message this sends to uhh you know actual perpetrators AND victims???? When the character is STRAIGHT UP GENUINE harrassment you just cant defend that??.

I wouldnt have a problem w/ this if it wasn’t- you know sierra’s ONLY TRAIT to stalk and harass people??? Everything about HER revolves around CODY (and on occasion Chris by proxy of her mom). I dont think i have to explain why that is not healthy????

People like Sierra exist, abusive relationships exist and if people would stop misinterpreting Cody and Sierra as “healthy” (which by the way, how the hell did you get that?? I genuinely hate them together) we could actually have a conversation about how abusive relationships in all strands should be portrayed in media for different ages.

Hell, people do bad things and IMPROVE even slightly. SIERRA DOES NOT CHANGE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE SEASON. If anything, she gets worse (imo). Not to mention with fresh tv’s track record (and track record to-be based on release since there is ROTI immediately afterwards) of representing disorders, I can say I HIGHLY doubt they put that much thought into Sierra. She’s just another version of the 2000’s favourite joke: “stalker can’t be stalker, because stalker is GIRL 😂😂😂😂 girl can’t be stalker! She’s GIRL!!!!!!1!” If you headcanon that just cause, okay sure whatever i guess. If you use that as an EXCUSE for her actions *THEN* we have a problem.

As a guy who’s been somewhere similar before, I actually find Sierra disgusting. I genuinely have trouble watching the third season which sucks because some other character dynamics are REALLY good that season. Maybe its because she reminds me of people I knew, or because I know first-hand what the dynamic is like in action, or maybe just because I have a functioning brain and literary retention and mild empathy which even jf you do lack, I think you could understand that the relationship (PLATONIC OR NOT) is not healthy!!
