     ‘a summer vacation is not a bad suggestion.’ the tickets was gifted to hope that the heir of the covenant and his companions to enjoy activities of what humans loved to do in their leisure period, something felt amiss here. ‘however... why is everyone running away from that beach area?’

‘i’m sorry, didn’t mean to bump into you. are you hurt anywhere?’ overthinking about worrisome matters was common, but he should make sure that he had to do it in his home or a nearby cafe, instead of doing it whilst walking. the chance of colliding into someone else was high.

     ‘huh wait- why are you here as well?’ was the acolyte up to another evil scheme of theirs again? this beach offered nothing that would attract an acolyte’s attention yet... the landscapes were still unfamiliar for the renounced heir, there might be certain rumors that drawn them here, which obviously benefited them.

     her getup was unfamiliar. an ezeran, savaran  or...? reingar’s clothing offered varieties of peculiar getup, perchance she’s from there? either way, she seemed to be laying on the ground and unconscious, he had to get to her to understand her current circumstance. 

     ‘excuse me miss, can you hear me?’ giving her body a gentle shake, he awaited a response from her patiently, only for the momentary silence to be disrupted by arky, undoubtedly. though, at least arky’s being concerned about her well-being too.

     ‘she doesn’t seem to be injured by any monsters kyu...’

     ‘so this portal leads to another world...’  to maintain stability in his own world, he had to enter unknown chaos portals to close them down so that no one else would get trapped in a timeline/dimension that differed from orbis. even after all unknowns, the creatures that plagued the land of death in orbis, were exterminated, how was it possible that this portal remained open? was it the source of disruption from another world that disallowed it to close for so? he could only enter himself to check it out, only to be greeted by the scent of grasses and a vast azure that stretched out for infinity. locating the source of the problem was rather hard in an unfamiliar region, maybe he should find someone that’s familiar with this foreign land for help?

     ‘mhmm... i can’t deny that.’ fate brought people together indeed. once the heir of the covenant, a creation brought to orbis by the goddess, his fate was perhaps predestined, to participate along with other humans, to lead and fight against the archdemon. was fate’s arrangement for people to meet under a certain circumstance something to be appreciated? it’s debatable depending on individuals’ perspective.

     ‘sometimes fate might be cruel, you lost and gain something from meeting people. the sorrow, happiness, betrayal, trust, hope, despair, and so on, you’ll grow eventually, and bring those experienced to the people you’re fated to meet. what do you think about fate? was it truly something you’d appreciate of its existence?’

     'arky, stop playing around, you're not young anymor-' and arky was just there, chewing happily at his own food. aside from arky, who else would play a prank like this on him?

     ‘um... sorry to bother you. the towns in this desert are not the safest areas in orbis. i assume you’re not lost or anything?’ her outfit certainly didn’t match what you’d describe the natives of this desert.

     ‘thank you, miss. i apologize for the inconvenience caused.’ traveling across dimensions was a common daily routine for the heir of the covenant, yet it was the first time he had a portal closing on him without his consent. was it the malicious intention of the evildoers in his world? or was the concept within this portal differed from others that he had missed out on? either way, he’s already at another world, what next was to plan and figure a way back to his own world. ‘are there perchance any adventurers/ people from another world that entered your world accidentally once before?’
