Remembering and differentiating people’s faces is usually something that comes naturally to people.

Be it your distant, distant relative, or a newly appointed work colleague, or even a fellow customer at a cafe you love. It’s easy enough to memorise each and every one of them, given that you’ve seen them a few times consecutively, of course.

Then again, it comes with the job to have a good memory anyway. Lots of scientific and biological names to be remembered, health conditions and symptoms to be identified, patients you constantly need to keep your eyes on. You have them all etched inside your mind.

There’s also that other circumstance, where forgetting someone’s face is as easy as brushing away a speck of dust from your clothes. People come, and people go. Not everyone that you’ve come across will stay in your life, and not every one of them will become a significant part of it either.

There is one thing, however, that you have stumbled upon, not knowing that it will become both of those things. Or rather, one person.

The first time you saw him was at the hospital right after the kaiju emergence at Ome city back when you were still a measly apprentice to a senior medic from the Third Division. Tasked to do one of his checkups, you’d overheard his conversation with your captain right before she left the ward.

His reaction baffled you, to say the least. Who in the world would reject a position offered by the Captain Ashiro Mina herself? After a thorough yet uneventful inspection on his condition, he was deemed to be discharged from the hospital a few days after, and along with that his presence from your mind.

Or so you thought.

The second time you saw him was a bit more coincidental. Months after that, when you were freshly appointed as one of the Third Division’s operational medics, you had accidentally crossed paths with him on the way to Captain Ashiro’s office, unaware that you were in the face of your soon-to-be Vice-Captain.

You didn’t know how, or why, but for some astronomical reason you’d remembered who he was. There were lots of people you’d bumped into in the past, people you’d medically treated, and people with even worse haircut (in your defense, that was only a mere observation on your part); you had no trouble putting them to the rear end of your mind as you knew they were nothing more than encounters by chance.

Aside from the fact that he’d rejected your captain’s offer, you’d wondered if there was something else about him from that first time that had rewired the very foundation of your brain chemistry to make you remember him as clearly and easily as memorizing the back of your own hand, even when you’d only seen him once before in your entire lifetime.

Unbeknownst to you, Hoshina Soshiro thought the same thing about you.

What is it about you, Hoshina had once mused. What made you so… unforgettable? Your presence had been lingering in the back of his mind from the moment you first laid your hand on him. After you’d left his ward months ago, the image of you has been foggy and indistinctive, almost haunting for him to deal with. And now that he had you in front of his eyes again, he was more than determined to know more about you.

The two of you hit it off then. One friendly conversation turned two, turned weekly, turned daily. Lingering touches, longing gazes, secret smiles, flirty quips. And the most unambiguous of all; the time spent together in the medic bay at any hour of the day.

It’s becoming a routine at this point for the Third Division members to see their second-in-command walking through the doorway of the infirmary with an injury or the other, some of them severe and some were barely considered a prick. The officers have suspected something, of course. But none of them are bold enough (yet) to confront nor pull the topic out in the open.

And so do you and Hoshina himself.

Though you’re totally aware it’s only a matter of time before one of you finally breaches the blurring line between platonic and romantic. Ironically enough, Hoshina with all his foxy eyed glory, seems to be the one to (not so) blindly step over the said line, all too keen on wiping it off like a silly drawing on a sandy shore.

“Hey there. Ya seem happy to see me,”

You grit your teeth at the cheery greeting, irritation piling over the concern and worry, overstacked by the fear wrecking through your body. Taking a deep breath to gather yourself, you step to the side to let the officers carry the battered body of the Vice-Captain to sit on a nearby bed. Soon enough, they walk themselves out with a respective nod to their superiors, leaving you in the still silence of the infirmary.

In your peripheral, Captain Ashiro stands beside the door with her arms crossed, a calculated look stuck on her youthful face before she straightens up, calling out to your name. “I’m leaving them in your care. I’ll be back in a few though,” Confused, you’re about to ask about what she meant when a mass of white fur enters your vision.

Bakko is staying here for a while then, you realize just as the Captain, too, makes her exit to the door. You let the feline kaiju make himself at home in the infirmary as you return to the task at hand; treating Hoshina.

Your next course of action proceeds swiftly and methodically; assembling the medical supplies and equipment, assessing the injuries, disinfecting the wounds and dressing them accordingly. All the while trying not to squirm under his obnoxious gaze.

“You were never this quiet before,” Hoshina breaks the silence, grimacing slightly as you’re currently treating one of his more severe wounds, one that requires stitching.

Your forehead creases slightly, “What do you want me to say?” You question, both in exasperation and incredulity. The swordsman lifts his good shoulder in a little shrug. “I dunno. Anythin’,”

“You’re stupid,”

Hoshina’s lips twitch slightly, “Mhm,”

“And reckless,”

A small smile tugs on his face next, “Yeah?” Slowly, and breathily.

“And - and… you weren’t being careful enough,” Your bloody hand shakes, the scissors you’re holding barely cutting away the remaining thread after you’d successfully managed to stitch his wound up. “Okonogi already said it was a daikaiju and you still insisted on fighting it alone. Who the hell does that?” You seethe.

One of his hands moves to hold yours, halting you just as you'd turned back from putting your equipment away. “You mad at me, sweetheart?” His nonchalant drawl causes you to snap. “I thought you were going to die, Soshiro. Of course I was mad!”

Suddenly there’s a quiet growl rumbling from the corner of the room, and the both of you immediately go silent. You look to the side to see Bakko with his mouth pulled into a menacing snarl, eyeing the other slumbering patients as if to remind you that you’re not the only ones in the room.

You huff, slightly embarrassed at being chastised in your own work space. By a kaiju, of all things.

Hoshina gruffly snickers before glancing at the feline, “He’s not Captain Ashiro’s companion for nothin’, huh? Think he can help around in the infirmary?” He jests.

You chuckle weakly, nodding a little at his injuries. “What, do you want him to lick it all better?”

It was supposed to be a joke, a casual inquiry made to lighten the mood, but Hoshina seems to think otherwise. With his bleary eyes, he murmurs, “I want you to lick it all better,”

Your breath stutters, the heart in your chest skipping a beat or two. Or maybe three? You can’t really seem to figure it out when all you know is that the blood pumping in your veins feels like you’re running a goddamn marathon around the division base.

Your body heats up at the way Hoshina’s gaze remains focused on you, those irises seeping with such intensity and passion, finely rich like wine and sangria. There’s a pull so magnetic, the minimal space where you’re starting to share breaths with him is charged with the tension between the two of you.

Your eyes drift down to his mouth for one quick second. A mere glance, shy and timid. And the next thing you know, you and Hoshina become a clashing of lips, wandering hands and blissful sighs.

Like a collision between two worlds; the connection feels intensely mind-blowing, like a surge of adrenaline that has you forgetting about everything else aside from feeling him, tasting him, consuming him. Your fingertips tingle from where you’re cradling his face in your hands, and electric zaps up your spine from where his hands are gripping you by your hips.

Your lips slide against his in a feverish dance, his tongue diving in to explore each and every crevice of your mouth. Another pleased sigh escapes from you when he nips at your bottom lip, soothing the skin with a gentle suck right after. Hoshina hums against your mouth, pulling you to stand even closer between his legs but a pained groan from him then makes you draw back, the desire to continue ravishing each other now replaced with a budding sense of concern.

“You’re pulling on the stitches,” you mutter, fingers lightly prodding at his medically patched skin. Hoshina shakes his head slightly and drops it to rest on your shoulder as he grunts under his breath, “You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that.”

You falter, a furious blush creeping up to your cheeks at his statement. ‘Why didn’t you do it sooner, then?’ You’d wanted to ask but just as he raises his head, you catch sight of the bloody handprints on both of his cheeks. You gasp in surprise, “Soshiro, you’re—”

You reach up to hold his face, though when you see your own hands stained with the blood from his wounds, a small laugh of realisation comes out of you. Hoshina snorts a little when he deduces the same thing, the room now filled with your combined giggles.

“All the more reason to stay here longer and get myself cleaned up, hm?” He smirks and leans back with his arms perched on the bed. You gnaw at the bottom of your lip, staring not-so-subtly at his slacked figure.

More work for you to do… not like you’re complaining anyway because he does not have any business looking so sinfully good with all those muscles and bare skin all roughed up and bloodied like that.

You inwardly shake your head to disperse the thought. Throwing him an eye roll, you scold him for moving around too much in case his injuries get worse, and that he should know better than to stay out of commission for longer than necessary considering his importance in the division.

Deep down, though, you’re glad that Hoshina Soshiro is there with you in more ways than one, holding your hand as you trudge through this new relationship blossoming between you two.

He stays, and he is significant. Forever will be in your lovesick little heart.

[💌] AIZEN SŌSUKE RELATIONSHIP HEADCANNONS

[NOTE]: Aizen has a variety of character arcs, so this won't be limited to any specific one. I do plan to create a more detailed version covering the different Aizen arcs in the future, but you're welcome to request any specific one in the meantime.

This will be split into 2 sections

What does Aizen look for?

— If you were Aizen’s partner, you’d definitely be someone very special to him. Looks wouldn’t be as important; rather, it would be your personality and ideologies that matter most.

— For instance, Aizen values someone who enjoys challenges and is willing to take risks. He’s all for that, but, of course, you’d also need to be cautious at times.

— Aizen greatly appreciates a deep understanding of the world. I like to think that he and his partner would engage in philosophical conversations daily. He’d want someone to explore the world with, to venture into new places, and try new experiences. Aizen definitely strikes me as the type to enjoy travel.

— He would want someone who challenges him. Given who Aizen is, he wouldn’t be interested in a partner who is passive or follows the crowd. He wants someone who will challenge his ideas, his ethics, and his worldview. He seeks someone who is on the same intellectual level, someone equal to him, or perhaps even better. This is something he has always longed for.

— I believe Aizen is sapiosexual, meaning he is attracted to people with high intelligence, and also likely demisexual or somewhere on the aromantic/asexual spectrum. He deeply values intelligence and personal space. For him, the sexual aspects of a relationship would not be his focus; instead, he values the fundamentals. His understanding of "love" is more complex than that of most people.

— Building on what I mentioned about his view on love, you would also need to respect his needs and be patient. Trust is essential here. Aizen doesn’t easily trust anyone, so the idea of him loving someone would make him feel extremely vulnerable. While he views trust as a form of reliance, his approach to trust in relationships is different. His way of showing trust and love will likely be expressed through his actions. Perhaps after Muken, Aizen would become more open and free. Muken Aizen, after all, is much more carefree and relaxed.

I’ll keep this section as is since it’s getting long. I’ll leave the rest for another day!

What will Aizen be like with his S/O?

— Aizen would likely ask for your thoughts on his plans or if you have any alternative suggestions for execution. He enjoys the sound of his own voice, so don’t be surprised if he rambles on about his strategies or just shares his thoughts from time to time.

— He will shower his partner with gifts and words of affirmation. Aizen is incredibly attentive and will take note of even the smallest details about what you like, even if you haven’t explicitly told him.

— Quality time will be very important to him as well. Despite his preference for solitude, having someone by his side will be a refreshing change. After being alone for so long, it’s natural to crave companionship. Aizen will likely plan a variety of activities for you both to enjoy together, whether it’s shopping, cooking, or simply taking a walk. Every moment with you will be meaningful.

— Physical touch is something Aizen might find unfamiliar at first. He’s used to being cautious with those around him, especially with anyone who gets too close. However, I think he would offer hugs from time to time as a way to show that he’s there for you and cares for you. If he knows you enjoy physical affection, he’ll make an effort to meet that need, even if it takes him a while to become fully comfortable with it!

— Expect a lot of playful bantering. Aizen seems like He enjoys a bit of lighthearted back-and-forth.

— Aizen will take you out on extravagant dates or to fancy venues. He is undoubtedly classy and chivalrous, he will treat you with the utmost respect and make sure you always get the best of everything!

I'M DOING MY EVIL TEAM THIS TIME! Team Trident primarily focus on Water and Electric types, Pokémon wise. Shrieker's favourite Pokémon is Lanturn, that's where that comes from.

Now usually in my fan region's story, Shrieker is rehabilitated and the team is disbanded once the player beats them. This does not apply here, the team is fully active.

The application stuff is serious by the way, if your character wants to be in an evil team and the main series is too basic (no offence), you can join! If you need any details, then Shrieker (most likely, not a guarantee) will reply IC in the inbox.

NOTE: Shrieker is a middle aged man with dwarfism, so if anyone has any extra tips in that regard, I'll gladly listen. Also please correct me if there is another term I need to use for this.

All characters are adults so suggestive content may show up.

you giggle as felix continues to hand over the batch of brownies the two of you made together. they ended up coming out messy from how many times the two of you bumped into each other or accidentally forgot something when you got distracted with a kiss or two.

he cut the brownies, ready to be put into a container for safe keeping but instead he insisted on helping you eat all of the small batch.

“lix, we can just eat some later.”

“but i like wiping away the chocolate from your lips.”

you nodded your head, waiting for him to get comfortable next to you in the bed, your body pushing itself closer to him and taking in his, all too familiar, fresh, laundry scent. nights like this would come up often between the two of you, whenever you had too much anxiety, he would sing or play guitar or sometimes even plaster you with kisses to make you forget your problems. you loved those nights the best. whenever he was having anxiety, you would play with his hair until he fell asleep just as he was doing to you now.

“i already brought you food and you still want mine?”

seungmin pulled his plate away from you as you tried to naw at the pieces you wanted. you had already finished your plate but you were still hungry for more, your period taking a major toll on your appetite. after realizing you weren’t going to get what you wanted, you sighed and rested your head on his shoulder.

“give up already?”

“mhm.”

he slid over the slices, lifting your head to look at him confusingly. he just pressed a small kiss on your forehead and patted your head.

it was a guilty pleasure to tease you without verbal reason, although he would never admit that he liked your reactions.

jeongin — sharing clothes 💋

“hey, isn’t that jeongin’s?”

one of your classmates asked, placing his hand on your shoulder and forcing you around so he could get a better look, he didn’t recognize it from your usual fits, though he could recall your boyfriend wearing the hoodie one or two times before. you opened your mouth to say something but you were immediately caught of breath when you saw jeongin marching his way over to you, his eyes glaring deeply at your friend. you warned him to be nice but he didn’t comply.

“it is mine, actually, and not for you to touch.”

he pushed the guys hand off of you and pulled you closer to him, you could feel the hard muscle he had been building up for weeks, under his shirt.

“and neither is she.”

Stretching

“You look like a cat,” Seungmin teased, and it was true.

Lee Know had been stretching in bed, arms above his head, back arched, and feet kicked out. His eyes were shut tight and he whined a bit. Either from Seungmin’s words or he was really enjoying his stretch.

Minho groaned, too unbothered to open his eyes, still sprawled out on the plush mattress. “Don’t tease me or you’re gonna get it.”

The younger knew what this meant. If another word left his mouth, he was in for a long round of tickle torture. He glanced at Changbin, who was watching the scene unfold and the vocalist knew they were thinking the same thing.

Unless he made the first move.

Quickly, Seungmin reached a hand down, sticking a singular finger into the older’s belly button. It was hard to resist when the boy’s shirt had ridden up just enough from his previous position.

Immediately, Minho let out a strangled noise, slamming his arms down from his outstretched position. But it was too late. Changbin had already taken action and easily pulled an arm up with his hand. Minho knew he was helpless. I mean, what could he do with the strongest member holding his arm up way above his head? He resorted to the last thing he could think of. Begging.

“Please, guys! Don’t do this. You know I can’t take it!” He flashed pleading eyes at Seungmin who merely smiled at him before slowly lowering his hand down.

“There’s nothing you can do about it, hyung~” Teased the younger, still hovering his hands above the boy’s midriff. “Where should I go first?” He asked Changbin, a playful glint in his eyes.

The black-haired boy scanned Minho’s body, watching as he continued to plead.

“S-stop! Don’t touch me!”

“Go for his stomach, that always shuts him up.” Changbin suggested, watching Seungmin’s fingers as he turned them into claws.

Lee Know brought his free arm in front of him, shoving at the nearing hand, hoping that would somehow prevent it from reaching his body. To his dismay, it didn’t work. In an instant, the other had shot his hand down, clawing at his tummy.

“Stohohop! Gohoho away!” He weakly shoved at the fingers invading his midriff, letting out a panicked scream when Seungmin dipped a finger back in his belly button. And to make it worse, Changbin brought his other arm up which now left Minho hopeless.

“SEHEHEUNGMIN, STAHAHAP! GEHET OUT!!” He arched his back just like he had when he stretched, except this time, it was instinctively.

The younger grinned, wiggling in a little deeper, relishing in the screech it pulled from the boy underneath him. “And what if I didn’t?” Cooed the vocalist who kept up with the older no matter how much he thrashed.

But eventually, Seungmin did let up. He wasn’t finished with Minho yet and he didn’t want to kill him before he got to experiment more of his sensitivity.

“Lehet me go already!”

“Not until we find your death spot.”

Lee Know froze at the younger’s words. Death spot? If they found it, he knew it would be over for him… “S-stop! I don’t want you to!” He retorted, trying to pull his arms down or look for some sort of escape, though, he found none.

Seungmin ignored the dancer, simply scanning his body, finding his next place to attack. “Is it here?” He asked, stuffing his fingers into Minho’s armpits, producing a squeal from the older.

“NOHOHO! IHIT’S NOHOT THERE! DOHOHON’T!” Screamed the boy, with a hint of panic and excitement in his eyes.

Seungmin groaned. Where was his spot!?

“I’ll find it sometime, hyung~”

And with that said, the youngest went to work. Jabbing around Lee Know’s torso, squeezing his thighs nonstop, and even blowing raspberries right above his belly button for a torturously long time. Still, nothing got him as big of a reaction as he was hoping for. “Do you even have one?” Questioned the other in defeat, gazing at Minho’s red face and teary eyes as residual giggles spilled out of him.

“I barely even did anything!” Seungmin took note of his features. “He’s acting like I tortured him!”

“Probably from the raspberries. Those always have him screaming.” Changbin muttered from his same position above the dancer.

“Plehehehease, get him to stohop!” Pleaded said boy, fixing his eyes on the rapper while breathing heavily. Out of excitement and nervousness.

“I won’t help you, hyung. But you should be glad I haven’t spilled your spot.” Changbin smirked at the older evilly

Minho’s eyes widened and he bit his lip to keep his laughter at bay.

“You know?” Seungmin voiced his thoughts aloud, beginning to beg the other for the spot.

After Changbin refused to tell Seungmin, he took it to another level, now threatening the boy. “Hyung! If you don’t tell me I’ll make Chan hyung tickle you to death.”

That definitely worked…

The middle of the three decided to spill. “Okay, okay! It’s his waist!” He blurted out. “Right here!” Changbin reached over to poke the older’s lower tummy, around his v-line, emitting a ticklish scream from the older.

Minho watched in agony as Seungmin’s lips curved upwards. “Here?” He repeated the other’s actions. Poking the same area, except this time wiggling his finger deep into the boys skin. “AH! D-don’t do that!!” Said boy whimpered, stomach quivering under Seungmin’s touch. With that, the younger begun by pressing a few of his fingers into that place, already pulling a smile from Minho. He carefully massaged his fingers in, loving the laughter he got in return.

“STAHAP! GUHUHUYS!” Lee Know shook his head back and forth, bucking up and down, only causing the younger to press in deeper.

“NOHOHOHOHO!!”

Seungmin had changed his tactic and had slightly pulled the other’s shirt up, to reveal the bare skin, and was now grazing his nails across it. “So this is your worst spot? It’s so sensitive!” Minho whined through his laughter, throwing his head back when Seungmin scratched around a little harder with the tip of his nails.

“You know how to get him screaming even louder?” Changbin teased to which Seungmin perked his head up curiously. “Use your thumbs.” Was all the dark haired boy said, pulling on the others arms to stretch him out a bit more. Now his spot was on full show, increasing the sensitivity by a ton.

Without a word, the younger had placed his thumbs down, teasing the older as nervousness bubbled up in his throat. “Stop. Don’t move your fingers!”

And this was more than an invitation for the vocalist to dig in, vibrating his thumbs far into his waistline. And if Minho wasn’t in hysterics before, he sure was now. Especially when Seungmin dipped a finger back into his belly button, sending what felt like an electric shock through the boy who let out a piercing shriek at having two of his worst spots ticked and tortured. at once. And he dissolved into another round of loud, boisterous mirth.

“STAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! PLEHEHEHEASE!” Lee Know screamed until he was completely overtaken by silent laughter.

“Okay, finish up,” Changbin told the younger, observing Minho as he, again, forcefully arched his back, head thrown into the rappers lap with the brightest bunny smile and flushed face. “He is kind of cute, though…” Changbin couldn’t help but admit. But, he knew the older couldn’t take this for much longer, especially with his ticklishness.

“Fine, I’m almost done!” Seungmin decided to go in for the kill, wiggling all ten fingers on his v-line and blowing a ticklish raspberry below his belly button this time.

Minho tried to scream, he really did. But when he opened his mouth, nothing came out as he thrashed around. “He can’t even get anything out, Seungmin!” Changbin giggled at the older’s predicament. All they could see was the boy mouthing words like “stop” and “please” and “I’m sorry”. And letting out an occasional squeal and jolt when the vocalist hit a hyper sensitive area.

And finally, the vocalist let up.

“Had enough?” He asked, rubbing Lee Know’s tummy after having pulled his shirt down.

“Yehes, I’m sorryy!!” The older exclaimed, curling into a ball, still panting with a heartwarming smile plastered on his face. “I’m getting you back so bad.” Minho added under his breath and Seungmin’s heart skipped a beat when he had heard it.

“D-don’t!” Was all he said before he was being chased around the dorm.
