day 3 of reya singh’s 4-day mind reprogramming process! .𖥔 ݁ ˖ִ ࣪⚝₊ ⊹˚
day 3: reinforce your beliefs by consuming trusted shifting success stories. watch or read first-hand accounts— people who have successfully shifted. let their experiences strengthen your conviction that shifting is real and attainable for you too. allow their perspectives to strengthen your knowing and shut down any remaining disbelief. surround yourself with proof; immerse yourself in these stories, envision yourself in their position, and shut down any lingering doubts. you know your capability— now strengthen that conviction.
so during this process, i’m not supposed to ‘try’ to shift (as reya said) and i haven’t. i listened to this one subliminal that i believe got me a little close before— last night but that’s about it. — my friend and i are doing this process together too, she’s great at finding stuff abt our dr <3 @4midrain (˶ ˘ ³˘)ˆᵕ ˆ˶)
today i looked through tiktok and this app for successful shifts from either ppl i follow or that i found throughout my feed and had liked. i love reading or watching other people's story times, regardless of the topic. seeing someone light up and gush while recounting their first shifting experience, interactions with loved ones in their desired reality is incredibly heartwarming. even if i’m unfamiliar with the specific reality being described, ‘fictional’ or ‘life’ (fame, etc,.)
but with this i also looked for stories of my own dr, criminal minds. it doesn’t seem to be a common dr unlike others but i managed to find content and it makes me even more excited and giddy regardless the nature of said content. like yesterday, these stories got me to thinking more in depth of my life in my dr and certain serious topics. i’m getting better at seeing my reality as something really real. it’s the life and work i really do want. it won’t be sunshine and rainbows all the time especially due to the nature of my job, but it’s something i still want regardless. as giddy as i get about my s/o and the team, i know how real my life will be. how real the people i’ll be around will be— real people living a real life, just like me. that in itself is also very motivating to me.

ZHA Close Up, MAM Shanghai
ZHA Close Up, MAM Shanghai, Architecture Exhibition Project, Chinese Architecture Show, Images
ZHA Close Up at MAM Shanghai
6 Jul 2021
Design: Zaha Hadid Architects
Location: 4777 Binjiang Avenue, Pudong New Area, Shanghai
ZHA Close Up Exhibition
Defined by a timeline of Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) formative works in China, ZHA Close Up at MAM Shanghai explores the pioneering research and interconnecting relationships that unite their projects around the globe, detailing the technological innovations that are transforming how the studio imagines, designs and constructs built environments.
Running from 3 July – 29 August 2021, the exhibition examines the evolution of Zaha Hadid Architects’ buildings over the last 40 years—from the flowing urban spaces of the MAXXI Museum of 21st Century Art in Rome (2010) and Leeza SOHO in Beijing (2019) to the studio’s ground-breaking projects currently in development across six continents—demonstrating a consistent desire to innovate and inspire.
Founded by the late Zaha Hadid in 1979, Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) redefined architecture for the 21st century with a repertoire of projects that have captured imaginations across the globe. Hadid was a major figure in the world of architecture and the first woman to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2004. She first travelled to China in 1981 at the very beginning of her career. Like her birthplace Iraq, carved by the Euphrates and the Tigris, China’s natural landscapes and urban settlements have been shaped through history by its great rivers and waterways. Travelling from north to south, visiting many Chinese cities to experience its art and architecture, Hadid studied the methods that embed its historic architecture within the great theatre of natural landscapes.
ZHA’s competition-winning design for the Peak Club in Hong Kong (1982-1983) manifests Hadid’s investigations into the fluid relationships between building and site, interior and exterior, architecture and engineering. Defined by the topography of the surrounding mountainside, in this and later seminal projects such as the Guangzhou Opera House (2010) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (2019), ZHA’s work echoes the coherence of the nature in an organic architectural language generating unrivalled spatial experiences that are intuitive to navigate and recognised around the world.
ZHA Close Up explores the journey of four decades of experimentation that are inscribed within ZHA’s architecture and has seen their designs become more spatially inventive, more structurally efficient, more technologically advanced and more environmentally sensitive with each new design and positions their work at the forefront of architectural practice.
Showcasing projects that have received highest honours from civic, professional and academic institutions worldwide, ZHA Close Up will present the studio’s pioneering research to improve how the industry designs and constructs:
Sustainability – the application of detailed environmental analysis and geometry optimization techniques to maximize efficient design with less waste and consumption of resources.
Computation & Design – collaboration with the world’s most respected scientific institutions to develop innovations in robotics, artificial intelligence and digital fabrication.
ZH Social – investigation of the social interaction processes to be expected in the designed environments via agent-based simulations with differentiated agent populations and decision processes.
Analytics & Insights – data analytics and human behaviour modelling to design healthy and productive working environments that are tailor-made to overall and individual wellness.
Virtual Reality – demonstrating the remarkable possibilities immersive technologies will offer architects to collaborate and design in augmented reality.
The exhibition will also present Zaha Hadid Design (ZHD), formed in 2006 out of a need to create a separate platform to share Hadid’s distinct dialogue of contemporary design, although the ZHD portfolio encompasses 40 years of research. Today it is defined by Hadid’s inventive methodology and signature design in furniture, lighting and fashion which transcends boundaries and has a global following. ZHD has partnered with iconic brands to create exceptional one-off and limited edition pieces which form part of some of the world’s most esteemed museum collections. Each piece effortlessly conveys immaculate craftsmanship and Hadid’s virtuosity with fluid geometry. Launched in 2014 under its own label, the ‘ZHD Collection’ further expresses Hadid’s vision in an uncompromising pursuit of excellence and non-conformity to define the acclaimed brand and ensure its timeless and revered presence within the design world.
Shai Baitel, Artistic Director of MAM Shanghai, said: “I am excited to include, as part of our interdisciplinary and immersive approach at MAM, this important exhibition, celebrating Zaha Hadid’s ingenuity. Hadid was an exceptional woman, and we are delighted to show our audience the development of her movement as a researcher, designer, and architect through various geographies and histories—and how this movement impacts the current innovative vision and work of Zaha Hadid Architects, following her untimely passing. Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) continues and expands on her legacy and MAM is proud to present this show, granting unprecedented insights into the vision of one of the most important architects of our time.”
Patrik Schumacher, Principal, Zaha Hadid Architects, said: “With this show we aim to present who we are close up, our depth of experience, our current preoccupations, and our aspirations for the future.”
MAM Shanghai is the largest contemporary art museum in Shanghai, measuring over 7,000 square meters. The state of the art museum located at the heart of Shanghai’s cultural mile along the Huangpu River is a premier institution for contemporary art with a global and multidisciplinary approach.

The Betraying Lord
Warning: violence (This is a continuation/prologue to a previous story)
The party had been journeying for quite some time when they finally arrived at the home of the lord they had come to see. The lord welcomed them with open doors and had guest rooms made up in the wings of his immense mansion. The party was fed and cared for and an audience with the lord was arranged for the next day. As they walked through the hallways of the mansion, exploring, almost every member of the group drew questioning looks from the people living and working there.
The twin Dragonborn, Ash and Sparky garnered the most obvious looks, being tall humanoid lizards and always accompanied by a raven that was larger than a human. Sparky was an alchemist, with scales the color of burnished bronze and an arm made of crystal. Their twin, Ash, was a druid, with moss colored scales and an enormous raven as a companion. The member of the group who stood out almost as much as the twins was a tall robot named Poncho, who of course simply ignored all of the looks sent their direction.
The remaining two members were a lot less noticed. Marzipan, the halfling bard looked like, and was mistaken as, a small child. If anyone acted on this assumption though, she would correct them in such a manner that they never did it again. The last member of the party was Tal, a skinny boy in his late teens wearing an oversized hat, a long scarf and robes that did not really seem to belong anywhere, stood out the least, mostly due to remaining quiet and behind Poncho for most of the groups discussions with members of the household.
The evening of their arrival, Tal spent most of his time in the extensive library the lord kept, reading anything that caught his eye. Marzipan also spent the evening in there as well, but stayed reading long after Tal went to bed. The twins spent the evening in their rooms, discussing various methods of getting what they wanted from the lord. Poncho spent the entire night sitting in a chair in Tal’s room, waiting for morning, even though they had been given a bed.
The next day they met with the lord, and argued with passion to be granted passage across the lord’s lands. At one point, they needed a particular book and some scrolls from the library and decided to send Tal, as he was contributing even less than Poncho to the argument. Due to this, he had no knowledge of what had happened in the room while he had been gone, how the negotiations with the noble had fared. When Tal returned and opened the door, a sight he had never seen greeted him. All of his friends, bloody and beaten, lying on the ground or slumped against the wall. Poncho was missing all of their limbs and the guards that had been stationed around the room were still prodding the fallen forms with their spears, laughing loudly to themselves. The lord, noticing that Tal had returned, shifted slightly in his ornate gilded chair. “Ah, the last one has returned. Kill him.”
The stack of scrolls in Tal’s arms clattered to the ground, his shoulders started to shake and he put his head in his hands. Then, in an instant he grew very still. When he looked up, his eyes were glowing purple, a purple so dark it was nearly black. Runes flared into existence, floating around his neck, wrists and ankles and the glowing motif of an eye appeared in front of his forehead. Mir stared at the lord and the look on his face caused the lord to shift uncomfortably in his chair. Gone was Mir’s normal laughing expression, replaced by one of cold fury. With calm measured steps Mir began to walk the length of the long room towards the opulent chair and cowardly lord at the end. As Mir walked, he chanted. The words that rose from his tongue seemed to take on a life of their own, dancing around the room only to return and compound into the chant. Sometimes it seemed as if Mir spoke with two voices at the same time, every time the second spoke a guard died. The closer to the lord Mir got, the louder the chant grew, seeming to fill the room, swelling in complexity and power until it burst as Mir laid his hand on the lord and they both vanished.
The lord found himself standing in the decimated ruins of a city, on top of a hill in a seemingly endless field of grass. Mir stood before him, the same look of cold anger on his face, but he was no longer chanting. The lord was starting to frantically look for a way out when Mir spoke.
“I have one purpose, and that is to defend Tal, the primary owner of this body, from all harm. That includes psychological harm, such as seeing all of his friends tortured and nearly dead in front of him. We trusted you and so I was not prepared for that scene and reacted too late. Tal is now hurt, possibly forever and that is not something I can fix. I am here to do what needs to be done when Tal cannot do it. So I have brought you to our earliest memory made reality and I will leave you here. You will not die in this realm, nor will anyone ever find you. I am the only entity in existence that knows this world exists and I am also the only one who knows how to get in and out. There is no one else here and there never will be. I would kill you, but that is too kind a fate for what you have caused. Some would say this is extreme, but I say it is fitting punishment. Welcome to eternity.”
With that, Mir spoke a single word that could never be repeated and vanished, leaving the lord calling out to thin air. Returning to the hall, Mir set about fixing and healing the rest of the group, keeping them in magical slumber the entire time. Chanting the entire time he brought each of the group to their personal rooms, then proceeded to modify the memories of each one and everyone in the castle, making it seem as if they actually completed their goal and the lord agreed. He could not erase the memories of the group being beaten, not from Tal’s or anyone else’s mind, so he made it a dream. With that complete, Mir laid down in bed and stopped chanting, releasing everyone from his spell.
Tal woke up shivering, covered in a cold sweat. The dream he had just experienced had been too real.

I dunno who the two are in that are you just posted, but I feel like I NEED to know more. You have any basic info on them?
Bruh I literally thought about this ask all day , it make me very happy you want to know more ;7; Buckle down bc this is going 2 be a ride
So on the sailor (Anton), he’s 5′5′‘ and 32 years old. He was sold to a slaver after his parents were killed and got rescued by his current Captain and her husband. The Captain loves him like he’s her son, she takes very good care of him! Unfortunately, her husband died while they saved Anton, he still feel guilty about it even though initially they weren’t there to save him at all. Anton wears a lot of jewellery, most of them are only for show, like the rings on his left hands and his earrings on his right ear. The only two that have meaning are the gold earring on the left side , when he was a lass , he could only afford one earring and it’s the first thing he bought by himself, with his own money. He wears engagement rings as a necklace, they were his parents. He has two tattoos, one is an anchor on his right arm, which doesn’t mean anything and the other is rose that blooms on his neck and goes to his back. He asked to make it appear like it’s growing out of one of his scars, he has many on his back but this one was when his parents died and is the one that runs deeper than the others. It reminds him that he can still grow even after being broken. Also a rose because he is romantic, not in the ‘‘ candlelight dinner’‘ type of way , but in his ideas, if that makes sense? Also, he was very impulsive when he was younger and he loves things that are beautiful and deadly (just Mir’s luck lmAO). He fights with a rapier and a scimitar!
Anton is somehow always tired???? Like how???? Also he’s very good and could be made captain and have his own fleet but he’s just so goddamn lazy and if he became captain he wouldn’t be able to explore the world on his own like he wants. Not to forget that he doesn’t feel ready to have the lives of an entire crew on his hands. He loves getting to know about the world and travelling ( that’s why he’s a sailor)
About the mermaid (Mir which is not really his name). He uses he/him as well as they/them, in his language it’s not gendered ? Kinda like the asari in mass effect. He’s 7ft tall (one inches short but who’s counting). He’s a grade A asshole, and he loves jewellery as well. Because they make him look good, it’s literally all for the ~aesthetic~ , he once killed man for some bracelets. He’s extremely petty, but all the ‘‘mermaids’‘ are somehow petty. He’s very extravagant and lives for the drama, if there’s no drama he will make some. His particular specie can sting people like jellyfish, they are extremely lethal.
Mir has lived for centuries and is well known to be dangerous. He loves going near the surface and in soft water only to mess with humans. He is very curious and loves to be amused with humans, who he considers to be inferior, and will convince them to drown themselves for shit n’ giggles.
Under the cut for more information!
So, there was a crisis in the world, which was killing a lot of people and scientist were so desperate that they started to mix fish genes with humans genes to save try to save them. Basing themselves on the theory of evolution that we came from fishes (water based life). It did work for a moment before they started mutating. Fishes we’re already exposed to radiation years ago though so it made humans sick but some adapted and survived it. After the crisis was over, the people that mutated were shunned and killed. A lot of them retreated to the sea, because of their mutation they survived. Now, the once survivors are strong and are the majority of what’s alive on earth and they have muted even more to the point that some looks more fish-like than humans.
The humans calls them mermaids but between each other they have other names. Mirs and Afleoms are the predominant ones in the sea, that humans knowns at least. There’s 4 distinct species that are ‘‘ civilized’‘ : the Mirs, Afleoms, Xeozes and Ifloses . The Mirs are very pretty and petty, they like to lure men and kill them. Most of mirs look ‘‘masculine’‘ for humans which in reality they have no gender. Whereas Afleoms looks more ‘‘feminine’‘ to humans, they love to steal things and a very good merchants.
Alfeoms and Mirs shares a lot of characteristics because they lives in the same spaces. The average for them is 6′‘, they can get bigger depending on which fish-like mutation they have. Most of them are attracted to shiny things. They glow. None of the mermaid species have actual hair! It’s some kind of silk-like material (for a lack of knowledge on my part I apologize!) . On Mir, it looks like he has eyebrows but those are merely design on his skin.
All ‘‘mermaids’‘ are radioactive and it is killing them very slowly. They are immune to certain kinds of radiation, like soft water radiation does nothing to them but the deeper you get the worse it is. Any earth living creature will get killed if they’re in the presence of the mermaids more than 2 weeks. Of course, people that are used to it have built-in protection to it, like sailors and such. The sea itself is toxic, but sailors can withstand it by being around it for so long (or any people that lives by the sea).
Like I said earlier, the ‘‘mermaids’‘ don’t have any genders per se, their vocabulary don’t have any either? They don’t make the distinction between what humans calls ‘‘men’‘ & ‘‘women’‘ . To them, they just are. Some of them will use he/she pronouns but they’re in minority, it’s mostly the ones that banter with humans. I just said it but they’re all radioactive but some more than others. The radiation is consuming them so they use methods, like the crystal on Mir’s chest to not be driven mad by it. Some chooses to be overwhelmed by it, they lurk in the trenches of the bottom sea, they’re considered very dangerous.

day 2 of reya singh’s 4-day mind reprogramming process! .𖥔 ݁ ˖ִ ࣪⚝₊ ⊹˚
day 2: incorporate shifting-related activities throughout your day to cultivate the right mindset. meditate, listen to subliminals, read your script— anything that evokes feelings of excitement for your journey. reflect with gratitude on discovering shifting and having this opportunity. affirm positive beliefs about your capabilities. immerse yourself in the emotions of living your desired reality. by saturating your mind with positivity regarding shifting, you can reprogram your mindset and create momentum towards successfully reaching your reality.
i’ve been posting these after 12am so please excuse the weird timeline. day 1 was the 2nd, day 2 was the 3rd, and day 3 (today) is the 4th. it’s past 12am for me rn so… that’s my bad (っ- ‸ - ς)
anyway! as i went about my day, shifting naturally crossed my mind but when i remembered it was day 2 of this process (i almost forgot), i simply continued on with a little more depth. i focused on feeling deep gratitude and excitement, affirming my desired reality as just another place, no more or less real than this one. reaffirming it’s simply another place i can easily access. i focused on internalizing the truth that my desired reality is not some unobtainable fantasy, but a place i have already visited and am visiting. reading my script and consuming content related to my dr kept me immersed in the right mindset. i reflected over first discovering shifting randomly through an article, then learning more as it blew up on tiktok. i was instantly drawn to it. while recalling my journey, i made sure to keep my dr at the forefront of my mind. i know that immersing myself in these positive thoughts and feelings brings me closer to successfully shifting.
i feel great so far. i mean this day especially was just so nice. i’m having all kinds of good vibes about this process and i couldn’t be happier. i’m so so excited about monday!! (♡ˊ͈ ꒳ ˋ͈)

day 4 of reya singh’s 4-day mind reprogramming process! .𖥔 ݁ ˖ִ ࣪⚝₊ ⊹˚
day 4: today is the day you will shift. anchor this firmly in your mindset. as you go through your day and routine, consciously connect every action to shifting. drinking water, brushing your teeth, showering, watching tv, breathing, eating— associating literally every activity, no matter how mundane, to bringing you closer to shift. even negative experiences can be reframed as stepping stones toward this goal. let this relentless positive focus saturate your consciousness. this day takes you into your desired reality.
alright!! this is technically not day 4 as it would’ve been monday the 5th not today (tuesday 6th) so, excuse that, i’ll explain. anyway! before we get into this, i just want to state: no, i did not shift, but maybe got close. this attempt is similar to another. i will explain what happened and my overall thoughts about this process. long post!! (˘ŏ_ŏ)
⋆⋅☆⋅⋆what happened?⋆⋅☆⋅⋆
so to address the timeline, i did attempt to shift monday which is the official 4th day but right when it hit 12am for me since i’m in bed by then. i love “awake” methods, they’re all i usually do but i can only do them at night when i am left alone and nothing is bothering me. i’m busy during the day and there’s never a quiet moment.
i did everything as usual, i got myself ready for bed, buzzing with good energy and semi-controlled giddiness. i lay down, put my headphones on and i listen to reya’s guided meditation. i get into a nice deep calm state, i don’t feel my body too much and i’m very relaxed. i affirm and affirm, keep relaxed. i don’t feel any “symptoms” per se, maybe like a tingling sensation here and there but i barely notice (i know i don’t need to experience these). so this continues on and eventually i go in and out of consciousness. the whole time i doze off and come back, i hear the subliminal music in my ears and no cue i’m in my wr. i remember getting frustrated but not why, i wasn’t mad i wasn’t in my wr or anything i know that for sure. really strange, but i’m not thinking much of it. in summary, i fell asleep and nothing much happened.
that brings me to 12am today. i got ready for bed as usual and around 11:20pm (of yesterday) i’m finally in bed. i’m looking through notifs, apps, etc., then i decide to shift again. because why not? fuck it, let’s do it.
so after reviewing my script (and adding to it), i lay back with alunir’s guided meditation playing in my headphones. i’ve used it several times before. i relax immediately, etc etc etc., you know how it goes. again, not many “symptoms”, i barely notice the smaller ones like tingling. i get into a very very relaxed state, can’t feel my body much and i affirm and set my intentions as i hear what alunir says. like the last attempt, i doze off a little at first but then i’m fully awake. and soon i start smelling the faintest scents of rain and cologne (scripted this for my wr). i’m even calmer than last time this happened, got excited but i shut that shit down quick to focus. another cue i had in mind to know i’m in my wr is connor “waking” me up. he would gently wake me up not by talking but touch. (i’ve yet to post abt him, i will soon. he’s connor from a game called detroit become human. he’s like my assistant(?) in wr) edit: wr introduction!
man i just remembered as i’m typing this up, i felt a shove to my arm/shoulder. it wasn’t aggressive but not so gentle, somewhere in the middle. i can’t tell if this was just a jerk my body did or something more for a split second. i don’t know what to define it as but i’m more sure it was just a jerk than anything else.
⋆⋅☆⋅⋆overall thoughts⋆⋅☆⋅⋆
i think this is an amazing process. i believe it really helps lock down your belief in shifting as well as whatever you want to work on while using this. i felt pretty confident about my abilities to shift and it helped strengthen my positivity about shifting as a whole.
throughout all the exercises of this process, it helped strengthen so many parts of myself. reflecting on my journey thus far and what i hope to get out of one of many lives is so incredibly motivating and eye-opening. it gets you to really sit down and think about what you want and what you see for your overall life. this process really helps you see your dr(s) as a real place. not something you can only dream of but a real place where you can be. where everyone around you is real and have very real lives.
i definitely recommend others to try this process out. even if you don’t end up shifting, it can help strengthen your mindset and get you to think deeply about your dr(s). in turn, get you that much more closer to shifting!! ◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜

day 1 of reya singh’s 4-day mind reprogramming process! .𖥔 ݁ ˖ִ ࣪⚝₊ ⊹˚
i’ve been dancing around this process for such a long time but i’ve been thinking of it a lot recently. i finally decided to start when i saw more and more people doing it lately. i took it as a sign and thought, why not? it’s about time (˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
day 1: make a list of your deepest beliefs (and non-beliefs) — things you know to be unconditionally true. include your belief in reality shifting on this list (or anything for that matter— anything you need). repeatedly affirm these beliefs, imagining they have always been part of your worldview (as most have). this manifestation technique can reprogram your mindset to embrace shifting as an integral, natural part of your reality. if you believe it, you can achieve it.
i completed today’s task of jotting down my beliefs and non-beliefs. what i’m personally using for my process is, ‘i’m a master shifter (i can shift easily).’ these two statements work hand in hand. i typed them down in my notes app but i’m going to write them out into a little journal. there’s no specifics on how to format this; what i did is include my belief multiple times in between others in my list.
tip! actually writing something down is way better!! the act of handwriting facilitates memory (and learning) in several key ways. the physical motions involved in manually writing engage sensory and motor systems in the brain. this, combined with the visual input of seeing the words formed on the page, provides multi-sensory information to enhance encoding into long-term memory. handwriting also necessitates deeper cognitive processing compared to typing. this added effort to translate thoughts into written words strengthens connections in the brain, allowing for better retention (૭ 。•̀ ᵕ •́。 )૭
