If u mean the frames I recently posted ,,, it's mostly just the built-in ibis paint x lace things put around a blurred circle ^^; nuthin too special ,,, the thing to get to them is in the top right corner, you can find them by searching "lace" Then the rest is up to uu ໒꒰ྀི´ ˘ ` ꒱ྀིა

aaah ,, i use ibispaint, capcut, and videostar!! the font is morphine jack,,, the effects on videostar are turbulence 4, panning 2 (optional), and jerky!!! for the overlay thing on the text i use the built-in blood images, found in the upper right corner, preferably 13a, 13b, and 13c ^_^ you position it how u like and clip it to the text layer ,,, then (optionally) you can put a saturate layer in black or white over it , then white at any opacity!!! herez sum images to help ,,, (fair warning if you're sensitive to blood) ALSO BEFORE YOU ASK HOW CAPCUT IS USED IN THIS i simply use it just to turn the image into a video so that it can be put into videostar!!

once the video is made, you can use ezgif's video to gif converter !! And ya thats all i think ,,, i dont think the morphine jack font works on ibispaint so you'll probably have to put your wanted text into the preview box and take a screenshot of the outcome,,, but Idk ,, SORRY IF THIS IS A HORRIBLE EXPLANATION !!!
