And, yes, this is Solas in Nerisa's costume from W.I.T.C.H. The fact is that in the Russian localization of DA and W.I.T.C.H. the words "Veilguard" and "Guardians" are translated approximately the same way. Hence the idea to draw Solas in striped tights.
