Detail of an original ancient Greek lyra (lyre) found in Athens and brought to Britain by Lord Elgin. Dated approximately 5thC BC-4thC BC A reproduction of an ancient Greek lyra will be performed this Saturday by Spyros Giasafakis and Evi Stergiou in London at The Harrison. The ancient Greek instruments will be accompanied Joanna Quail's electric cello and Lucie Dehli's vocals.
