"Jules!" Noel shouted as soon as she laid eyes on Julian. "Hey!" She tried to get his attention as she walked his way. Of course, it was hard to not get his attention, as she was dressed to the nines, and had at least twelve balloons with her along with a cake box on her hands. The balloons all varied in colors and size and shapes. For someone who wore black as a staple color, it felt surreal to be surrounded by so many colorful things. "Happy fucking birthday!" She said once she was close to him. With a grin, she offered the cake box to him. "Thanks for being born, ugly. Now. I demand that we go somewhere so you can blow some birthday candles and make a wish. We can't have you missing this chance."

Walking into Rose Tinted with Julian and Jasmine in matching pastel tracksuits was not going to be the weirdest thing that would happen today. Noel knew it was only a matter in time before some other nonsense occurred. They were fully engulfed in the menu of the place since they didn't frequent it enough, but any previous knowledge was hidden away by the throbbing headache they had, thanks to their drinking the day prior on the Polar Plunge. "Okay, so I'm thinking a tower of pancakes. Are you like going to eat? Because if so, we gotta share." Noel was going to try his food even if he didn't agree to share. Family tax. zayn definitely wasn't nervous, not at all. he hadn't spent the majority of his spare time since the pair of them had been cast watching (or in plenty of cases re-watching) his new co-star's previous projects. he would also deny until he was blue in the face that he had once, a long long time ago - so long ago it barely registered as time at all - had a significant crush on the man. or boy, when they were both boys. he was one of his many, many, many awakenings. one of the only ones that he couldn't quite ignore. so to say he's nervous about working alongside him, intimidated by his far more polished star, and equally proud of himself to have been able to hold his own when working alongside him in the chemistry read would in fact, be an understatement. once he spots him, he has to inhale and exhale deeply to find himself capable of even looking him in the eye. "hey, it's good to see you too-" he assures with ease, more than excited and raring to get started on this movie. this is his make it or break it moment, at least that's what he's made it in his head. it's paramount that they make this work, that they sell it and convince the entire world that they are who they're playing. the characters already have a fanbase, so zayn doubts it'll be an easy mission, but he's never been one who thrives on easy. he thrives on challenges and jumping in the deep end and proving himself and everyone else around him every single day of his life. "you haven't?" he's a little bit ignorant in this area, but figures that this type of meeting could be somewhat beneficial in one way or another.
