Mattias Unebeck (Ìxtahuele, The Test Pilots​) heads under water with new album Voyage Beneath The Sea on Subliminal Sounds

Ever just wanna, like, get away from it all? Perhaps you’ve thought outside the box, and believe there to be some kind of underwater paradise just waiting for you and you alone below the waves. Well, while you’re packing your bags and getting your scuba gear laid out, your friends at TMT have some “exotic orchestral seduction” to bring to your attention. Swedish musician Mattias Uneback (Ìxtahuele, The Test Pilots) drew inspiration from “space-age underwater themed exotica recordings of the early 1960s” with his latest LP, Voyage Beneath The Sea. The record, out November 22 via Subliminal Sounds, may not prepare you in any actual way to live under the sea, but it could transform your run of the mill cocktail party into a swanky, swinging affair!
