i’m  watching  castlevania  and  you  should  know  charles  is  def  that  person  burning  alive  at  the  stake,  but  also  screaming  at  his  overpowered  lover  not  to  hurt  the  humans  because  they  don’t  know  any  better.  i  mean  that’s  literally  his  thing  in  the  XMCU.  nope.  dont  hurt  people.  they’re  misinformed  which  is  noble  but...  kudos  to  logan  for  never  listening  to  charles.  not  sure  about  erik  but  logan  would  def  do  what  she/he  wants.

as  a  side  note,  there  is  a  whole  marvel  comics  universe  centered  around  mutants  being  mistaken  for  witches  with  charles  housing  a  few.  its  on  my  to  do  list  of  verses  to  add.

good  morning!!  today  is  sexual  sunday  /  sinday  or  ship  day,  whatever  you  wanna  call  it.  don’t  think  for  one  second  that  sex  with  sweet,  ‘innocent’  charles  would  be  boring  because  you  are  out  of  your  ever  loving  mind.  not  only  do  you  get  physical  sex,  but  he’s  going  to  play  with  your  mind  as  well.  i  mean,  for  starters  he  can’t  help  it.  he  will  often  lose  control  of  his  telepathy  IF  you  can  get  him  to  unravel  and  relinquish  control.  it’s  even  harder  these  days  considering  his  trust  issues,  but  it  CAN  be  done  if  you  know  what  you’re  doing  /  say  all  the  right  things.  but  his  mental  stimulation  alone  will  have  you  come  undone  for  sure.  remember  he  can  make  you  see  and  feel  whatever  he  wants  you  to.  he  literally  can  lay  back  and  not  touch  you  /  let  you  touch  him  at  all  and  you’ll  still  get  an  experience.   kekeke  like  why  wouldn’t  you  want  to  do  this?  like  hello.

as  a  side  note,  charles  has  always  had  the  option  of  either  being  loud  during  sex  and  erasing  everyone’s  memories  after  or  freezing  time  to  keep  people  from  hearing.  again,  another  perk  of  being  with  him.  you  could  literally  get  turned  on  in  a  public  location  and  if  you’re  careful  with  him,  he  might  be  willing  to  indulge  you  by  freezing  time  first.  talk  about  exhibitionism  at  it’s  finest  x)

you  can  tell  i’m  awful  and  have  had  way  too  much  time  to  think  about  this  but  oh  well.  welcome  to  my  world.  the  only  thing  is,  charles  doesn’t  NEED  sex.  while  his  sex  drive  is  pretty  average,  a  person’s  sex  drive  often  takes  a  hit  when  they  become  paraplegic.  i  researched  this  so  don’t  at  me.  at  charles’  core,  when  he’s  not  on  the  drugs  or  when  i  am  outside  of  the  first  class  universe,  he’s  supposed  to  be  in  the  chair  but  hank’s  meds  is  why  he  isn’t  in  it.  he’s  walking.  (  he’s  also  walking  in   comic  canon  now  but  that’s  another  post  for  another  day  )  so  keep  this  in  mind.  he’s  perfectly  content  having  a  relation  with  all  the  mental  warmth  and  just  physical  comfort.  sex  is  an  added  bonus  for   him  these  days.

The ceasg, known in Scottish as Gaelic as Maighdean na Tuinne, "maid of the wave", are a largely peaceful seafaring mermaid-like fae with a rightful fear of humans. They hail from the depths of Scottish folklore, swimming innocently up and down coastlines, playing in lagoons. Their harmonizing voices can be heard drifting through the morning fog, luring sailors to their ultimate demise. Their seemingly lackadaisical living conditions sports one major drawback.

Captivity.

If a ceasg is captured by a human, he or she owes their soul to that individual and must grant them three wishes in exchange for their release. They can be forced into marriage and bear human children who are fated to become world-renowned sailors. After a while, the ceasg will grow weary of dismal human life. Depression rests on their shoulders like a cloud as they long for freedom. For the sea. They may fight back against their captor and can only be overcome by the destruction of their very soul, usually kept outside of their own bodies.

You have always been... distant. You'd rather simply fantasise about new and grand other worlds than ever exist in this mundane reality. You may be artistically inclined but your creativity is not just limited to artistic prowess. You have always longed for something more, almost as if you are out of place with the rest of humanity. This can occasionally lead to feelings of isolation or deprivation. You thirst for something which you cannot quite articulate as you follow the song of your heart wherever it may lead you. charles  favorite  cuddling  position  is  him  on  his  back,  legs  slightly  apart  while  his  lover  /  friend   lays  on  top  of  him  with  their  head  on  his  chest.  he’ll  rub  your  head  /  play  with  your  hair  and  mentally  soothe  you  with  music  or  sweet  illusions  til  you  both  fall  asleep.  and  it  just  feels  nice  having  a  warm  body  shielding  him.  makes  him  feel  protected  which  is  probably  odd  to  others  considering  he  made  it  a  business  of  protecting  others  at  one  time.  but  it  relaxes  his  mind  which  is  difficult  for  him  considering  there’s  so  much  going  on  inside  his  own.

EMPATH  /  TELEPATH  +  some ‘Days’  ramblings  about  Charles’  abilities: charles  xavier  has  been  hearing  voices  since  he  was  seven  years  old.  i  don’t  think  people  truly  understand  how  much  of  a  burden  that  has  been  all  of  his  life.  can  you  imagine  being  a  seven  year  old  boy,  hearing  the  thoughts  and  prayers  of  everyone  within  a  250  mile  radius?  at  one  time,  a  young  charles  xavier  half  wondered  if  he  was  supposed  to  be  god  answering  these  people’s  prayers.  as  a  boy,  all  he  ever  did  was  hide  and  cry,  helpless  to  aid  all  of  these  people.  what  can  a  child  do  you  know?  add  to  it  the  fact  that  his  brother  was  abusive  and  you  can  fully  understand  why  raven  (  per  movie  verse )  and  hank  and  any  other  mutant  he  came  across  was  important  to  him.  

i  personally  don’t  care  for  raven’s  character  in  the  later  movies.  i  think  the  writers  didn’t  do  enough  with  her.  her  whole  thing  with  charles  is  that  she  swears  he  kept  her  in  a  cage;  constantly  controlling  her  while  erik  supposedly  freed  her  but  that’s  not  raven  at  all.  i  see  raven  as  a  free  spirit  whose  moral  code  has  always  aligned  more  with  erik’s  due  to  her  visible  mutation.  and  due  to  charles’  attachment  to  her  as   a  sister  of  sorts,  i  feel  he  was  more  or  less  an  overprotective  brother  -  not  so  much  as  controlling.  that  and  until  charles  met  erik,  he  had  been  subtly  but  desperately  searching  for  more  of  his  kind.  that  said,  it  was  only  natural  for  someone  who  has  felt  so  alone  for  years  to  cling  to  his  ‘family’  once  they  came  about.  it’s  not  controlling,  but  perhaps  it  was  a  hella  lot  overprotective.  the  whole  thing  with  erik  is  a  whole  other  vibe  but  in  the  case  of  raven,  its  merely  him  not  wanting  to  lose  one  of  the  only  connections  he’s  ever  had.  

going  back  to  the  days  movie... charles  seems  to  be  a  natural  empath  as  well.  his  whole  line  in  ‘days’  about  how  his  powers  come  from  the  heart  make  sense  and  align  with  his  moral  compass.  when  charles  isn’t  depressed,  it’s  easy  for  him  to  process  the  thoughts  and  feelings  of  others.  his  older  self  tells  him  that  it’s  their  job  to  bear  the  pain  of  others  so  when  charles  got  depressed  post  beach  divorce,  it  was  a  lot  harder  for  him  to  let  people  in  anymore.  he  wasn’t  used  to  having  his  own  heart  wrecked.  but  he  was  very  much  accustomed  to  dealing  with  the  pain  of  others.  cerebro  wasn’t  going  to  work.  he  was  fighting  his  natural  instinct  to  let  people  in;  to  FEEL  and  that’s  why  cerebro  bugged  out  on him.

lastly,  charles  gets  EASILY  attached  to  people.  intimacy  isn’t  just  sex.  for  a  telepath,  the  real  intimacy  is  being  inside  someone’s  head,  understanding  them  from  the  inside  out.  for  a  telepath,  once  you’re  in  someone’s  head,  you  feel  what  they  feel.  it’s  just  as  bad  as  sex  because  you  start  feeling  connected  to  people.  so  days  charles  is...  a  mess  because  he’s  afraid  to  let  people  in  again.  his  powers  are  overwhelming  and  they  get  dismissed  so  easily  by  so  many.  logan’s  methods  were  unconventional  but  he  was  definitely  the  right  kind  of  person  to  snap  charles’  out  of  it.
