posting here because my main has like 10 followers but charles' (my bird) health has declined a lot in the past 3 days or so and i'm going to have a vet visit in the next few days because it's gotten to a point i can't help him without proper antiobotics anymore, but im very low on money this month since my benefits got cut so i need some help if possible

lmao so going to the dentist yesterday was kind of this huge wake up call for how bad I’ve let my teeth get because of depression and anxiety and etc. And like. it’s not irreversible like there’s plenty of time to fix things. and I set up a really nice tooth related routine and did it fully for the first time before bed tonight and my mouth just feels so good and I feel so clean. I dunno it’s always something I’ve struggled with and have never been able to talk abt anywhere without being the weird kid. being autistic can be so fucking hard at times and I’m just so proud of myself because this feels like a real step forward to me. I just needed to get this off my chest somewhere <3
