"Ah, I only bought this apartment a few months ago, it's still a little minimalistic," Jonghun admitted before looking back at the ingredients he prepared to offer the other dinner. He waited ten years to officially purchase a place, everything was always carefully planned out and crafted so I'd never raise suspicion about how a dance teacher could afford it. Of course, right after purchasing it, he had to leave for a few weeks to track somebody down and everything came to a hold ... At least, he was glad how the guestroom already was set up as he used his own former bedroom furniture for it. The last he expected had been to stumble into somebody, even less to bring them home and keep them around...

Living a double life never had made something like this possible, or at least easy but it seemed he would have his peace for some time. "If you need anything in particular, @sturmboe , just let me know. I store the boxed in the office, unboxing takes a bit of time but the kitchen is important so it was done first."

Louis = Hongki (Vocalist)

Louis' soft and thin. Hongki's husky and rockish. Both of them smoke and have a penchant for drinking. Their younger self love to joke around, loud and boisterous. Never one to filter their mouth. Omg they're so similar than I originally thought. And ohh they're both not so tall 🤭.

Michael = Jonghun (Lead Guitarist)

If only Jonghun didn't f@#k up. Everything's not the same after that. But yeah.. both of them are gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous people. In kpop world, they both would be known as the 'visual' of the group.

Isaac = Senghyun (2nd Guitarist)

Seunghyun my fav my bias my bob. I was so surprised to find out he decided to leave. Yeah I still blame Jonghun. Seunghyun plays guitar and back up vocal too.

Steve = Minhwan (Drummer)

Unlike Steve, Minhwan is a cootie patootie and not at all buff and tough. But he plays drum so he at least has the biceps.

Matt = Jaejin (Bassist)

It's how I know and learn that bass has different sound. Jaejin's cute! And sometimes he acts as second lead vocal. Much softer than Hongki's but he's got nice tone.

Zak = Keyboardist

aaaawww not only Zak is a loner on stage, he also doesn't have a pal in FT Island. But sometimes Jonghun plays keyboard 😁

When he was a child, he was sent out to the streets selling illegal substances. How did his mother say 'It's less obvious if kids do it.' That was how he had grown up, his story always seemed like the one of a kid from the shitty parts working himself out to be a dance teacher. Would they be disappointed to know he was rotten too, just different? Not that those people would not deserve it. "I am in no rush, but let me know when the papers are done and I will make sure to find the time to come, sign them. That way, you do not have to bother driving through half of the city, especially as I'm in the middle of moving."

"When you come form a wealthy environment, maybe you just don't see how important it is to just go for the basics. Like a house." Carmine pointed out with a little hum. His father had everything, his brother and him grew up having everything. "Maybe I should buy this apartment instead of renting it." Suddenly he felt the craving to do grown up stuff. Having a place, marrying. He had to laugh about those pretty absurd thoughts, he had time, for any of this. Sure he was getting older, he was already older than thirty years old but did that really mean too much in this modern time world? "I am glad you share my opinion on wine, sure, it tastes good and that's the main reason to drink it, but when there are ways to make something taste better why should one not go for that option?" Filling the glasses with water, Carmine was the first one to took a sip, sighing contently. "I am sure we will find time for it, I can adjust my schedule, mostly, unless I have to leave the city for a little but I am very sure that you can try my pasta one day." He kept it vague, he could have plenty of reasons to leave the city, but he also knew, that Jonghun would, most likely, not ask him any weird or uncomfortable questions. "Coming back to your car, if we set up the papers in the next few days, I am pretty sure you could have your car in the next month."

another round where i'll try and sell you one of my muses:

Jonghun was one of the first muses I made for my original blog 3,5 years ago. He's 30 now and lives a double life because he felt joining a very specific underground organization was his only way out of poverty when he was a teen. He's great at finding people who try to hide from those they owe money to but he really just would love to fully commit to his work as a dance teacher at a local school and live a quiet and peaceful life with those he loves. He very carefully invested his money so now that he turned 30, he can use it believably as nobody would think a dance teacher could own as much as he does but he's still very humble and he likes to live lowkey, he really just wants to be left alone but he knows there's no way out of what he's doing.

I really would love a friendship or a romance that embraces both sides. That criminal part is a big part of who he is, as much as he hates it, so I'd love something that gives some room to have this normal life but also struggles with trying to hide this or have it an issue if muse B might be involved in their own not so legal activities. I'm really open to details

When I said Louis's Back To You reminds me of FT Island's song, I think this is the one. The finishing part of "I Hope" live version.

Omg how time flies.. I was actually hooked on tumblr because of ftisland around 2010 I guess, during "Love Love Love" madness (that's how I come up with my tumblr url). I never really like kpop girl/boy groups so a K-band was like a fresh breath of air. Though they like to think and aspire to be a rock band, some of their songs are quite 'cute' like the one I shared above. But they always managed to turn it into a more "rock" version at their concerts.

I prefer their earlier stuffs, heart wrenching love song (not cute at all) add to that Hongki's powerful voice (his voice!) like "Love Sick" and "Thunder" and even a song dedicated to their fans "Primadonna". Their Japanese songs are more rockish I think, "Raining" is my favourite.

Their later stuffs... while still good, idk.. some I like and some I don't like (the one about dog is fun but not to my liking) and I don't remember when I stop being a fan. Maybe after Jonghun debacle or wayy before that, idk.

hurm.. now I really miss them, typing this as I listen to "Raining". And I may want to watch their concerts 😭 when I should be sleeping 3 hours ago if I don't want to be late for work tomorrow. New day! New Year!
