New Muses Inbound: South Quadrant of Sol-Lago!
Meet Scallia: Scallia is the Empress of her planet of Saiyans, who live in a Dynasty-like cultural hierarchy. Scallia, given her culture, acts rather strict, when it comes to following traditions and the guidelines of her planet's people; leaving little room for error or exception. However, despite her strict nature, she keeps a humane perspective on how she rules, and offers forgiveness when applicable. Despite her serious and strict demeanor, however, she has a softer side, and gets rather flustered and embarrassed when that softer side slips out.
Meet Lucoru: Lucoru is the Elder of the Farmer sect of Namekians. Like other Female Namekians in the Sol-Lago universe, her skin is a lighter hue, compared to her male counterparts. A bit more rough and tumble compared to the other Namekian Elders, Lucoru is more readily welcoming of strangers to her planet, and takes great pride in helping the other Farmer sect of Namekians do their duties.
Meet Quinoa: Quinoa is the Ruler of the Vegetarian planet of Majins. While his figure is more feminine, Quinoa is male, and often boasts about his figure. Quinoa is known to be easily squeamish, and has a tendency to feel disgust towards anything even remotely unappealing, such as flatulence, meat, or the appearance of others; making him relentlessly judgmental, though he tries to hide just how judgmental he can truly be. Self-absorbed to a degree, Quinoa is still capable of kindness, though it's only if he compares the person he's complimenting to himself.
Meet Gelid: Gelid is the Leader / Ruler of the skeptical religious sect of Arcosians. Gelid, who has found a form beyond the traditional "Final Form" of the Arcosian race, is a scrutinizing woman and leader, while also remaining steadfast in her ideologies about the supposed Arcosian deity: Celcios. Where others see a fellow Arcosian, any sightings of Celcios has led Gelid to believe that, because of a more serpent-like appearance, Celcios is not Arcosian at all; believing them to be something else altogether. Standoffish for reasons that Gelid doesn't openly speak of, even the other rulers of the South Quadrant of Sol-Lago feel her closed-off presence, whenever a council is held between the four of them.

While the focus of the council had become centered around Chylli's calmer demeanor, as well as the question she asked the Little Rabbit, Rhuba could still be seen tilting her head almost curiously; her gaze quickly shifting from Queen Chylli to Tater, as if she wanted to know about what was going on, given her allowance to do so. Though, from just how she seemed, Rhuba was likely smart enough to realize that Shuen and Torno's presence were indicators of some sort of relation to the Lagomorph's presence.
Having interrupted their previous rotational response system, the Queen was suddenly more uniform and willing to consider the plight of the Earth's representative, while also allowing the other royals to speak when it was their turn; even going so far as to look towards Paragu during Tater's explanation, and offer a quiet "I'm sorry", before honing in on the Saiyans' descriptions.
When the Little Rabbit finished speaking, all of the rulers seemed rather puzzled by the shared information, as if they were all trying to recall if they'd ever met any of their own kind who fit the bill for any of the attributes that their guest described. Though, Opart was the next to speak, and thus promptly spoke on behalf of his fellow royals; reading their expressions before doing so, while his nervous demeanor had become one of absolute composure. "The three of them sound as though they'd be hard to forget, if anyone happened to see them, or know them in the slightest. I suppose that's all we can really ask you, Tater. Your cooperation has been appreciated over the matter, and unless there's anything else to add, this council can be adjourned."
Paragu, Scallia and Chylli all seemed content with ending the council there, and nodded their heads to convey a mutual agreement with Torno's brother's decision; Rhuba, meanwhile, looking as though she was surprised that things were settled so quickly after she arrived. Though, before all of the Saiyan rulers rose from their seats to use their transporters to return to their respective planets across the universe, Opart would address the Little Rabbit, so that her, Shuen and Torno's objectives were clear.
"You three can start your investigation into the differing cultures of each sect of Saiyans as soon as you're ready. With how busy us royals tend to be, you'll likely only get to learn from other inhabitants like Rhuba, who I would encourage you to take with you on the journey to my planet. We'll be seeing each other again soon, I'd imagine, since your first stop is there." Offering his brief farewell to Tater and her two Saiyan friends, Opart, as well as the other royals, would each return to their respective sects in the universe; leaving the Little Rabbit, the Paradox Saiyan and the Mighty Saiyan to get back on their ship with Rhuba in tow, and travel once more.
For those small, albeit tense moments where Torno and Shuen moved to intervene, the Hero of Hope managed to keep his attention focused squarely upon the Little Rabbit; her touch and holding of his arm keeping him mentally grounded, despite his awareness of everything else going on around them. Even when Torno alluded to violence, something he seldom resorted to anymore, the Paradox Saiyan seemed a bit taken aback; his body tensing a bit more.
A sigh of relief would escape Shuen, however, once Chylli relented, as his Lagomorph friend inquired about the identity of the person named Rhuba; the redheaded Saiyan slightly turning his head so he could catch the Little Rabbit in his peripherals, and offer her a just visible smile. "Rhuba's a Saiyan from King Opart's sect of the universe. Her adaptive genetics gave her an ability that's kind of like a a passive tranquilizer. It'd be easier just to let you experience it, once she gets here. Let's just say that she prevents the royals from getting too nasty."
Given the very purpose of the transporter Saiyans under the employment of the rulers, the retrieval of Rhuba would take no more than a minute or two; leaving little room for much chatter and lingering tension, otherwise. When she arrived, Opart would be the first to greet her, as she quickly bowed her head; her form out of Tater's immediate line of sight, until she was instructed to sit at the center of the council's table. Once she'd done so, both Torno and Shuen would return to their original positions.
"Hi hi, your majesties! It's wonderful to see you all again! Would you like me to cover my ears and close my eyes, while you take care of this meeting?" As if she'd done this several times before, the pink-haired Saiyaness seemed so casual and bubbly in greeting the Saiyan Royals; contrasting Tater's own composure, while also conveying just how positive the girl was. Before she was given an answer to her question, however, she would manage a soft wave to the Little Rabbit; smiling just as sweetly as the moment she arrived.
"I believe this council isn't one that will require such secure measures, Rhuba. Considering the matter at hand, and what dealing with it entails, you have our permission to observe." Empress Scallia would offer a response to the query of the tranquil woman, while Rhuba seemed to beam with joy; nodding her head out of respect and acknowledgement, while taking a deep breath in, and exhaling thereafter.
"We're all good to go then, your majesties. Things should start feeling much better in a second or two, so please don't mind me!" Just like that, it seemed as though the pink-haired girl did... Something, as her tail swayed almost proudly; the tension felt by all in attendance slowly, but noticeably, lessening as it felt as though a surreal calmness crept into each ruler, as well as Tater and her friends.
With that, Queen Chylli took a deep breath in, brought her gaze to the Lagomorph, and exhaled almost blissfully; her body untensing, as the slightest of smiles etched itself on her visage. "Before we allow you to investigate the cultures of our sects of Saiyans, a description of this trio might prove to be beneficial information to take into consideration. You've been rather forward with other details, so I must commend you for doing so, but... There may be a few questions or things you haven't told us." For once, Chylli wasn't being confrontational towards the Representative of Earth, and even paying her a compliment; the Queen patiently waiting for an answer, as if the very atmosphere of the meeting had shifted drastically.

While the reasoning for Tater's standing her own ground wasn't correlated to the outcome that would occur, her conveying of a strong will would cause Chylli's glare to soften just a touch; a slightly amused, accepting chortle escaping her. Was... That a test? The subtle tension between both the Lagomorph and the Queen was so private that none of the other rulers could even surmise an answer to such a question.
The eradication of peace? Such a chaotic, almost heartless motive and goal had all four of the Saiyan royals shifting uncomfortably in their seats, despite even Chylli's previous assumption that Tater implied that the trio was a threat to even them. For just a moment, and nothing more, a deafening silence overcame the room that everyone occupied, until Opart could audibly be heard swallowing air; gulping nervously, as if something of this nature had never happened before.
The matter of where Tater, Shuen and Torno could begin their investigation, however, was a matter that Paragu would get a turn to speak on, as the rotational response system that the four rulers had dictated as much. "If I may, familiarity would be a good start. You are a friend of Torno, so investigating the sect that his brother, King Opart, rules over seems-"
Before Paragu could finish his suggestion, however, Chylli callously slammed her fist against the table; entirely breaching the systematic flow of conversation that was otherwise working rather well. "I humored the idea of allowing this long-eared to plead her case to a council that is reserved, normally, for only our own kind, but I will not sit by and allow a further overstepping of mutually agreed upon decisions!" A finger was quickly pointed at Opart, as her gaze finally left Tater.
"You have some nerve, taking it upon yourself to invite someone outside of our race to something sacred to our people, Opart! Need I remind you, that events relevant to Scallia, Paragu and myself are not ones that you can meddle with, without consulting us first?! Gods above, why don't you just proclaim your love for this Earth woman, and spare us all, from your sudden loss of intelligence? Better yet, why don't I just rid us of her, so you don't forget not to-" As she was shouting at Opart, Chylli would rise from her seat, and turn towards Tater as the subject became more about her; a step being taken by the Queen, as if her temper had gotten the best of her, and she was going to bring harm to the Little Rabbit. Only...
FWOOSH
Two simultaneous gusts of wind signified an almost untraceable movement from two bodies, as Shuen stood protectively in front of the Lagomorph; his tail quickly wrapping around Tater's waist, while his otherwise relaxed posture had tensed considerably... So much so, in fact, that his musculature had swelled a touch. Meanwhile, the Mighty Saiyan had stood himself directly in front of Chylli, as his hands had closed into tightly balled fists; Paragu, Scallia and Opart collectively tensing, as audible gasps left each of them.
"I'd advise reconsidering that train of thought. Coexistence for countless generations or not, it would be a tragedy if royal blood were to be spilled during a council. Wouldn't you agree?" In spite of Torno's ability to be so stoic, and keep himself under control, his tone held an unmistakable hint of agitation and sincerity; venom laced in each syllable that left his lips, as both he and Shuen knew that among all of the Saiyans of their universe, that they were the strongest. Granted, the other royals were in leagues of their own as well, but none were equal to the rivals that ascended to levels of strength equal to godhood, and beyond.
For a moment, it was as if existence stood still, as no one dared speak, move, or even breathe loudly enough to be heard. That was, until Chylli cleared her throat, untensed her posture, and sat herself back in her seat; glaring at Opart, while sighing almost defeatedly. "Yes, well... It's hard to disagree with someone of your notoriety and acclaim, Torno... Not to mention that you are, lest we forget, royalty as well. I don't wish for our kind to come to blows and end the peace we've upheld for so long." Her gaze shot between Opart, Torno, and Tater, before it once more settled on the younger sibling of the Mighty Saiyan. "Opart, if you'll forgive my frustrated outburst, I think it'd be best that you have your transporter retrieve Rhuba, so that we may continue this council more peacefully."
For a moment, Opart would look to Scallia and Paragu, before they would nod in agreement; allowing the King to deliver such a request to his transporter, who promptly teleported from the immediate planet they occupied, to find this Rhuba that Chylli mentioned. Just who was she, though? Would Tater be curious enough to inquire, or would the tension prove to leave everyone in a sort of awkward silence?

Just who was she, though? Would Tater be curious enough to inquire, or would the tension prove to leave everyone in a sort of awkward silence?
As her inquiries were being answered by the Little Rabbit, Chylli only managed to initially hum in acknowledgement over the matter of why Tater looked to Torno; indifference quickly shifting to a look of concern, as her gaze darted towards the Mighty Saiyan. Thankfully, for the Lagomorph's sake, her anger wasn't immediately noticeable.
Following the example of allowing the other rulers to speak, in some sort of rotational order, the Queen couldn't quite offer any comments about what Tater was sharing with the lot of them; her focus, however, returning to Earth's representative with a narrowed gaze. When the Little Rabbit's voice became sharper, however, Chylli seemed to visibly scowl, and glare daggers through the council's guest, as if to challenge her to speak similarly a second time. Thankfully, however, sighs of relief escaped Shuen and Torno, as the Lagomorph thereafter managed to correct her tone; averting a potential crisis.
The other three rulers had their chance to speak, as well as make their inquiries about Tater's presence and pressing matter, which left Opart to finally have his say in things; Torno's deliberation prior to the emergency council being called allowing him to avoid any sort of need to prod the Lagomorph further, as Opart took her stress into consideration. The younger brother of the Mighty Saiyan would clear his throat in an attempt to stave off his own stress, before promptly addressing the friend of his older sibling.
"It's safe to say that no matter what differences our cultures may have, Miss Tater, there are... Extremists, who echo values similar to the ones that the Saiyan you mentioned seems to be acting upon. Although, having been told the details of things by Torno before this meeting was arranged, I find it especially peculiar that other Saiyans are being attacked." He cleared his throat again, as if to give himself a moment to think on what his next words should've been. "I'm in agreement with Queen Chylli, that investigating our sects and learning about the differing cultures might help you find the answers you seek. Without knowing the identities of any of the three Saiyans who attacked your planet, it's the only viable option that seems to be available."
The other rulers would collectively nod in agreement with Opart's perspective on Tater's words, though Chylli was still harshly glaring at the Little Rabbit, and not quite easing up on her demeanor towards the Representative of Earth. Though, Opart had one more thing to add, before allowing Tater to speak fully, again.
"Our yearly festival to celebrate our unity as Saiyans, and the goodwill we keep with each other as rulers, is evidently taking place not long from now. Perhaps, if you figure things out before too long, you could join Shuen and Torno as their guest of honor, and attend. Though, I would understand if this matter is too pressing for you to be able to do so."

Perhaps, if you figure things out before too long, you could join Shuen and Torno as their guest of honor, and attend. Though, I would understand if this matter is too pressing for you to be able to do so."
Despite Tater's insistence that she wasn't implying what the Empress had pointed out, Chylli managed an audible scoff at the Earth representative's timid, easily stressed nature; still freshly feeling disinterest over her being there, given the usual agreements made between the rulers. Though, when pushed for further information, the Lagomorph seemed ready to give it up, as both she and Paragu listened more closely; Opart, on the other hand, nearly wanting to bit at his finger nails, to ease his own nerves.
The Little Rabbit's deliberation as to why she was there, in finer detail, was met with near-collective hitches in each of the rulers' breaths, as the possibility of someone from any of their planets bringing harm to Earth would, even if not ordered to by them, specifically, cause further tension and poor publicity for whoever was responsible. Still, to fixate on just one tidbit of Tater's explanation would only be ignoring the other pieces of the whole puzzle, and it was obvious through their quickly relaxing body languages, each, that they shoved that notion aside.
Paragu's initial expression, when Tater looked towards the rulers for their reactions, was one of suspicion and discomfort; his reasons for reacting in such a way known only to him, as the Saiyan Royals hardly ever discussed their own shortcomings, or what could cause their sects of Saiyans to act rashly... If they ever did. He would opt to speak, but the Chief already seemed like he wanted to give the others a chance to address their guest; a turn-based system of offering insight being quietly accepted by the rulers, even if it wasn't discussed.
Scallia, while having already spoken, could only manage a look of guilt, as well as curiosity, as the Lagomorph's gaze towards Torno raised more questions, seeing as the mention of harm being brought to someone came with that shift in the ocular focus of the Little Rabbit. Even so, that guilt within the Empress caused her to softly put a hand over her own chest, to involuntarily convey slight shock.
King Opart, as before, was already filled in on the details of the matter at hand, when Torno contacted him previously; his unease, otherwise, worn on his face without any sign of wavering. Undoubtedly, he would be willing to help his older brother and his allies, but Opart could never be sure of how his fellow royals would handle situations, or if further issues would arise.
Even if Torno had shared that brief glance with the Lagomorph, Queen Chylli's face wore an expression of agitation and impatience; nostrils flaring and a finger tapping impatiently against her own temple, while her head was leaned against her palm. "Is there any particular reason why you looked back at Torno, when you were answering Empress Scallia's question?" Granted, Tater correctly looked away from the royals, when she wasn't speaking to them, but the cold, calculated nature of the Queen made her sound so... Condescending, and judgmental. "You say everyone like they could possibly outmatch the likes of us Saiyan Royals, who tend to be among the strongest, if not the strongest of our respective sects of the universe. Who have they harmed, that you believe justifies implying that they could be a threat to even us, Representative of Earth?"
Chylli hadn't even addressed the Little Rabbit by name, and proceeded to focus on parts of the question that she seemed to take some kind of offense to; causing the other rulers to furrow their brows disapprovingly... Not that she really cared.
"When this meeting concludes, perhaps you should learn more about the cultures of our planets, and come to your own conclusions as to which culture was the likeliest for spawning this... Trio of attackers. By that point, I think it can be agreed on, that whoever they are, they'll be made an example of. That matter would just be the responsibility of whichever sect of Saiyans they originate from, not some Earthling that outright asks for our help." Chylli would sit back in her seated position, as she looked to the other rulers for their input over the proposed agreement. And yet... None of the others budged; waiting, instead, for Tater to respond.

Even before Tater was called forward, her being noticed by the least friendly of the royals would cause even the lighthearted, jovial Shuen to tense up slightly; offering Tater's hand another soft squeeze, before Empress Scallia came to the Lagomorph's defense.
Once she was called to step forward, however, her last look to her Saiyan friends for comfort would come in the form of soft, confident smiles from both Shuen, and the otherwise stoic Torno; the latter rarely ever smiling in front of the other royals, though the Little Rabbit likely knew that his serious nature was just part of who he was. Her introduction would be met with an almost inaudible, proud hum from King Opart, as well as the Mighty and Paradox Saiyans respectively, likely to convey that she did a wonderful job addressing royalty for the first time... Especially under such intense circumstances.
An initially welcoming smile on the face of the Chief would quickly shift into a look of concern, as even the vagueness of Tater's troubles put a sort of unease into the conscience of one of the Saiyan Royals; leading him to jump to his own conclusions as to why they were the ones being told about the matter to begin with. For a moment, he'd allow the other rulers a chance to speak on the matter, or to see what their immediate, emotional reactions were to their guest's words.
Chylli, meanwhile, was still huffy over the mere presence of the long-eared girl, as well as Scallia's defense of Tater; leading her to look at her own nails, and act as though the council was beneath her. However, such an open, brutally honest personality couldn't hide the curiosity creeping its way onto the face of the Queen, as one of her eyebrows was raised, and she managed a brief glance towards the Lagomorph.
Despite knowing why Torno had asked for the emergency council to be held, Opart took little comfort in the immediate silence of the other rulers over the matter; the younger brother's ability to handle tension being nowhere near as honed as the Mighty Saiyan's own. He would speak on behalf of Tater, but the King was well aware of how the proceedings would have to go, if his brother's long-eared friend wanted help from the other Saiyan Royals.
With the other three royals holding their tongues, or just waiting for another to press for more answers, Scallia felt as though their inaction was causing further discomfort for the Little Rabbit, and only worsening the anticipation of further dialogue between them, and their non-Saiyan guest. In any case, one of them would have to move things forward, and help Tater along... It might as well be her, she surmised; the Empress sighing softly, before she would address the representative of Earth. Hell, she even knew that Torno and Shuen were growing a bit tense from the silence, themselves.
"Tater of Earth," the Empress began to speak, while also uttering the name of their guest, in the hopes that it instilled some sort of acknowledgement of her presence there, "before this continues, allow me to make one thing clear: Earth is an off-limits planet, for all of the Saiyan rulers in the universe. I know you don't mean to imply that we would be the immediate cause of its peril, but your presence here does raise questions as to why you believe this is a matter for us to lend aid towards resolving."
Oddly enough, Chylli found herself agreeing with Scallia's initial response to Tater's news, as she visibly nodded in agreement. Paragu, on the other hand narrowed his gaze towards the Empress, while King Opart tensed up even further; feeling as though Scallia was already coming off as dismissive of the woes of the Earth representative. However...
"Let's hear it, then. Who, or what, is attacking your planet? What is it that you believe we can, or should do about it?" Her tone wasn't at all condescending, but the way Scallia spoke... It was as if she knew what Tater's answer would be, to her first inquiry; given that she was standing before Saiyan rulers, and pleading her case to them. Still... the Empress, as well as the other royals, wanted to hear it for themselves; each of them leaning forward in their seated positions, in anticipation for their guest's response and further deliberation.

For Tater, anxiety was to be expected, but her Saiyan friends had dealt with so many things in their respective lives, alongside each other, to grow accustomed to situations that would've otherwise left anyone nervous; the rivals doing their best to support the Little Rabbit, regardless.
The Lagomorph's reaction to Opart's gesture would earn a slight chortle from the King, as well as Torno and Shuen; the younger sibling of the Mighty Saiyan, unbeknownst to Tater, often treating guests with a sort of respect and decency that the others might not have. However, Opart's opinion of the Little Rabbit was higher than any stranger that he'd otherwise have met, given her relation to his brother, as well as Shuen.
Leading his guests inside, or beginning to at the very least, the royal was otherwise unaware of any subtle things going on behind him, as he did his best not to stress himself over the potential outcome of this emergency meeting being called, and the sudden inclusion of someone outside of their race. Shuen and Torno were highly regarded, but... Tater was most certainly a total stranger; not exactly giving her a good starting point, as far as Opart surmised. Meanwhile, as Tater brushed against the Hero of Hope's arm, his tail would slowly coil around as much of her waist as its length could manage, while the arm she brushed would shift so that she could take a hold of his hand for just a few moments.
As King Opart and Torno, Tater and Shuen were entering the meeting room's proximity, though, one of the royals could be overheard; a harsh, feminine set of vocals condescendingly guessing at just why the emergency council was called for in the first place. "This got called because Opart's royal lineage is tainted, with his niece not having an adaptive ability. The people of his planet are questioning the family's right to rule, and he's likely afraid of being overthrown, and wants our advice." Scathing words left the lips of Queen Chylli, before she realized that Opart had returned to the room; bringing Torno and Shuen with him. Though, Torno and Opart hearing the other ruler's personally offensive hypothesis would cause the two brothers to noticeably tense up; the siblings taking a deep breath thereafter, before coming into the view of the other three Saiyan Royals.
"Actually, Chylli, the matter at hand is something else, entirely. Even so, I'd appreciate it if such rude assumptions weren't made." Knowing himself to be the weakest of the four Saiyan rulers, Opart couldn't help but feel a bit uneasy, in even kindly requesting that respect was shown towards him. "Torno was the one who asked me to call this council. We're gathered here to-"
Before the Mighty Saiyan's younger brother could finish explaining himself, Chylli's eyes darted towards the outlier among the present ranks; rabbit-like ears and a non-Saiyan appearance making Tater stick out like a sore thumb, and causing a scowl to etch itself on the visage of one of the royals.
"Excuse me, but who invited the long-eared girl to our proceedings? Am I expected to just let her presence slide, like it doesn't breach our agreements?" Chylli's previous tone of condescension only grew stronger, when she inquired about the Little Rabbit's presence; only waiting a single second for Opart to try to answer, before she put a hand up to stop him from even making an attempt. "I have half a mind to tell you to sort this out yourself, Opart, if you can't abide by the agreements we all made as rulers!"
While Chylli was already making a fuss of Tater being there, Shuen would keep his tail wrapped around her waist, and squeeze her hand softly, while Torno's oculars shifted to the two remaining Royal Saiyans, to see if they would say something, and defend the Mighty Saiyan's younger brother. Patience, quickly, was rewarded, as the other female royal, Empress Scallia, addressed the Lagomorph's presence, and verbally came to the aid of King Opart.
"If the girl is here, Chylli, then obviously she has a reason to be. If you recall, this meeting isn't one that we'd all had set throughout the year, like the rest. Let's not forget that Opart even said that Torno asked for him to call this emergency council, and neither he, nor Shuen, would request something of this nature unless it was serious." Blunt and to the point, Scallia's defensive tone slightly put Shuen, Torno and Opart at ease, but she would still gaze towards Tater with some sort of intrigue and discomfort; perhaps wishing that she could apologize for how she was being treated so quickly. Queen Chylli, having been spoken against, however, would glare at Scallia, before huffing thereafter and rolling her eyes.
With tensions high, the last royal to speak would be Chief Paragu, as his gaze fell upon the Lagomorph nearly hidden behind the familiar forms of the Paradox and Mighty Saiyans; a lifted hand, while all of the royals were properly seating themselves, gesturing for Tater to step forward despite the growing unease in the air.
"Why don't we just let our guest step forward, and explain why we've been called here? Please approach, presumed friend of Torno and Shuen, and introduce yourself. Tell us what issue you have, that you believe requires our attention, and take your time. Start small, so that we may gauge an appropriate response, and give us more details as we ask for them. Can you do that?" Speaking softly, Paragu's tone was one of attempted comfort and invitation for Tater, as his instructions were kept as mere suggestions, so that the Little Rabbit didn't overstep any boundaries, or overwhelm the royals with information right away.
The floor was hers, no matter how the other royals felt, with each of them seemingly waiting with their own expressions and levels of patience and response to her being there in the first place.

Speaking softly, Paragu's tone was one of attempted comfort and invitation for Tater, as his instructions were kept as mere suggestions, so that the Little Rabbit didn't overstep any boundaries, or overwhelm the royals with information right away.
The floor was hers, no matter how the other royals felt, with each of them seemingly waiting with their own expressions and levels of patience and response to her being there in the first place.
Close to, if not less than an hour after the trio shared their discussion, in preparation for their arrival on the planet where the Saiyan Rulers held their Councils, they would arrive at their destination just as the Mighty Saiyan claimed they would; a lush wilderness surrounding a landing zone, and a long walkway that led to, possibly, one of the only buildings that existed there. Outside of the ship, waiting to greet Torno, Shuen and Tater, was the younger sibling of the larger Saiyan; adorned in expected regal attire, and retaining a youthful appearance, as if he was somehow a good bit younger than the Royal Commander.
Once the spacecraft had landed, its boarding ramp would lower for its occupants to descend from, as King Opart waited for his guests to come and greet him; Torno and Shuen checking on Tater quietly, in case she was still nervous, and taking lead as they exited the craft. As the trio would descend, the Lagomorph's Saiyan friends would keep enough of her in view behind them, for Torno's brother to properly see; a smile etched on his features, as they eventually stood a mere few feet from him.
"The other royals agreed to the emergency council, as expected. I wish the circumstances were better, but it's wonderful to see you two again, brother!" Pleasantries and respectful bows were exchanged between Shuen, Torno and Opart for a moment, before the Little Rabbit was finally addressed; Opart's hand reaching out to softly take hers, as he bowed his head kindly. "You must be Tater. It's a pleasure to meet a friend of Torno's, even if the reason why is a bit... Unfortunate." A nervous chortle escaped the Saiyan ruler, before he lowered his head to softly put his lips against the back of her hand, if she'd accepted his prior reach for it.
Once that was done, he would raise his head again, and address the three of them; releasing Tater's hand, and turning himself towards the structure that the Saiyan Rulers held their mutual council in. "When you're ready, we can convene with Chief Paragu, Queen Chylli and Empress Scallia. Though, they arrived very shortly after we spoke, Torno, so they might be a touch impatient, despite my insistence that the council would be held closer to now, than when I communicated with them, originally."
