Summer Event

Good Day, Sweet Home fandom! Since the show will return with their third and final season on July 19th, the ONLY VIBES Summer Event will take place leading up to the release of Season 3.

As the name of this event suggests, this is all about vibes and fun. Each week, starting on June 19th, will have a different concept of favorites to celebrate the upcoming season. You can create and post how much you want. If you have more than one fave of everything, feel free to share! This event includes both season 1 and season 2.

June 19th - June 25th - Favorite Character June 26th - July 2nd - Favorite Scene July 3rd - July 9th - Favorite Antagonist July 10th - July 16th - Favorite Episode

You can create art (drawing, edit, moodboard, gifset) or write any kind of fic (ficlet, one-shot, multi-chapter fic) or both. No rules besides that you please tag me like so: @neohumanmonster in your post and make it clear which week it is (in case you're late), so I can reblog your creation with the correct tag! Title: The First To Go Rating: Teen and Up Audience Pairing: Kim Yeong-hu/Kang Seok-chan A/N: I love the reincarnation trope and string of fate...so no surprise I doctored it into a fic of these two for @neohumanmonster Turning A New Leaf New Years event. The first prompt was "The Other Side" and this is what I came up with. Word count: ~3,8k

Excerpt:

Run, keep running, faster, he motivated himself. The moment Yong-seok told him what was going on, he had to get to Sergeant Kim. His sweaty hands slipped over the gun where he gripped it tightly. Yelling for Yeong-hu in hopes he'd be able to warn him in time. Panic filled his mind, horror scenarios of finding Sergeant Kim's lifeless body and Seok-chan needed to get there just in time, just before the monsters could get to him- 

It felt like a stumble. 

He turned the corner as intended and ended up in a room with two others and Sergeant Kim. But no one listened to him. They didn't even feel the need to acknowledge Seok-chan when he entered. No one spared him a glance and he assumed it was deliberate to misguide their intentions before they'd attack. 

The only thing Sergeant Kim did was wince and tap on his earpiece to switch it off when Seok-chan quietly said his name. Strange, but since they were in the same room, it was understandable.

With winter rapidly approaching, I would like to ask if anyone is in favor of taking part in a Christmas Event for the Sweet Home fandom- show and webtoon. Or if you would rather create something for Valentine's next year. As usual I will offer prompts for either art or fics for my no-pressure events.
