Please Wish This Legendary Actress Of Disney Magic 🙏 A Very Happy Birthday 🎂 đŸ„ł 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊
She is an American actress and singer. Particularly known for her work in musicals on Broadway, and for having achieved mainstream success across stage, film, and music, Menzel has been nicknamed the "Queen of Broadway" for her achievements and reputation as a prolific stage performer. Her accolades include an American Music Award, a Billboard Music Award, and a Tony Award, as well as nominations for a Daytime Emmy Award, three Drama League Awards, and four Drama Desk Awards. In 2019, she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and was named a Disney Legend in 2022.
She was born on May 30, 1971, in Manhattan. She grew up in New Jersey until about age three, when her family moved to Syosset, New York, on Long Island. Her parents are Stuart Mentzel, a pajama salesman, and Helene Goldberg, a therapist. She has a younger sister named Cara. Menzel is Jewish, and her grandparents emigrated from Ukrainian Haisyn. Menzel attended J. Irving Baylis Elementary School in Plainview, New York, and then Syosset's H. B. Thompson Middle School and Syosset High School.
When Menzel was 15 years old, her parents divorced and she began working as a wedding and bar/bat mitzvah singer, a job that she continued throughout her time at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in drama in 1992.
She rose to prominence as a stage actress in 1996, making her Broadway debut as Maureen Johnson in the rock musical Rent, which earned her a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actress in a Musical. After appearing in several smaller-scale stage and Off-Broadway productions, in 2003 she originated the Broadway role of Elphaba in the musical Wicked, for which she won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. The popularity of the musical, Menzel's character, and her signature song "Defying Gravity" earned her a devoted musical theatre following. After leaving the show in 2005, she reprised the role in the musical's original West End production until 2006, becoming the highest-paid actress in West End theatre history. In 2014, Menzel returned to Broadway as Elizabeth Vaughan in the musical If/Then, for which she received a third Tony Award nomination.
Menzel began transitioning into film and television in the early 2000s. After reprising her Rent role in the musical's 2005 film adaptation, she was cast as Nancy Tremaine in Disney's musical fantasy film Enchanted (2007), eventually returning to the role in its 2022 sequel. She played recurring character Shelby Corcoran on the musical television series Glee from 2010 to 2013. Since 2013, Menzel has voiced Elsa in Disney's Frozen franchise, which includes two of the highest-grossing animated films of all-time. "Let It Go", a song she recorded for the first film, reached number five on the Billboard Hot 100, making her the first Tony Award-winning actor to earn a top-10 song on the chart, and cementing her status as a crossover performer. Menzel has since pursued larger film roles, starring in the crime drama Uncut Gems (2019) and the jukebox musical Cinderella (2021).

Opposites Attract
TAGGING ➝  Sarah Fabray, Reagan Morris-Corcoran @reaganroll
LOCATION ➝ Locked down at Table and Ice.
TIME FRAME ➝ 10/13 evening.
WARNINGS ➝ None.
SUMMARY ➝ Reagan and Sarah find a moment where they see past their differences
Reagan Morris-Corcoran
Reagan had never really known what to make of Sarah honestly. That chance meeting in a grocery store had kind of weirded her out a bit, but there was an energy to her that, if she was being totally honest with herself, kind of fascinated her. Still, that didn't mean she was super eager to be locked down with her and her new wave way of thinking, but Reagan was desperately trying to play nice considering the fact that she didn't know how long they were going to be stuck here. "Uh, so... do you drink?" Reagan offered, having eyed a bottle of whiskey behind the bar and wondering if Immy would be mad if she grabbed it (and left the appropriate compensation of course, she was a scoundrel not a thief), "Or... I dunno smoke? Any kind of vice that would be kinda fun?"
Sarah Fabray
Sarah smiled seeing Reagan was it, from the grocery store slide over to her with the whisky. She cracked a little smile at the slight dig grabbed the bottle and drank it stright. "Oh I can drink. I dont do it a lot anymore but i can handle with the best of them."
Reagan Morris-Corcoran
Reagan smirked, raising her eyebrow, "My kinda girl... guess a crisis brings out the best in everyone huh?" She took the bottle back, taking a long swig from it too as she settled in her seat, feet propped up on the table between them, "So, you're into vibrations right? Any idea if there's another big rumble headed our way?"
Sarah Fabray
Eyeing Reagan up and down and pleased to have eased some of the tention between them Sarah cracked a smile. While this may have not been what she had planned for the day she was glad for the opportunities it had brought to her. Reagan was one interesting character. She alwasy found it fastinating meeting someone who was just as agressive as she used to be and Reagan had a big chip on her sholder. Sarah got it. Life can be a cruel mistress at times. It was times like these that she was greatful for her previous life and the journey she has had. "Oh you definetly see people in a different light when we are all put under the wire. Thank you for taking charge and getting things organised back there. I think it was just what people needed." Sarah admired Reagan's head for emergencys and how she looked after all of them when this all started. They sat in silence for a moment until the drink was offered back to her and Sarah took another swig from the bottle. Chuckling at Reagan's question. "hmm you could say that. I prefer to think of it as being in tune with myself. I wish i had the power to know what was coming but unfortunately thats beyond me. But if there was im sure you would be right there to lead the way."
Reagan Morris-Corcoran
Reagan shrugged a little, never really having been good with praise. In reality, she hadn't consciously put herself forward as any kind of leader, who was she to be setting any kind of example or be telling people what they should do? She'd simply set out to ease her own anxiety and Emmy's, and if it helped anyone else along the way, well, that was just a happy coincidence, "Guess a little over a decade of being a fed comes in handy sometimes, I'm always prepared for a worst case scenario." "Damn, well there's my hopes for am early earthquake reporter dashed..." Reagan mumbled, but a grin was tugging at her lips as the bottle was passed back to her, "Is that you asking me to be your knight in shining armour? Because Loki makes a pretty great noble steed... y'know as long as no-one actually tries to ride him."
Sarah Fabray
Sarah hummed in acknowledgement and then studied Reagan's reaction for a second. She always found people like this interesting to deal with. Partly because they reminded her of her younger self. When she had a stick up her ass, a large chip on she shoulder and she would screw over anyone to get to the top. "You should accept it you know. The complement. It's actually good for you." Sarah took a moment before continuing. " Must be pretty stressful always being prepared like that."Sarah chuckled at Reagan's joke. It was actually nice to see this side of her and not the harsh exterior that had judged her before. Although Sarah knew they were on different parts of their journys It was nice for them to come to something of a mutual respect. "Well I'll never say no to a beautiful knight. Especailly one as talented as you." Sarah had always had a way with animals since her awakening. So it was no surprise when loki came and sat next to her as she stroked him. She looked up at Reagan accepting the drink and took another long slug, staring straight into her eyes. "Oh dont worry. Hes not the one i would be riding."
Reagan Morris-Corcoran
Reagan could feel Sarah studying her and resisted the urge to roll her eyes. She didn't really understand her if she was honest, after everything she'd been through, after everything she'd seen, Reagan didn't understand people like her, people that believed the universe was something that could be read and understood, predicted or made sense of. To her the whole thing was (and by that she meant her whole life) was some kind of cosmic joke. "Pfft, yeah right. Compliments are just words, and words roll right off my back these days. Good or bad, I don't really care." Reagan shrugged, "Yeah, I guess... I dunno not so much anymore. I don't really notice it, it's just something I am." She waggled her eyebrows at Sarah as she took a long swig from it, "I am both beautiful and talented, you're correct there." Reagan slid the bottle across the table, watching Loki rest his head on Sarah's knee. It was always a good sign when he just relaxed around a person, he was good at sniffing out bad and so if he approved then she knew it was okay to relax a little. Her eyebrows raised into her hairline as she met Sarah's gaze without flinching. Things had just gotten very interesting. "Oh yeah? You had another noble steed in mind?"
Sarah Fabray
Sarah watched Reagan's reaction. Studying to see how her words landed. She inwordly noted how she tried to brush off her words. "Oh you might not want to accept how they feel but the words shared by another in compelements are deep with the feelings of the other person. Filled with their feelings. Its never just words. Do all words roll off your back? It must be pretty hard to keep such a tough exterior."
Sarah let her words sink in for a moment. She began to stroke Loki's head. Smiling to see Reagan back to her confident sexually charged self. It was clear to Sarah that this was Reagan's comfort level and who was Sarah to take that away from her. accepting the bottle with another swig before placing it down and staring at Reagan with a deep look. She brushed a chuck of Reagans hair behind her ear. "Hmmm." She acknowledged. Drawring closer in."I can think of a few ways to ride." She was now just a breath away from Reagan's lips "I guess we’ll have to see if you can keep up."
Reagan Morris-Corcoran
"Is everything deep and meaningful to you?" Reagan rolled her eyes a little, even as she felt a pang in her chest. Sarah seemed to be able to read her better than anyone had in a long time, not since... not since Nik. "Nah." She shrugged, "I've always been tough. It's what made me a good agent, what makes good at security. Nothing gets past me." Reagan grinned as she sat forward, biting her lip, feeling her cockiness help push down all the other weird and complicated feelings that Sarah had brought to the fore. This she could do, sex was her thing and she was damn good at it. Still, that didn't stop the slight blush on her cheeks as Sarah's fingers brushed behind her ear. "Well I do like a girl with an imagination..." As their breaths mingled, Reagan brushed her lips lightly against Sarah's, "And a confident one. Want to see if the Manager's Office is all it's cracked up to be?"

Citizens of New Eden,
I assure you, the complaints and concerns that you have been bringing to our attention are not going unheard. We understand that this is a sharp transition for all of us, none moreso than for the New Eden Police Department. Our officers and staff have been working night and day to maintain the safety of this city and we have been taking your feedback into account.
In response to the overcrowding issues at the correctional facilities around the city, we are implementing a new system that should hopefully alleviate such issues. In trying times such as these, we need all citizens to step up and help each other to ensure that our community is strong. Switches are already doing their part with the essential work they provide for the city’s infrastructure. Now, we ask that of our Dominant population to do so as well. Part of this includes the punishment mandate issued several days ago. By Dominants doing their part, this frees up government resources to invest into finding these terrorists so we all may go back to our lives.
As such, we have another large request to ask of our citizens. Any unclaimed submissives over the age of 18 will be assigned to a Dominant, with whom they will spend three days out of the week. We assure you that all claims and mock claims will be honored, so there will be no breaking of relationships in this mandate. During these three days, the Dominant will be responsible for administering the submissive’s weekly scene and maintenance punishment.
We understand that this is not an ideal solution, but we have ultimately found no other choice. We must humbly ask our citizens to help the government in this moment of history. The world’s eyes are on us. Let them see that we will not bow down to terrorism. We will not devolve into anarchy. We are New Eden, strong and proud. Let us show them what utopia really means.
Your Captain, Captain Charles Covington III
OOC: Welcome to our next shakeup! Below is a list of pairings that we’ve randomized for the purposes of this plot drop. This part of the drop will not affect Switches (which is fine because y’all just had some cake on Friday). We’ll be keeping an eye on these pairings to ensure things are kept fairly equitable, and to shift things accordingly with new characters. If you have an OOC issue with your pairing, please come directly to us and we’ll do our best to make things work. IC issues will not be catered to. The police have better things to do than play matchmaker and maybe they also live for the drama.
The GList (im sorry i couldn’t help myself)
Addison Taylor - Alexander Babin
Ainsley Corcoran - Olivia Vance
Beckett Taylor - Max Carter
Branson Yeung - Fauna Frightman
Grey Ward - Alex Sinclair
Harper Sinclair - Kat Barton
Hermione Harper - Malia Fahey
Julian Wright - Bobbi Katz
Kale Mahoe - Daisy Hannigan
Lex Stovall - Amira Rouhani
Malachi Rush - Maggie Frightman
Marcus Reed - Mattie Taylor
Margaux Mulloy - Anna Rose / Emily Barton
Nava Zografos - Emmy Wright
Sean Matthews - Avery Ward
Sophia Barton - Cole Bratten
Tegan Pratt - Jack Babin
Valentina Ramirez - Sadie Cavet
For the purposes of this plot drop, you absolutely do not have to write out a punishment/scene every week (though if you want to, that’s definitely allowed). We’d love to see threads, hc summary posts, and anything else you can think of. As always, our DMs are always open to any questions or concerns and feedback.

DWTS: Season 25 Cast Announcement
It’s that time of year again!! The season 25 cast of DWTS was announced this morning on Good Morning America. Let me know who you’re pulling for, who you’ve never heard of and who you aren’t excited about!! (My thoughts are in italics.)
BARBARA CORCORAN (pro partner Keo Motsepe) - Barbara Corcoran has been an investor/Shark for the past nine seasons on Shark Tank.  (Love Barbara on SharkTank! She’s a smart lady.)
DEBBIE GIBSON (pro partner Alan Bersten) - From singer, songwriter and musician to actress and dancer, Debbie Gibson embodies what it truly means to be an entertainer. (I loved Debbie when I was growing up! Excited to see what she brings to the ballroom!)
DEREK FISHER (pro partner Sharna Burgess) - In 1996, Derek Fisher was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers, with whom he won 5 NBA Championships. He is the all-time NBA record holder in playoff games played and served as president of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA). (I remember watching him play for the Lakers. I always love the athletes on the show.)
DREW SCOTT (pro partner Emma Slater) - Drew Scott and his twin brother, Jonathan, host multiple top-rated HGTV series, including the Emmy-nominated Property Brothers, Brother vs. Brother and Property Brothers at Home. (I’ve watched at least one of the brothers’ shows, but otherwise I don’t know a lot about him. I just hope Emma has a good season.)
FRANKIE MUNIZ (pro partner Witney Carson) - Frankie Muniz is an actor, musician, writer, producer, race car driver and band manager. He is best known for playing the title character in the FOX comedy Malcolm in the Middle, which earned him an Emmy nomination, two Golden Globe Award nods and The Hollywood Reporter's "Young Star Award." (I never watched Malcolm in the Middle, but I do know who Frankie is. It should be fun to see his journey on the show.)
JORDAN FISHER (pro partner Lindsay Arnold) – Jordan Fisher's take as Doody in FOX's Emmy-winning broadcast of Grease: LIVE earned him critical acclaim and was deemed the show's breakout star by MTV and People Magazine. That spring, he released his first single, "All About Us," which was the #2 most added song and a top 30 hit at pop radio. (I don’t know anything about Jordan. It’ll be fun to see his story with Lindsay who is always fantastic at bringing out the best in her partners.)
LINDSEY STIRLING (pro partner Mark Ballas) – Acclaimed violinist Lindsey Stirling used her classical violin training to leap through the music industry with almost 10 million YouTube subscribers, over 1.9 billion views on her YouTube channel, two Billboard Music Awards and sold out tours worldwide. (I don’t know anything about her other than Mark saying they were friends. I’m always curious when a YouTuber joins the show.)
NICK LACHEY (pro partner Peta Murgatroyd) – Nick Lachey, a multi-platinum recording artist, television personality and businessman, first rose to stardom as the front-man of the popular band 98 Degrees, selling over 10 million albums worldwide and charting several top-40 hits. In 2003 he launched a successful solo music career and segued into television when he starred on MTV's Newlyweds. (I was a 98 fan back in the day... I don’t know that Nick will do as well as Drew but let’s see. I personally would have preferred him with Emma, Sharna or Cheryl.)
NIKKI BELLA (pro partner Artem Chigvintsev) - Nikki Bella is a philanthropist, YouTuber, motivational speaker and the longest-reigning Divas Champion. She and her twin sister, Brie, stirred up the WWE, culminating with a Divas title reign apiece in 2011 and 2012. (I don’t know anything about Nikki, but I hope Artem has a good season.)
SASHA PIETERSE (pro partner Gleb Savchenko) - Sasha Pieterse is best known for her lead role on Freeform's Pretty Little Liars, which wrapped its seventh and final season earlier this year. Despite being only 12 when she was cast, she held her own as the youngest regular cast member. Sasha has also launched her singing career releasing four singles. (I watched most of Pretty Little Liars and I am actually excited to see her take on the ballroom.)
TERRELL OWENS (pro partner Cheryl Burke) - Terrell Owens is one of the most exciting and electrifying players to ever play pro football, with 1078 Receptions, 15,935 yards and 153 touchdowns during the span of his 15-year career. Terrell is also a respected and best-selling author, penning a children's book, Little T Learns to Share and a fitness book, T.O.'s Finding Fitness. (Terrell is someone you either love or hate... I love him. Great football player and a great sense of humor.)
VANESSA LACHEY (pro partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy) - As the winner of the 1998 Miss Teen USA pageant, Vanessa Lachey (then Minnillo) was awarded the title of Miss Congeniality 1998. She went on to serve as co-host for Total Request Live and MTV Hits as well as taking on many other hosting duties, including two seasons as the New York-based correspondent for Entertainment Tonight. (I remember Vanessa from her TRL days, she annoyed me then... let’s see how she is now.)
VICTORIA ARLEN (pro partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy) - At the age of 11, lifelong swimmer Victoria Arlen fell ill with a rare viral disease that left her without use of her legs for nearly 10 years. Her health improved tremendously and, not only did she participate in four events at the London Paralympic Games, but she also took home one Gold and three Silver medals while also setting a world record in in the 100-meter free. (I had never heard of Victoria until she was announced for DWTS. She sounds like quite the fighter. Looking forward to seeing what she does in the ballroom.)

What an impact a director can have on the success of a play!  Jason Odell Williams’ Church and State, having been produced last season by Berkshire Theatre Group on the Unicorn’s proscenium stage, is currently running at Circle Theatre Players’ Fuess Performing Space at Sand Lake Center for the Arts.  Director Patrick White completely ignores the space’s stage and sets the play practically in the lap of the audience—and that has made all the difference.
Church and State takes place in the green room backstage at North Carolina State’s University Theatre.  Senator Charles Whitmore (Paul Murphy), a Compassionate Conservative who is running for a second term, prepares to address the students three days before Election Day.  To the consternation of his Jesus-loving wife (Dianne DeSantis) and northern Jewish campaign manager (Elisa Verb), he decides to rip up his speech and speak from the heart, letting his right-wing audience know that his original positions on faith and gun control have evolved because of a shooting at his children’s school.
From the moment we enter the theatre, we are thrust into the middle of this political campaign.  Actor Sam Mikit, wearing a red “Whitmore for Senate” hat, greets theatregoers with a pin inscribed with the same logo, and sports a t-shirt saying “Jesus is my running mate.”  Thanks to White and his group of set designers and builders, the walls are plastered with red, white and blue bunting, flags, and banners.  A North Carolina State Wolfpack design is emblazoned on a large circular board.  Small platforms create an open playing area with seating on two sides, enhanced by the work of the sound designer (Barry Streifert) and composer (Sawyer Harrington-Verb), whose recordings of announcements, the Senator’s speeches, the crowd cheering, and appropriate music place the action all around us.
In a 2017 interview with BroadwayBox, Williams, an Emmy-nominated writer and TV producer, explains that he wrote Church and State as a response to the shootings at Virginia Tech, Tucson (where Gabby Giffords was shot) and Newtown.  “I’d had enough. I had to turn my rage and fear into action.  So I did what I know how to do.  I wrote a play.”  The play was first staged in Rochester, then Los Angeles, and in 2017 was seen in New York City at New World Stages.  Williams would eventually like to see it in “all the purple states.”
This slideshow requires JavaScript.
The problem is that if Williams’ purpose is to encourage his audience to fight for sensible gun control measures, why embed his intention in a comedy?  He specifically states in his script that he wants actors to honor the comedy by not indulging in “darkness or tragedy” and by avoiding unscripted pauses that will slow down the pace.  Though comedy can be effective in a political play, here the comic tone undermines the message.  In an article entitled “Preaching to the Choir,” White, who regards the play as a “terrific comedy,” debates the relative merits of mixing theatre and politics, eventually citing the power of theatre to bring about change.  But it’s hard to take the play seriously when it so often relies on punch lines and physical humor, mostly attributable to Whitmore’s southern belle, drunk, oversexed, opinionated wife, who would prefer to see her husband have an affair than to lose his faith in God.  Much of their arguments center around religion and faith, rather than the need for sensible gun laws.  Silly wordplay like the disagreement over whether twitter should have a “the” before it or whether the winner of an election will have a “sticker” tape parade permeate the script.  Yet, by the end of the play, we are expected to applaud Mrs. Whitmore’s intelligence and at long last, to endorse a plea for gun control.
Given the difficulties of defining the tone of the piece, White respects the playwright’s wishes by emphasizing the comedy in the characterizations as well as the pacing, often coaxing his actors to talk over each other.  In the more serious moments, he and his design team, including some impressive lighting by Maeve Corcoran and Nick Nealon, achieve surprisingly powerful effects.  The actors, perfectly costumed by Barbara Neu-Berti, are well cast.  Paul Murphy as the Senator who tries to do the right thing, finds his footing especially when he isn’t being called on to play the comedy, while Dianne DeSantis as his outlandish wife enjoys the comic exaggerations of a character who cares only about “faith, family, and football.”  On the other hand, her moments alone with Elisa Verb as the campaign manager, when they are not required to face off against one another, are revelatory.  Verb admirably locates the truth in a woman whose background and beliefs are diametrically opposed to those of the candidate she is supporting by enabling us to understand the ambition that motivates her.  Sam Mikit does yeoman’s work playing a variety of characters in a variety of costumes.
By inviting the audience into the center of the action, rather than allowing us to be onlookers, White has given what might have been a pedestrian play new life and urgency.
CHURCH AND STATE runs from October 4—13 at Sand Lake Center for the Arts, Thursday through Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2:30.  For tickets call 518-674-2007.
Circle Theatre Players present CHURCH AND STATE by Jason Odell Williams.  Director:  Patrick White.  Cast:  Paul Murphy (Senator Charles Whitmore), Dianne DeSantis (Sara Whitmore), Elisa Verb (Alex Klein), Sam Mikit (Tom/Marshal).   Costume Design:  Barbara Neu-Berti; Lighting Design:  Maeve Corcoran, Nick Nealon; Sound Design:  Barry Streifert; Composer:  Sawyer Harrington-Verb; Stage Manager:  Melody Kruger.
Running Time:  90 minutes, no intermission, at Sand Lake Center for the Arts, 2880 NY-43, Averill Park, NY, from October 4, closing Oct. 13.

Conor MacNeill
Conor MacNeill can currently be seen on the West End production of Jez Butterworth’s Ferryman directed by Sam Mendes and has just finished filming The Current War opposite Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch and Nicholas Holt.
Conor recently took time out to answer a few questions.
Q: You have just finished filming The Current War. Are you able to tell us about that? Conor: Yes, I had an incredible time working with Alfonzo on that. He is a hugely special director. I play the role of William Kemmler who was the first man ever to be sentenced to death by the electric chair. It was intense, the pressure of playing a real person, but the experience was immensely rewarding.
Q: When will it be aired? Conor: It is slated for a December/January release.
Q: How ‘easy’ do you find it switching from screen to stage acting? Conor: If I’m honest I never put that much thought to the change in medium. The actual approach to character and acting itself is all pretty much the same. The only difference with stage is the technicality of voice and looking after your health I suppose. Making sure you maintain stamina and energy for 8 shows a week. Also you can’t shout cut on stage when you can’t remember a line ha ha.
Q: What can you tell us about ‘The Ferryman’? Conor: The Ferryman is an epic tale of love and family set in the 1980s, against the backdrop of the conflict in the north of Ireland. I’ve never been so excited reading a script before, Jez is nothing short of genius.
Q: Can you tell us about the character that you play and how they fit into the storyline? Conor: I play Diarmuid, one of the Corcoran brothers who visits the Carney family farm from Derry city. The Corcoran brothers bring a contrasting take on life in the country at the time. Their city life is incredibly violent and war torn which is a world away from the life their cousins lead in countryside Northern Ireland. I suppose all the lads represent the hugely conflicting, complex ideas and emotions that were being felt across the north at the time.
Q: With 5-star reviews at the Royal Court Theatre and selling out its entire run before opening – what is it about this production that makes it a ‘must-see’ Conor: Ha ha, bit of a tricky one to answer. But I would say a phenomenal script and incredible direction. Jez’s writing manages to make you laugh and cry in one fell swoop. And Sam has pulled together something which is both epic and intimate at the same time. Also I personally feel very humbled to be on stage with this cast. Their acting is inspiring.
*****
Conor has been Bafta nominated for his short film The Party. 2016 saw him star in NETFLIX’s debut feature film and war thriller The Siege of Jadotville opposite Jamie Dornan & Mark Strong as Corporal Frank “Radio op” Williams. Conor had a pivotal role, once again opposite Jamie Dornan, in BBC thriller The Fall Conor is currently starring as a new series regular in Channel 4’s brilliant comedy No Offence. A fantastic writer, Conor has written the screenplay for his first Feature film The Laughter of Our Children, which was announced winner of the 2014 Northern Ireland Screen New Talent Focus, adjudicated by Film 4 & the BFI. The film shot early 2016 directed by BAFTA and EMMY award winning director David Blair with Conor taking the leading role of Ciaran alongside a stellar cast including Stephen Graham, Michelle Fairley and Robert Sheehan. The script for his short film The Party was selected by the Irish Film Board as part of their After ’16 scheme which was part of the centenary memorial of the 1916 Easter Rising. Conor performed to critical acclaim as Bartley McCormick opposite Daniel Radcliffe in the hugely successful West End revival of Martin McDonagh’s The Cripple of Inishmann directed by Michael Grandage. Reprising his role in the same production on Broadway, the show received 6 TONY Award nominations.

Oh god no, no it's just sex Emmy. Sometimes it's with the same person more than once, but it's always just sex. For me at least, there's a big difference between sex and romance, I haven't done romance since Nik died, and I won't be doing that shit again. But that's not anything new, and way less interesting than the topic of how fucking awesome you are, for example you're a dope ass cello player, you're sweet af, and perhaps the best cat mom I've ever known

Why do you live there? You have romantic partners, don't you?

I don't know about that, I know I'm not the best sister in terms of the advice and the shoulder to cry on thing. I can still punch people in the throat for you tho, that I am good at. I've been there kid. Hell, I live there, and you're about the only person I'll ever admit that too. But just because you don't like you, doesn't mean that aren't plenty of people that do, that think you're amazing and talented and thoughtful... I can gas you up all day long, and I don't punch pimply little freaks in the throat for just anybody.

Hi, Reagan. I love you, and you don't suck. I just... I don't know. I've got a lot going on. I don't think I like myself very much right now.
