The request for a massage wasn’t out of the ordinary, but normally when either Blaze or Hotshot gave the other a backrub, the boys were all around them. Today, however, there had been some kind of stir, it seemed, something that made the boys all wanna go out and wrestle with each other or fight or whatever it was, and Blaze and Hotshot, not so eager to join in, decided to gossip for a while in the lodging house.

Something in the air was different today, and Blaze was forced to admit it. Letting her hands brush over Hotshot’s smooth shoulders made her cheeks flush. Any other day, Blaze could covertly hide the growing interest inside of her, too flustered by the thought of Spot, for example, seeing and teasing her with a knowing smile.

But no one was here to check Blaze today. And so no one knew how Blaze bit her bottom lip when that word slipped out of Hotshot, more like a moan than a request.

Blaze readjusted her weight from her comfortable seat on Hotshot’s rear, fingers grazing down the worn material of the brunette’s tank top. “More down...here?” Blaze’s voice was unfortunately husky as she pressed her thumbs into the taut muscles of her back.
