*Ophelia came to a locked room. Curiously she used her ability to unlock it and she stepped inside. There she sees Dr. Starline napping. And of course, her being a small girl with the mentality of, well, a thirteen year old, she thinks he's a plush.* "Oh, a cute Platypus! I wonder who's it is?"

She then picked him up to get a better look at him.

"Mistress Ophelia, I don't think that is a good idea."

Dr. Starline was startled by the sudden hug, mistaking it for in attack.

"Ack! Have we been breached!?"

Upon seeing it was Ophelia, he calmed down.

"Oh, it's you... You're Teseo's friend, aren't you. Don't sneak up on me like that. I almost sicked Metal Knuckles on you."

(Metal Knuckles looked like he was ready to attack.)

"No, no... It was a false alarm, M.K. She's a friendly...

I. General

This blog will be between low to medium activity with dark themes present including war, violence, death, etc.

I will tag as any spoilers as I can, but it is not spoiler free and will act on whatever is revealed in the main story of WUTHERING WAVES + some theories that go on about the overall lore and Rover's identity.

I expect basic RP etiquette and will do the same.

I've been on tumblr rp for a while but am just returning now. I'm behind on the terminology now used so please be patient if I don't get something right away. I will be just doing basic formatting when writing.

I want to just write so I won't be paying attention to drama.

I go by Aki and Mun & Muse are 25+.

II. Writing

Each interaction will be its own and not collide with others unless talked about beforehand with both parties.

I'd like to focus on Wuthering Waves verse itself so I will be following canon first and foremost. I don't mind divergencies as long as its nothing major/world changing.

This blog is multi-ship and ships will be built on chemistry and interactions.

I prefer multi-para but don't mind one-liners and short interactions. I like plotting but also don't mind a thread started from an inbox meme, etc. In general, I'm cool with anything.

Feel free to send any memes no matter how old they are! I'll find them eventually.

I play a lot of gacha/anime games so I'm more than happy to create a verse for crossovers.

III. Following/Tagging

I don't have any real triggers and will tag the usual ones accordingly if I reblog something that falls under it. (Most likely not though)

If I follow then I would like to interact at some point. I will unfollow though if no activity between us occurs but will try and reach out when I feel confidant enough too.

As stated above, I want to focus on Wuthering Wave's world as a priority so I'd love interactions from all characters that want to be involved in the world.

Project Crossover (Closed RP)

@astral-multiverse Lighting crack across the sky as Jedah calmly sipped on his glass of blood he retrieved from his current victim as he watched the rain come pouring down on his window. He thought about all of the past event he was in. Sigma and Ultron joining forces to rule over the world finding the infinity stones to do it, the past events when other worlds were colliding and joining as one until the heroes took back the portal stone and undid the union. His grip on his glass tighten at these horrid thoughts and how he wanted to get back at the mortals for ruining everything they touched. But he got a plan, a perfect one at that and all he needs is help from the other villains from other world and the perfect deal to make with Princess Shroob. “Let me know when she’s ready for our meeting,” he said to one of his undead servants.

FOUR YEAR ANNIVERSARY STUFF

This wouldn’t be me if it had some sort of fancy banner, so you’re just gonna get my wall of text, lol. 

So when I decided to create a blog for Kol, I didn’t have any idea — ANY IDEA — what I was getting myself into. I was happily RPing in the Disney rpc with my Toy Story muse, and had amazing friends over there, lots of muse, and was really happy with where I was, RP-wise. 

But I’d just gotten back into The Originals, and had seen Kol’s comeback, and his story began to click for me. I needed that extra backstory — of seeing him, narratively, from the storyteller role and not just as an antagonist — to be able to really understand the potential of his character. We had a character who was introduced as a dark force, unpredictable, who was willing to get his hands dirty to achieve his goals. Originals fleshed out what he looks like from the other side of the story: his motivations, his relationship with his family, and what he is ultimately searching for. 

So I decided to make a Kol blog, but I was expecting it to be, like, not a big thing, you know? I was going to make him my “weekend blog” and I was going to have fun on him, but he wasn’t going to be my main muse. But as soon as I started digging into him, and realized how much room I had to grow and develop with a character who had SO MUCH untold story?? I fell really hard, and really fast. Soon, Kol was the only blog I was logging into. And faster than I realized it could happen, there were people who were responding to my version of him! I was being validated and galvanized to just keep going. 

I found this weird middle ground where I wasn’t apologizing for the horrific things Kol had done, but I wasn’t focusing on them, either. I was worried about making this blog because I don’t write viciousness that well. I don’t want a character who is in CONSTANT fight mode. I didn’t want every single interaction to be Kol hunting someone, Kol hurting someone. 

The last four years has been a series of ups and downs, character-wise. There have been things I’ve tried that have worked really well, and stayed with my portrayal of Kol! And there have been things that really needed to be brought back to the drawing board. Everything has been important and it’s definitely made me a stronger writer. 

I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who’s stuck it out, through huge changes on my blog, through me backing away from Kol for times when my inspiration was low, through personal ups and downs which played with my strength as a writer. The opportunities I have are because I have people willing to try things out with me. I appreciate you all so much.

Yeah, so guess what, this post is indeed about me (surprise!). I interact with a lot of you on a daily basis and sometimes I wonder who is behind the profile. Why? I’m a curious creature but I thought that maybe it would be nice if I tell you a little bit about who is behind StarScreamLoki. And because I’m bored on this lovely Saturday-evening, I thought why not? This post actually got way longer than I expected, ah well... 29 years young, based in the Netherlands, non-binary (pronouns she/her/he/him), and I have a lovely partner (who supports me to the fullest in this crazy fandom and everything I do actually) and two cats!

Where does your profile name come from?

Oh, the horror and the blessing. Star Scream is a name from a Transformer (I really don’t know which one, don’t care either actually, haha) I just really loved the name Star Scream and I had to add something to it to create this account and well, since the focus of this account was to be Loki it wasn’t really hard to figure it out ;-)

Other blabs in random order

I’m a larper (something that I hold very dear to my heart and is very important for me).  I’m an archer. I can sword-fight. I’m a coder (front end developer). I’m a graphic designer. I’m a leather artist (yes I create items from leather, like complete armours and stuff). I’m an event-organizer (I own a business for that). I have a blue belt karate(currently not practicing anymore). I am very creative in any possible way, making my own clothing (mostly for larp), coloring, pixelhobby, painting, cross-stitching... ... I’m going to stop here because that creative list is endless actually. And I’m a writer!

Behind the writer

Some time ago I answered some questions about my writing. Might as well throw them in here.

How long have you been writing?

I’ve been writing since I was a teenager, 14 I think. I’ve written for various fandoms though I lost all that work. It’s not worth searching for it either, not that good. Haha.

Are you a writes-too-much-description type of fanfic writer, or the writes-too-much-dialogue fanfic writer?

Definitely a writes-too-much-description writer. I have trouble writing a good conversation because I have this thing where I can’t break conversations with an action of a character or if they interrupt one-other. For me power lies in details but I know I have to be very careful not to put too much detail in there otherwise it will get messy. You’ve got no clue how many words I delete when checking up on a work before posting it.

What is your specialty as a fanfic writer?

To quote from the description of my blog: “I'm the demon that prowls the angst/hurt/dark/whump/sub!Loki abyss.”

What was the best work (completed or not) that you’ve written so far, in your own opinion?

I’ve got two. The first one would be Follow the Blind. I started writing this for myself thinking nobody would like it but everyone was raving about it. Before I was even aware this thing grew from a one-shot to ‘a couple of chapters’ to the longest thing I’ve written.

The Second fic is Cold Blood and Dead Hearts. I’ve written it in a matter of days and after I finished it I just fell in some black hole and it took me a couple of weeks to figure out next what to write. Ah yes, the familiar writers-drop...

If you were to write a crossover between any fandoms, what would they be and why? Give us a snippet of the two worlds colliding.

I think I answered yesterday something along those same lines but I’m dying to throw Loki to the wolves vampires. A cross-over between him and meeting Klaus from the Originals would be something I’d write but I really don’t know if people would like that. The snippet, I don’t know, probably these two just setting the world on fire for fun and/or having the most disturbing steamy sex.

Do you make outlines for your works, even your one shots? 

Mostly I do. I just create headings with pieces of plot and drabble scenes in there. I also create a short excerpts for Original Characters and for skills/characteristics. If I have to write a character that stems from a movie/book/series/pick your poison, that I know very little about, I make sure to do my research and place that in the outlines as well.

Have you ever been able to write more than 1,000 words in one sitting? How did that make you feel?

Hahhahahaah. When I have the writers-heat I only start at 1000 words in one sitting. That amount is no challenge for me whatsoever for some weird reason. When I have the plot and characters in mind, I tend to type so fast and so much I sometimes fear I’ll break my keyboard. Mostly this is a problem as well when I want to write a one-shot and I ‘barely started writing’ and I’m just past the intro and I’m like, “Well shit, 5000 words already. Guess I’m going with multi-chapter.”

Behind the larper-er/RP-er

As some of you know I run another blog @loki-the-predator. It is my ask- and rp-blog for Loki. I have been rp-ing for 8 years by now, mostly in real life since I’m a larper. I think this is where my ability to characterize so well comes from (yeah, a lot of you have told me I do an amazing job at that so I stan it by now). I have an insane amount of characters including complete costumes which I have created myself. I play most of my characters at larps and they vary from elves to demons. My trademark is chaotic neutral so they are usually a little evil. I own my own larp-event for which I write a lot of characters too.

Spoutman was glad to know that Ariel trusted him. In a sense, he could understand where her father was coming from. As awful as it was, bad people did exist, some even going as far as to hurt or even kill others. A father would want to make sure that his child was safe. But at the same time, good people existed as well. To say all surface dwellers were bad would be a lie. Spoutman knew so many good people in his life that he was glad to call friends. It would be too extreme to say all people were bad, but at the same time, it would be too extreme to say they're all good as well.

"It's true that some humans eat fish, so I can't deny that they'd have to kill them to do that. It doesn't really make me feel good because I love seeing fish swim, not eaten. I even feel like a fish whenever I swim, blip.

"But anyone who would try to hurt a mermaid would be a bad person. I can't see any good reason to hurt a mermaid. Especially one who's as nice as you are.

"But thank you for trusting me. I'll be sure to protect you from any bad people. And I'm sure my friends would love you, blip. To meet a real mermaid was a dream Shuko had when she was a little girl. And the others get along with new people rather well, blip. They do everything to protect the world, after all.

"...I think the only friend I know who you might have trouble getting along with is Mr. Solo. He's not a bad guy, blip, he's just a bit of a loner. He acts all tough and mean, but I think he really appreciates us as friends. After all, if someone were to try and bring harm to us, he'd swoop in to help, even if he makes an excuse that he did it for his own personal reasons and not to protect us, blip.

"Say, do you have any friends under the sea, blip? Like, are there other mermaids or fish that you're friends with? Are they as nice as you are, blip?"

A mermaid was swimming in the air! It was incredible! He has seen many amazing things, both in the real world and in the Net, but never has he seen anything like this.

“You’re really amazing, Ariel… I wish Shuko was here to meet you, blip…”

Those thoughts came to a halt when Ariel mentioned that… What did she call them? “Surface Dwellers?” Yeah that was it. Apparently, surface dwellers would want to hurt her.

“Hurt you? Who would want to hurt someone like you, blip? I just met you, and I can already tell you’re wonderful, blip.”

Were there really people that bad in the world? Would someone hurt someone like Ariel just for the sake of it?

…

That answer was pretty obvious. Spoutman met people like that before. He help Megaman fight against these kinds of people. Well, Spoutman already considered Ariel his friend, and if anyone tried to harm her, he’d do his best to protect her. Sure, he’s not the strongest Net Navi around, but he’s been training with some of the best like Megaman, Protoman, and Bass. He should be strong enough to deal with some bad guys, right?

“Don’t worry, Ariel. You’re my friend now, blip. I won’t let anyone hurt you. I’m a lot stronger than I look, blip. I can protect you from bad surface dwellers.”

“I don’t know if humans really seek to hurt merpeople. That’s just what my father told me.”

She wasn’t sure how much truth there was. She’d never actually talked to a human before. This didn’t count, Spoutman was some kind of robotic person, though still a surface dweller. That was enough to want to be friends with him. A better question would have been, who didn’t she make friends with? Ariel had even befriended sea monsters during her life. Beings that were considered terrible, she always had a heart for.

“Do surface dwellers really only want to kill fish?”

There was a part of her that would never believe it. They were too amazing to solely exist for that purpose, just look at the kinds of things they invented. Ariel had been told they enjoyed working in the hot sun, too, which seemed like a strange purpose in life. Especially to a mermaid, who came from a world where almost everything was voluntary. Everyone shared, everyone looked out for each other.

“No matter what, I trust you to keep me safe. If you wanted to hurt or capture me, you would have by now. I’d love to meet all your friends, and maybe they could be my friends too!”

"Heh! I was hoping we had to do this the hard way! Now I can test if this Fonon Crystal works. I'm known as Sync the Tempest, and I'm gonna make you wish you came quietly!"

"Don't go overboard, Sync. I want some action as well. Plus, we were told to bring him alive."

"Yeah, yeah! I know!"

The crystals attached to Sync's gloves began to glow green, and power quickly flowed into faster than natural Fonons.

"Let's see if you escape this! THUNDER BLADE!!"

Sync shot a sharp green bolt of electricity towards Roy, hoping to hit him.

As he said before, it wasn't that far at all. It only took a few minutes before they reach the Item Creation Shop. Upon entering, one of the first face they saw was what looked to be a cross between a cat and a rabbit.

"Hi, Megaman. Who's your friend there?"

"Hey, Klonoa. This is Sora. He traveled here from a different world."

"Ah! Kind of like a lot of our friends here! Nice to meet you, Sora! I'm Klonoa, the Dream Traveler!"

Good afternoon! I’d love to give you an opinion and see what I can help out with. Remember, that this is just my opinion - nothing is end all be all. I’m just being honest, and don’t intentionally mean to offend or hurt anyone. The url nor the icon give me a great idea of what the plot will be. I think that it will have something to do with a city, however I’m not sure. Then, the main page, while very lovely theme-wise, also doesn’t give me a great idea of what the rp will be. I think changing the header graphic could go a really long way. If you had something more than a city that gave a better picture, pun not intended, of what the rp is supposed to be. also, possibly adding some color to the theme itself (a solid color as the background, possibly gray, light blue, etc. would bring out the theme a bit more. I noticed that your most wanted space is empty, which I think you should consider filling with some fcs to make use of that space. I also think you could take out the archive link from the topbar, because I don’t think it would be necessary for muns to search through your archive. I like the theme you picked, though. Let’s see about your navigation. For me, I always prefer when a navigation is in order of before and after acceptance/applying. So, your navigation was a little confusing to me. The “help” section of the navigation seems completely unnecessary, it could be added to a user checklist after they’re done with applying. Also, I didn’t even see a link to a plot or rules link in the navigation page (not the sidebar on your main page), which is really important to have in the navigation! I would also move the gossip blog link off of the topbar as well, or give it another link so it is not mistaken as a link to the plot or other pages. I do think the theme you picked for you navigation is actually really interesting and nice.

Now, I’ll read the plot, which left me a little confused. I’m not in the Marvel fandom, so that might be part of the reason. I think that the crossover of Disney and Marvel characters is unique, but it feels a little over complicated and I don’t quite see where the Disney descendant characters come in. I think that it should be made clearer how the Disney (animated) characters are actually in New York and how they connect to the specific Marvel organizations? I just think that there is a lot thrown at the reader in the plot with little to no explanation of how the two worlds really came together and what exactly they’re fighting against. The Disney villains? HYDRA? Your characters are something else I would suggest having a masterlist of on the main (not just their fcs, or the link that goes to the intel blog). In the masterlist, I’d suggest having links to their bios so that players won’t have to go searching for the character they might want. After reading through a bio, I think that they’re very interesting and you give a lot of variation in character, but I’d like to know more stats on each character. How old they are, which side they’re on, who their parents are (included in the bio). I also was a little confused by what each piece of information on the character graphic means? What/where is Lennox Hill, why might they be a botanist or a computer engineer. Simple additions to the biography format would also go along way in clearing up a lot of confusion. I will also talk about your rules, which I think you should separate things like incest, NSFW, etc. into a separate triggers page. Also, “calling ‘dibs’” should maybe be renamed to “no reserving characters”. Otherwise, your rules are pretty average and make sense.

Your application interacts a lot more with the muns, but I think that you should stay away from asking your players the exact days they can play! Their schedule is something they could naturally add to their activity blurb if needed. Everything else on the application is pretty standard.

Here are just a few sidenotes I’ll point out... The updates link on the navigation goes to a page, instead of a tag, so you might want to fix that. I think having your app count as a tag not a page is also a little confusing and might be something you review. Overall, I personally wouldn’t apply due to my lack of knowledge on the material it’s based off of, but it also might be material that is confusing to both Marvel and Disney fans. I would do a slight rewrite of your plot to make it more clear about what exactly the offspring are fighting, how the Disney/Marvel universes collided, and a bit more detail on exactly how the roleplay will play out. Will you be doing plot drops? Would you add more characters as the rp continues? I think if you fixed some simple organization and informational pieces it would change up the rp a lot! Good luck.

For centuries, six objects of unimaginable power have traded hands, been used to subjugate entire universes, and have vanished into oblivion for untold years.  But they always resurface, and some exceptionally powerful individuals have always known where to look.  Unbeknownst to most, Thanos has been desperately seeking the Infinity Stones to rebuild his gauntlet.     After successfully obtaining the Power Gem, Thanos sought Reality.  But the massive amounts of energy emitting from the Power Gem interfered with the process.  When the two collided, something unprecedented happened. Two realities began to merge.  But the interaction of realities is never stable.  The merging of Earth-Zero aka New Earth and Earth 616 has not been without its flaws.    The world as we know it is crumbling around us.  Furthermore, the merging of the two realities has sparked a renewed interest in the Infinity Stones themselves.  Thought lost forever, some of the universe’s most power-hungry, vicious individuals are now in a race for the stones against Thanos himself.    Linked by the Metro-Narrows bridge, Gotham and Metropolis stand as twin cities.  It is here that the heroes and their nemeses have converged.

After Elise freed Roy from Asimov's grasp, she and the others tried their best to help him.

"His body is still trying to adjust to his new Adept powers..."

"How long must he be in pain like this?!"

"The time varies depending on the individual. Some of the people who were experimented on didn't even service the procedure..."

"Are you telling me Roy is going to die...?!"

"No, he should be fine. The fact that he held up for this long is a good sign that he's going to make it. All that's left is for his body to adjust to being an Adept..."

"Oh... Well, I'm glad he's going to make it, but I don't want to watch him suffer like this..."

"I'll try healing him to reduce the pain. Roll, Meddy, Atoli, may I have your assistance, please?"

"Yes, of course."

"Please, feel better, Roy. LaPha Repth!"

"I hope this helps, Roy. Recovery 300!"

"Don't leave us out. I know we're new here, but we can lend a hand. ToadMan, give Roy a Healing Song."

"Roy...Once you've adjusted to being an Adept, let me train you. I'll help you control your new powers..."

"Normally, I'd object since training Roy is my job... But since you're an artificial Adept yourself, you're the best option to help him with this, Gunvolt."

"Um... I'd like to help, too... I may not be an artificial Adept like you, Gunvolt, but I'm still an Adept."

"I'd appreciate the help, Elise. Thank you."

"You're welcome... Um... This is all alright with you, right Luna?"

"Like I'd object to you helping someone! Go ahead, Elise. Do everything you can to help the Edgelord's apprentice."

"What was that? Did you just 'thank' me, Edgelord? Can I hear that again?"

"I was joking... But in all seriousness, Solo... We'll do everything we can to help Roy. I promise."

"...I'll hold you and everyone else to it, then. Take good care of him."

Solo walked off after that. The medics continued the healing afterwards.

"How're you feeling, Roy? Any better?"

*A ghostly for materializes into existence. He looks around confused for a moment. There's a deep wound through his chest looking like knives slashed across, his eyes a haunting yellow. Laurels rest above his head and a magical aura surrounds him. He's not scared... but more so confused.*

"Where am I... what happened to the war? Have the gods fallen?"

Before, Obake wouldn't even entertain the existence of phantoms and such. But after learning about the Multiverse and literally teaming up with talking animals and such, he became much more open minded of what could be out there.

"Well, I have no idea where you're from, or what this war of fallen gods are all about, but it's clear that wherever you're from, it was quite a battle. Anyway, welcome to the Dreadnought. You must have quite the story to tell."
