HEAR ME OUT, Shen Yuan transmigrating. The System tells him that he is not dead and he is passed between Systems to a very wholesome one but who probably doesn't even know how to do all the job properly, because even though he is not dead-dead he started the process of transmigration, but hahaha you know, his body is still alive

So here we have this Temporary Transmigration System™!! Willing to help, but not knowing how, it ends up downloading the database from a file stored on the Main Server...

And Shen Yuan opens his eyes and is at Qing Jing Peak. Ok. He can process that. It makes sense that with his serial hater ways he ended up there. Yeah. Definitely.

Then a twenty-something Ning Yingying asks if shidi is okay (and ignoring the fact that he is an average cannon fodder disciple) and Shen Yuan is like, with his brain not braining for a minute. I mean, IT'S NING YINGYING!! IN HER TWENTIES! AT THE AGE THAT SHE SHOULD BE MARRIED TO LUO BINGHE!! WHAT IS SHE STILL DOING AS QING JING'S DISCIPLE?

Ning Yingying is sweet, a smart and kind shijie and Shen Yuan is having an internal collapse. Luo Binghe hasn’t left the Endless Abyss yet? Well, obviously not. The Cang Qiong Sect is up and running. So, how long does he have until Luo Binghe emerges from the Abyss and devastates the entire sect? A month, a week, a day?

Distant and not at all alert, he is having his internal-external breakdown when a kind voice cares for him.

The kind voice turns out to be the freaking fucking scum villain Shen Qingqiu and Shen Yuan might as well die right there. He is afraid that Shen Qingqiu might give him a hard time and humiliate him or even assault him… But Shen Qingqiu is, kind? Worried, protective. Why is the young disciple crying? Can this Shizun do something?

And Shen Yuan, well, he collapses more. What the hell. What the fuck.

Luckily, he is left alone again. His thoughts give him hope for, well... If Shen Qingqiu is more kind, maybe he wouldn't even throw Binghe into the Abyss? Maybe Luo Binghe is still White Lotus' disciple, Shen Yuan won't die and the entire sect will still stand?

He... He thinks he can live with that. Of course. Damn, who screwed up the characters like that? What the fuck did they do to them? He's mad about that, so much wasted lore! So much untraveled abyss and resentments that made the protagonist prove himself to be powerful and capable despite everything!!

... Yeah, well. Neither the kind Shen Qingqiu nor the personality-driven Ning Yingying make Shen Yuan ready to see Binghe, LUO BINGHE, THE STALLION PROTAGONIST, making puppy dog eyes and openly flirting with his scum villain Shizun.

Yea. Yea. Shen Yuan needs to lie down for a minute. Please.

... System, how temporary is the temporary transmigration? Can I leave now? I don't mind being in a coma. This is all so OoC. System. SYSTEM!?

Tails: that would actually be pretty smart… but currently no one actually knows where all of the emeralds are.

They have a sorta mystical repellent as a sort of regulator, since chaos energy is powerful and unpredictable, the emeralds being separated keeps things balanced unless they have a vessel to channel through like sonic.

But looking for the chaos emeralds to use to heal is not a bad thought… hmm

So, I was inspired by @b0njourbeach’s current Pride series and decided to to treat you all to two edits today! One of Che’nya and one of AR.

This is with their permission, I asked and they gave the go ahead. They made a nonbinary Che’nya edit for their still on-going series, and they also make other very fun/funny twst photo edit series. I def recommend checking out their blog. I adore Che’nana. 🤣

I chose to do two different edits. One focused on sexuality and one focused on gender! Also, I did both these photo edits on my phone so please forgive me for them being not as good as they could be, especially Che’nya’s hair and earrings. 😭

I will also preface this by reminding everyone this is just my headcanon for the Che’nya on this blog!

Putting this under a cut because explaining my headcanons for Che’nya got a little long! 😁

Anyway, I think we all know at this point that my Che’nya is not heterosexual. Neither is AR! However, while Che’nya is pansexual, AR could almost be considered the exact opposite, hilariously enough.

AR is asexual!

If I had to decide which kind I am out of space, cake, dragon, and garlic bread… I would probably go with garlic bread ace tbh. Dragon ace is a very close second though. 😂

Now, while AR considers themselves cisgender but goes by they/them on this blog (but is also just ????? on their gender overall because gender is hard wtf 😵‍💫) Che’nya is not cis!

It’s Che’nya! And he is genderfluid!

And yes, the flag is represented a bit upside down… well that would be because Che’nya got dressed in the Looking Glass world. Whoopsies! 😹

Now, you may be wondering, if Che’nya is genderfluid, why does he use he/him pronouns basically all the time? That’s because, while I chose to edit him as genderfluid, his identity actually goes a bit deeper than that.

See, Che’nya doesn’t care what gender he identifies as, or what he is perceived as, or what pronouns are given. If you address Che’nya as her, then she’ll roll with it. She doesn’t care. Why would she? She’s still Che’nya. The same applies if you address her as them. They simply continue as they were - which is usually causing mischief and trouble. They do tend to do that. Call zem out on something? Do you really think that will stop zem? Zey could not care less.

However, while Che’nya is genderfluid, his identity could be further classified as a subset of genderfluid - demifluid. Meaning, one part of his gender is static while other parts are fluid.

Now, generally this static part is nonbinary, but it can be binary, and for Che’nya it is. Because, going even further?

Che’nya is a demifluid boy.

Which means the one part of his gender that is static, that sticks with him more, is his more masculine side.

Basically, to put it simply, he’s genderfluid, but masculine leaning.

Which is why, most of the time, he goes by he/him pronouns and that is what he defaults to. But for the most part?

Che’nya is just vibin and having fun! 👍

i am so pleased with the validation that maria is a little Earth Nerd but oh my gosh does it hurt to think about how shadow goes to earth and she doesn't, and his first real introduction to it isn't its beauty but its military violence. would some small part of him be relieved that maria never lived to see how cruel her precious earth really is...?

imagining, too, the emotion shadow must feel when he begins to remember his real promise made to maria to protect the earth. realizing that she'd want it and its people safe, even if their behavior would have crushed her (even if their cruelty is the sole reason she's dead).

then thinking about how shadow gradually opens up because he finds friends and reminders of The Good in people like sonic, amy, rouge, and omega... thinking about how maybe the earth shouldn't be hated for the cruel people who live on it, but loved for the people who defy that cruelty and fight to make it better, even at impossible odds.
