UMM WELL… IT’S KINDA HARD TO DESCRIBE. FOR ME IT WAS LIKE I WAS PUSHED OUT OF MY OWN HEAD. I MEAN I WAS THERE! I SAW THINGS AND SOMETIMES I COULD PUSH BACK AND CONTROL MY BODY AGAIN! BUT MOST OF THE TIME I COULD ONLY WATCH AND FEEL. IT WAS REALLY TIRING TO FIGHT BACK

it’s like you’re behind a glass wall. you keep screaming and banging on the glass and nothing happens, and eventually your hands ache and your throat is sore and you don’t know what day it is and you realize no one is coming to save you anymore. it wasn’t always bad though i guess. i think after a long time i just couldn’t waste my energy on crying anymore. i started seeing it all as a dream. it kind of felt like that, now that i think about it.
