Laughter and playful banters were exchanged from the table of friends— one of them telling a joke that caused them to smile from ear to ear.

It was one of those nights where friends gather and boost about the things that happened to them; it was like their very own ritual to catch up every once in a while, but this time it was different.

There was another addition to the group.

“Ah, look whose here. Come y/n take a sit,” one of the girl asked, patting the empty seat besides her.

Y/n happily took the seat and smiled thankfully at her kind gesture. You were kinda nervous, seeing that you don’t know who half the table were, but it was nice to have new friends.

So you took the time to get to know each and every one of them.

While you we’re having a conversation with one girl at the group— two pair of eyes seemed to never left yours.

As if you were the only thing that seem to caught their attention; not even caring if one of their friends are trying to start a discussion with them.

Everything about you were just too mesmerizing— your eyes, your smile, and those laughs that sounds so angelic when it comes out of that pretty mouth of yours.

“Elle est si jolie (she is so pretty)” Alex whispered under her breath, that was loud enough for only she and Charles could hear.

“Je sais, je ne peux pas non plus la quitter des yeux (i know, I can’t take my eyes of her too)” Charles responded, his tone just screams ‘boy inlove’.

Don’t get me wrong, they’re happy with just the two of them, but you just make it so hard to not fall in love with you. I mean come on just look at you! You were built to perfection. God Is this what they call love at first sight?

“Charles and Alex, you guys have been awfully quite for a while now” Bea exclaimed aloud, earning all the group’s attention to focus on them.

You flickered your eyes and glanced over at them. You’ve noticed their presence for a while now and just like the others you were star struck with their appearance. They were the epitome of luxury and elegance— they give of an aura that just seems so hard to approach them;

“Ah, sorry. Something just came up” charles spoke, his tone laced with sincerity.

As he said those word, his eyes met yours. It felt like he was directly saying it to you. But that’s just silly, imagine the Charles Leclerc saying those to you. Pfft hilarious.

“Oui, quelque chose de beau vient d'attirer notre attention (yes,something beautiful just caught our eye)” Alex spoke, her thick accent dripped with gracefulness.

Just like Charles, her words seems directed towards you. Her eyes latched onto yours— captivating the essence of your beauty.

You looked around, checking if she was looking at anyone else. To your surprise, there were no people at your back. You glanced back but she was no longer staring at you.

Hmm must be a coincidence.

The night has finally come to an end; even though you felt all eyes on you every time, you still had fun.

All of your friends gathered their stuff and one by one began to leave the place. Saying all their goodbyes before finally taking off. Just as you were about too, two figure stood in your way.

You furrowed your eyebrows, confusingly. What’s going on?

“Uhm can i help you guys?” You asked, looking at them with pure curiosity.

Alex opened her mouth but then closed it again, she gently nudged Charles shoulder implying for him to speak up.

What the hell was going on, they look like high schoolers whose ready to confess.

Charles rolled his eyes and sighed,“Well, this is kinda awkward but me and my girlfriend were kinda hoping to get your number.”

Oh. So it was a confession kinda thing?

Your eyes widened from the sudden question, “but if you don’t want to it’s fine” Alex chimed in, her face turning red from the tense atmosphere.

You let out a giggle, seeing how their acting like teenagers inlove was just so adorable to you. So why not invest your time in these two cutesy couple.

“Here” you said, getting out your phone and showing them your number to which they wrote down.

A scuffle in the hallway draws both their attention, however, and Henry sits up a bit to listen better. Someone is arguing in a mix of Spanish and broken English with Shaan, and it sounds like… Alex? What the hell? “Shaan, he’s with me.” Well now, that’s Bea’s voice. “I ordered a massage for Henry, something to help him relax in the face of all this.” “Si, si!” Henry lets David hop down from the sofa and wanders over to open his bedroom door. The trio in the hall fall silent as all of them look between each other, no one sure who should speak first.  Henry locks eyes with the ‘masseuse’, a shorter man wearing a disposable mask over his mouth and nose and a hat squashed down over his curls, and he gets a wink for his trouble. Definitely Alex, then. His heart flutters in his chest, despite his efforts to remain visibly neutral. “It’s alright, Shaan, he can come in. I promise I won’t ask to borrow his phone.” “That’s not–” “I’ll make sure the paperwork is handled. You may go.” Shaan sighs through his nose. “Of course, your highness. Goodnight.” Henry opens the door wider to let Alex carry in his bag, and he hesitates in the doorway for a bit. “Thank you for arranging this, Bea… It’s a nicer surprise than you know. I really appreciate it.” She hugs him tightly and sends him into his room with a wave. Alex is inside, legitimately laying out towels and massage oils on Henry’s bed. He’s taken the mask off though, so Henry gets the full brilliance of his beaming smile when they come face to face again. “Hey, baby. Miss me?” “Very much so… Alex, how are you even here right now?” “Bea texted June. The excuse was my idea though. Y’know, in case you get a little loud.” Henry’s face heats, and he just knows he’s tomato red now. “Awfully presumptuous of you.” “We can stick to cuddling,” Alex says with a shrug. “I’m not set on one thing over another, I just wanted to see you. 6 days before the start of junior year

I wake up with a pounding in my head. Still in the same clothes from the previous night. Wait last night. Where is she? I get up to see Damien and Cady are gone too, she must be with them, I get myself together, feeling something on my wrist, it takes my eyes a second to focus on what it says ‘anyone but you’ the small beaded bracelet reads, Anyone but you is a song she made as a way to say fuck you to all the homophobic boys at school who hit on her. Chuckling, my eyes land on a small piece of paper on the sofa I just laid on.

I pick it up and read the small handwriting. It’s a number. Her number. God she’s confusing.

She wasn’t upstairs with Damien or Cady, they told me that she wasn’t there when they woke up either.

And I didn’t see her for the rest of the week. That was until the first day of junior year. There she was stood with some random burnouts. The same people she’s hung out with since middle school when they were all ‘gifted students’ however she is still that gifted little girl she was all those years ago. I only saw glimpses of her that morning, most of the time she had her back to me.

I felt so shitty for leaving that morning. Ever since I hid myself away from everyone, from Bea, from Jason but especially from Janis.

Since that night I met up with Bea, told her I saw what she done and broke things off, she didn’t take that well. The day after her, Jason and some random dude named Shane came up to me while I was on my daily run, they pulled up in Jason’s car, jumped out, beat the shit out of me and dumped all of the clothes and things I had gave to Bea.

Walking into junior year I had to sport a black eye and grazed chin. Fucking fantastic if you ask me.

I quickly find new friends, well they found me. A few nights before the start of the new school year, they found me off my head at the skate park my board a few feet away from me. They quickly joined me in lighting up another joint and passing out, we awoke the next morning and introduced ourselves, ever since I’ve been apart of their group. On the plus side I don’t have to sit around and listen to Jason bitch and moan about Gretchen.

I soon found out avoiding Janis would be a difficult task when I got my schedule for the year. First period. Art. Amazing.

Walking to class I pass Bea and Jason against the lockers, tongues down each others throats. I bump into Aaron whom I have been avoiding in and outside of the house. “Hey sis, you good? You’ve been really distant since that night” he comes up to me, wrapping his arm over my shoulders. I shrug him off and start walking away “I’m fine” I state while continuing to walk to class.

Entering the classroom, I see that I am one of the first people there the teacher and Gretchen being the other two in the room, I roll my eyes and head to the back of the room, back right corner, closest to the windows and furthest away from the teachers desk. Just how I like it. The classroom starts to fill up with other people, everyone takes a seat until there is only one seat left. The one next to me. As if on que in walks Janis, she nods towards the teacher and looks around the room for a seat, her eyes landing on the seat next to me then onto me. Her eyes soften as she walks over to the desk beside me. It’s like we are in a shitty romcom, she’s in slow motion. Wearing a green and black cropped knitted sweater and black cargo pants, to top it off she rocks a black denim jacket and combat boots. Her dark brown eyes stare me down. Her bracelets rattle as she sits down, she’s still wearing the one I put in her wrist that night. Did she even notice? Does she even care?

“Damien I’m going to be late cmon dude” I say as my best friend bombards me with questions on how I am going to confront the girl of my dreams. “Girl pardon my french but screw your art class. Have you seen what she’s wearing? black cropped vest, black Levi’s, a goddam leather jacket and converse” he says dramatically as if I should know what Y/N’s fashion sense means “she even cut her own bangs for Christ sake that screams heartbreak Janis” he grabs my shoulders and shakes me “yeah she just witnessed her girlfriend cheating on her not even a week ago, of course she’s heartbroken” I say shrugging, making Damien continue to walk as the bell rings. “Yes but it could also have something to do with the fact that you two have a Romeo and Juliet forbidden romance type of shit going on” he continues his rant as we end up at my classroom door. “I’ll think about it daim” I say before entering the class. The teacher smiles at me, to that I nod back toward her. And glance around the room searching for a seat, my eyes land on an empty chair in the back corner, curious I look up, lock eyes with her. This should be interesting. I walk up to my desk and sit down. I turn my head to look at her. She’s looking down but I can see that she has a black eye, a grazed chin and a deep cut on her cheek bone. What the fuck happened to her? I grab my sketchbook and rip a page out ‘u ok?’ I write down and place it on her desk, she stays zoned out for a few more minutes before looking at the paper. And writing something else on it before passing it back ‘sorry’ is all she wrote. I tried a few more times to grab her attention by passing notes but after that she seems to be more interested in drawing.

Lunch rolls around and the plastics spot Cady pretty quickly, what I didn’t expect was for them to befriend her.

Me and Damien spent the rest of the lunch hour walking around campus. I spot y/n sat on the grass alone. Damien grabs my arm and guides us in her direction. “Y/n hey girl” he says as he sits down next to her, she looks up from her book and smiles a little. Her eyes are red and her body is swaying. She’s high and it’s so obvious “oh you sweet girl cmon we are going to go sober you up” he states while helping her to her feet, we venture to the schools bathrooms. Once we enter the bathrooms she stumbles to one of the stalls and pukes her guts out. I rush in to hold back her hair and rub her back, I kneel down next to her as Damien tells me he’s going to grab his car, he will text us when we can leave. “Oh y/n” I say as she starts crying. “Hey hey look at me” I turn her to face me, her tears streaming down her face her eyes now red and puffy. “I’m s-so sorry janis” she sobs out. I sit down and hold her in my arms “what for?” I question while moving some of her hair out of her eyes.

“im sorry I left, sorry I avoided you, sorry I relapsed. I’m just sorry” she cries more. Before I can ask more questions my phone starts ringing, it’s Damien “cmon, can you stand up for me?” I ask softly, she nods and stands up before stumbling. My hands fly to grab her waist to steady her, she tenses up a bit, I mentally thank any god that the bathroom we are at is closest to the car park. I wrap my arm around her shoulder and we walk out of the school, people around us start taking photos and whispering.

We eventually get to Damien’s car and I pick her up, placing her in the back seat. She is incredibly light. Which is odd but I let it slide. She buckles herself in while i run to the other side of the car and get in next to her “where to?” Damien says looking through the mirror at me. That’s a really good question, I don’t know where she lives and with the state she’s in I don’t think she does either, Damien’s parents won’t be happy with us ditching, however my parents are both on a business trip. “My place” I say as he starts to drive away from campus.

She ended up staying at mine for a few hours. Well it was more like she ended up staying in my bathroom. Head over the toilet seat. After three hours she walks out like nothing happened, she’s avoiding eye contact with me, her head down. “im sorry for causing so much shit Janis” she mumbles sadly. “are you okay?” Is all I can come up with. Why would I ask her that, it’s obvious she’s not fine “uh yeah totally, I uh cleaned up after myself, but imma head out now. Sorry again” she says in a panicked state before walking out of the door, the next thing I hear is the click of the door, and she’s gone.

The team is still mostly corralled around the table, remnants of a dinner they were actually able to sit down and enjoy spread across the kitchen and on a few abandoned plates.

Vic and Ben have already risen to begin on cleanup, rinsing dishes and packing leftovers into containers at the island. Vic, though, halts her movements immediately when she spots Andrea in Carina’s arms.

“Baby A!” she cries excitedly, hands thrown up in the air in delight.

It draws everyone else’s attention, a chorus of greetings called out to the littlest Deluca-Bishop – just as they do each time Pru or any of the other firefighters’ kids enter the station.

They don’t seem to zero-in on Carina as sharply as Maya does, though.

Carina looks frazzled. Her hair has started falling loose from the braid that trails down her back and her cheeks are flushed with her obvious frustration. There’s a stain on her shirt that Maya isn’t entirely sure Carina’s even aware of, spread across her stomach in a shape oddly reminiscent of a tiny, greasy handprint.

She unceremoniously deposits their aforementioned son on the table in front of Maya. “He will not eat real food,” she proclaims, apparently ignoring the raucous of joviality around them.

Andrea, as serious as ever, grins only when he recognizes his mommy. “’Mee,” he whispers, gently patting her hand.

He’s not great with noise, Maya knows, nor very accustomed to being on the receiving end of his mama’s true Italian fury. He might be the only person on Earth who’s never gotten one of her looks.

But then again, he’s not yet two.

“He will not eat fruit or bread or cheese or –” Carina continues, listing off the entire contents of their kitchen as she rambles angrily, foot stomping as though it’s keeping tempo. She swaps from English to Italian and back again as the momentum of her frustration rises.

Andrea eyes her warily, clearly out of his depth.

Maya doesn’t blame him – even the firefighters seated around them seem unsure of what to do. Other than disappear, which they quietly start doing, depositing their empty plates on the counter before slipping through the doors behind Carina’s back.

Except for Vic, who swoops in to lift Andrea off the table, cradling his head as she takes him into the lounge, away from the line of fire.

“All he will eat is ketchup! And chicken nuggets!” Carina finishes. “Che non è cibo. Come si può sopravvivere con il ketchup?” (That is not food. How would one survive on ketchup?)

“Okay,” Maya nods, recognizing the end of the onslaught of angered information. She gets up slowly, hands outstretched as though she’s surrendering.

Or approaching a wild animal.

Carina huffs, wiping at the hair that’s fallen across her forehead.

“Why don’t you feed him chicken nuggets and ketchup then,” Travis pipes up from the through the window in the lounge. There’s an audible thump and then an ow! as Vic apparently smacks him and then he disappears from the line of sight again.

Completely missing the glare that Carina throws in his direction. “We do not coddle the children!” she yells after him.

“Child,” Maya corrects quickly, “We don’t coddle the child.”

Últimamente me estado aventando todo yugioh gx y hasta ahora me llamo más la atención que el original, lo cual llega a mi pregunta y sería que tipo de deck tendrían rwby?

Ruby es la más fácil teniendo en cuenta el deck de rose y su respectivo dragón así cómo probablemente red eyes dragón por el tema de los ojos o barrel dragon porque bueno ruby

Jaune creo que tendría un deck compuesto por guerreros legendarios como gilford y por caballeros como buster blader, en general una mezcla de los monstruos de yugi y joey

Weiss podría tener a un deck ice barri por el hecho de que desconozco otros deck de ice además probablemente tendría cobertura con el deck de Alexis de cyber girl

Winter me gustaría pensar que tendría el deck de mai de harpy y deck crystal beas junto a rainbow dragon por el tema de las minas de dusk

Pyrrha, aquí también es fácil teniendo en cuenta que ay un deck amazon junto a los magnet warrior siendo que hay como 2 o 3 tríos de ésos

Nora tiene un deck basado en valkirias que no recuerdo a quien pertenecía pero era un antogonista creo y con coberturas de electricidad

Glynda tendría un deck tipo dark magician girl, además del hecho de que son algunas de las mayores waifus de sus fandom's que se me hace divertido que la estricta profesora tenga como carta insignia a la entusiasta aprendiz

Ozpin, ozpin es difícil uno de mis temas sería el deck alchemy perteneciente a un antogonista que se creaba nuevos cuerpos cómo un tipo de inmortalidad (si, pasó) aunque también ay un deck de fairy Tale

Lately I've been looking at everything yugioh gx and so far it caught my attention more than the original, which brings up my question and that would be what kind of deck would RWBY have? Ruby is the easiest considering Rose's deck and her respective dragon, as well as probably Red Eyes Dragon, because of the eyes, or Barrel Dragon because, well, Ruby. I think Jaune would have a deck made up of legendary warriors, like Gilford the Legend and knights like Buster Blader, in general a mix of Yugi and Joey monsters. Weiss could have an ice barrier deck because I don't know any other ice decks and she would probably have coverage with Alexis' deck from Cyber Girl. Winter I would like to think that she would have the harpy Mai deck and Crystal Beast deck along with Rainbow Dragon for the Dust Mines theme. Pyrrha, here it is also easy considering that there is an Amazon deck next to the magnet warriors since there are like 2 or 3 trios of those. Nora has a deck based on Valkyries that I don't remember who it belonged to, but it was an antagonist, I think, and with electricity coverage. Glynda would have a Dark Magician Girl type deck, in addition to the fact that they are some of the biggest waifus in their fandom's, I find it funny that the strict teacher has the enthusiastic apprentice as her flagship card. Ozpin... Ozpin is difficult. One of my topics would be the alchemy deck belonging to an antagonist who created new bodies as a type of immortality (yes, it happened), although there is also a Fairy Tale deck. I accept suggestions.

Hoof, I, uh... I gotta be honest, I'm not as big a fan of fan of Yu Gi Oh as I used to be. In fact, GX was kinda where I dropped off, and even then, the card game got way more complicated than I would have liked. But, I'll give this the ol' college try and see what ya got!

Looking at Ruby, I do like the theme of black monsters being her go-to since it's her aesthetic, though I can also see her using machine monsters since she's also a weapon-nut. Honestly, the most edgy you could take Ruby, I think with my limited knowledge, is Darkness Metal, the Dragon of Dark Steel.

For Jaune, I agree that his deck should include a lot of warrior monsters. Along with that, though, I also think his monsters should also come with spells that boost themselves, though Jaune won't really know what to do until the time hits just right. That said, I think the most fitting option for Jaune would be CXYZ Barian Hope, since it has 0/0 BUT the effect means that if you attach certain cards to it, it gains 1000 ATK for every card you attach, utilizing Jaune's reliance on his friends to become as strong as he can be.

Looking at Ice Barrier, I would say the aesthetic does fit with Weiss' early aesthetic as the "Ice Queen". I can see her pulling a win with her Leviathan, Wyvern of the Ice Barrier to unleash a devastating blow with the help of it's special effect in which you can add cards with Ice Barrier in their name to your hand and add their ATK to Leviathan, similar to Weiss' ability to summon defeated Grimm to her aid.

Mm... I don't know about that with Winter, since she left the Schnee Dust Company to forge her own path. However, I can also see her using the Crystal Beast deck at first because it was a gift from her father, who uses this very same deck. But a funny thought just came to me; what if Winter had a Penguin deck, which she uses with the most stoic expression possible, and somehow manages to beat everyone with this deck. I won't limit it to all penguins, but I do find it a hilarious idea that she adores the penguins above all other cards.

For Nora and Pyrrha, I'd like to combine them into having a sort of Yugi/Joey deck that blends well together, mostly so they can use magnet warriors AND fusion summon Imperion Magnum The Superconductive Battlebot, with Nora being gifted Valkyrion the Magnet Warrior by Pyrrha. And, yeah, throw some Magnet and Thunder Warrior monsters for them, too.

There's plenty of Dark Magician cards, Girl or otherwise, and I can definitely see Professor Goodwitch utilizing them and other spellcaster monsters with excruciating effect. She's not the deputy of Beacon Academy for no reason. Along with that, I can see her being especially strict on students who ogle her cards for too long, especially if they try to peek on her Dark Magician Girl the Dragon Knight.

Ozpin is kind of a tricky one, since he's the oldest character in the series, though I do like your Fairy Tale theme. If I might suggest, maybe he uses the Fairy Tail cards to start before shifting to more powerful cards like Vera the Vernusylph Goddess and similar fairy cards. As an added bonus, you could have Salem have Underworld Goddess of the Closed World and Hex Trude to also add Fairy Tale flavors to this.
