I'm trying to debate with myself if Cooler, while he's on Earth, would recruit any humans into his army. I can't imagine he would have them in combative roles considering how a majority of Earth is weak and ignorant of ki. But, Cooler is the type to gather intel, and what better to provide any information about the on-goings of Earth than actual Earthlings?
