Ah, forgive me that I repost this. Since I moved stuff to my new YouTube channel, I'm phasing out the old one to help boosting the one focused on my AU project (also to give an update to the new followers that discovered this blog and my project recently this year 👍).

I guess some people hasn't seen that old concept-art of the "Rainbow Scourge" I did last year (a relevant character from the past history of the Cyber World of my AU), I'll reupload it here so that people can see the picture that is done in the timelapse (it was done in Ibis Paint and the postprocessing on Clip Studio Paint with the mouse). I made an update to the original picture today so that it looked much better, in a sense being an improvement over my old concept-art so that it looks nicer to the eye 😊 For anything else, just enjoy the upgraded version 👀

I was wondering, since I worked a lot on the details for the Rainbow Scourge, but most of them were lost because the character was so far away into the background of the outro, here is a close-up of this Darkner that terrorized Cyber World during its first cycles of existence.

Madame Tasque made a classification for it for her EXCEPTION catalogue. Here is what she wrote:

More timelapses and an update

As I wrote somewhere else, and as all the last week of the month, I'm scrounging to get stuff aligned to get some economical reprieve to pay for the rent and bills next month. In all, RL is taking me places and draining my stamina a lot, as I spend 8 hours outside with barely a yogurt for breakfast and a bottle of water to last until 10 PM (which is around the time I get home to make me some lunch-dinner before heading to bed). Pending commissions are being delayed a midge, but I'll be able to work on them this weekend with enough luck if my time isn't sequestered by my accursed roommate who only thinks for herself and doesn't even consider that the commissions I do gives some kromer.

I'm still jobless, but doing everything available to earn some aid. I'll not be able to get a job until December because I'm forced to go through a course of education to get me some professional diploma so they can fit me in a job for that field, but if I get a job, they will strike me from the course (which is a one in a life-time chance I can't waste). It's a hard juggling I'm doing, sacrificing most of what I have left (including what is left of my dignity) to survive each end of month, and see if the government ever considers me a citizen in distress (I don't want to get political, but we locals have it the worst with the economical aids, which are sent elsewhere with more urgency...). I already got denied any help from one branch of the government that my family worked hard for them all their lives, and now I'm poking another branch (the military branch) to see if they see me at all. On that front I got some positive feedback from the Pater of the brigade on my island, but he requires of yet more paperwork I need to dig from whatever databases to demonstrate that I'm in danger of becoming a homeless Spaniard.

As everything in life, I'm learning a ton about damn bureucrazy as I go. I earned a few allies who are guiding me with this, but they are just guiding me towards the correct places, nothing else. I might end begging for donations again at this point because commissions weren't enough to make my quota to go over 40% before this end of month. It sucks to speak about it, but this is my reality and poking all venues is the only way I have left to remind others that I'm barely holding here every month OTL

All of the things I wanted to do to help others will need to wait, as if I can't help myself, how I am to help others with their troubles?

Anyway, just uploaded that timelapse so that my YouTube channel doesn't "reset" because I need to at least upload 3 videos a month or something to keep up with the algorithm. I took the chance to explain my situation. And now I'll retire to sleep as again I need to wake up early, eat something for breakfast and spend 8 hours again miles away from home for the course. Hope I can survive until December when the course ends, and that it will be worth it (they promised me so, and I'm all to cling to whatever opportunity of getting a job on something I has passion for -- like VR and AR -- even if it takes a ton of months of being jobless to get it).

I'll keep walking forward, no matter how dark the future turns out to be.

In the end, the answer was so obvious that I highly doubt anyone would complain about how and why Jevil survived the deletion of Card Kingdom (player's neglection, just like with Spamton). I still don't know about the end-game of this DG!Jevil, but so far I saw him stalking and torturing Rouxls at Castle Town, and keeping a ton of distance whenever Seam appears. DG!Seam is formally a sorcerer in this AU (jobless "Court Magician"), but I also need to develop their agenda on top of what the canon already has for them. Jevil is an adept sorcerer on his own, and very dangerous to have around Castle Town, but is keeping a low profile for now until I think the second trip of Master Swatch to visit Ralsei. What I know for sure is that Seam will wield a seam ripper with their missing button eye tied to it, that's going to be their magic staff.

It's weird. Whenever a new character appears for my AU, movie-like scenes start to play in my head. I just need to remember and note down the scenes and the dialogues, and polish the stuff before placing them into the timeline. I think Jevil and Seam will add more interest to the narrative from the Castle Town side and add on top of what I made more weight to the motifs of the characters -- Jevil met with the "someone" that changed his life entirely, and Spamton feels like the a counter to his nihilism 🤔 I think a clash between them is inevitable; there could be like a "geno" route in which you need to fight DG!Jevil, it could be fun to do.

<le sigh> Need to give some rest to my 🧠I haven't slept well in 6 days and it shows like a gloomy fatigue.

I finished adding the subtitles to the video from within the YouTube Studio thingy. So very hard to time well, but at least is something that can be translated into other languages, which was the point of doing the transcription of the game dialogues.

Nothing else to say, but that I think my Jevil is going to be quite OP because "secreto boss" vibes lol

(and yes, torturing Rouxls has become my new past-time as of late 🤫 the Duke has a big agenda in my AU and making him go all roundabout towards his personal goal is going to be a nice field to sow with drama 🤐)

My bed is so cold, and my ideas steals my heat . I'm heavely considering not killing the Jevil from my AU. It's canon that Card Kingdom is no more though, so my 🧠 is cooking a manner that Jevil managed to survive somehow 🤔 It must make sense. No plot armor.
