The gambler closes his eyes and pinches the bridge of his nose.

Lawrence opens his eyes and grabs a pen to note the information Laurence gave him...only to realize the papers are gone from his desk.

"I'm done. I'm going out for a smoke, care to join me, hun?'

The dark world of the gambler seemed to light up at the sweet voice of the news reporter he loved so much. Lawrence got up from his chair to grab the two cups and place them on his desk, rushing back to hug Laurence in a hurry.

"Darling! Laulau oh how I missed you... I'm sorry for not coming to visit sooner, I've been struggling with some stuff here and there."

Finally letting the other go, the gambler grabbed one of the cups for himself and gave the other to Laurence. "You really didn't have to, but I needed it soooo... thanks, love." He said before taking a sip.

"What have I missed, honey? What's the new scoop of information you got on the manor." The Gambler moved to sit on the desk to leave the chair to the news reporter, listening to him with a soft smile.
