Surely it was just going to be a peaceful night this time. And it was that time once again for her to do her usual ritual.

She lit a flame on the candle nestled into her freshly crafted paper boat and gently placed it into the sea to sail away in to the abyss.

The voices of her people still echo in her ears from the lake below. She could not help but to always return to the sea. A place where everything that fell beneath the waves became forsaken, never to be remembered or seen again... Only she remembered them, and only she mourned for their loss. It was her burden alone to bear.

It was her fault.

If only she was stronger, braver! If only she knew better...

If... Only...

She felt the restlessness from the sea and slowly began to hum, eventually singing the song she always sang to her people when times were rough.

Tonight she felt at her lowest. She had been tired and restless as of late, but she still had to pay her respects, regardless of her condition. It was the least she could do for her dear fallen cookies.

Meanwhile, there had been a Cacao warrior who had not only spotted her, but heard her, and quickly left to warn the king that the Ghost from the Urban Legend was finally back.

She watched White Lilly carefully, studying her movements as she spoke. When White Lilly mentioned time not being on their side, this aroused her suspicion...

She continued to listen to White Lilly until she finally had her name, and she stared at her hand. It looks like she was finally allowed to get up, and she cautiously reached for her hand... Candy's hand was very cold, almost as if you were dipping your hand in icy cold soda water.

"A pleasure" She mused before she started dusting herself off.

"So-" As Candy was dusting herself off, she finally decided to ask the question. "-What is this about a time limit anyway? What did you mean by that exactly? Is someone trying to do something?" She asked before looking back up at White Lilly Cookie.

Today was oddly dark, you had decided to go out on a brisk walk until you began to hear a voice that had travelled through the wind, it was singing, and oddly enough, it had power behind it, the voice seemed to be becoming you over as you could not help but to curiously make your way over to the sound,

That was when you saw it. A cookie singing to herself, alone. Did you recognize her? Regardless, the voice sounded like something that a loving mother would sing to their child if they needed to calm down...

The singing died off quickly the moment she looked over and saw you staring at her, she could only see a pair of eyes from the shaded spot you were hiding in.

There was an awkward silence as she looked rather startled that you found her, her expression changed again, realizing what she must of done, it looked like she felt a bit guilty for luring you in unintentionally.

"Oh... I thought I was alone. I didn't mean to bother you."

She then looked back up to get a better look at who it was

"I know you're hiding, please show yourself, I won't hurt you."

"Caanndddyyy Eeeyyyeee Coookiieee... oh dear little Candy Eye Cookie~" An almost echo-y, ethereal voice echoing out.

"We're awwaaaakkkeeee~ EHEHEHEHE!"

Originally, Candy had been trying to reach Sugar again. That was when she saw the whole scene around her change dramatically. Eyes. So many eyes surrounded her. These were not hers but someone else. It was another who also delved into the dark side...

That was when she heard him. She knew that voice. A voice she recognized but... Was it really him?

She called out, looking around once more. Trying to see if there was a body to be found. It had to be him, she knew that voice. It had to be him!

"Is.. Is that really you?"

I imagine this is something members of the ST. Pastery order faced before meeting their end.

For those who do not know, they woke her up when she wished to not be disturbed, and now she's made it her mission to silence them all before they find out her dark secret. When she learns more about what they do, and their beliefs? It only made her even more determined to remove them from earthbread, permanently.

what are your thoughts on wizards

Candy looked rather confused with such an odd question. Wizards is what they refer to most magic using cookies, and there were wizard schools that cookies go to so they could learn magic...

"What about them? There are wizard academies that cookies go to so they can learn and use magic, I fail to see why this is event an important question to ask to begin with..."

"The nerve... It's slanderous and derogatory! It was the works of envious outsider cookies of my kingdom who would refer to myself and my cookies as ravenous sweets-consuming cretins! It was a fast-track of being permanently banished from my old kingdom. To call me such a thing will make fast enemies out of you and me."
