got genuinely so excited when i saw this ask; i made warrior cats designs for jon, martin and elias ages ago. not sure what canon clans they'd belong to, maybe thunderclan for jon and elias as they seem to pool knowledge from other clans/outsiders? and for martin i would say thunderclan and then he switches to riverclan, though that's primarily for the association with water. as for names i have spidersight for jon, fogfreckle for martin and owlstar for elias :)
