A mug was set down in front of the knight, as well as a plate of jellies. The mug wasn't full of the usual, as much as Hollyberry Cookie believed that Financier Cookie could use a good drink of berry juice. Rather, it was tea; hot, warm, comforting.

How many meetings did the council have at this point about everything coming out of Beast-Yeast? The follow-ups with Golden Cheese and Dark Cacao? The near radio silence from Pure Vanilla and his expedition crew...

relief washed over her hearing she hadn't been the one to interrupt her friend's sleep & now elena was even glad she had someone to talk to, it made night time feel that much more safer. arms quickly reached out, fingers clumsily reaching and luckily curling perfectly around the safely caught apple. "being a night time ninja has never been my forte. . ." elena winced as a sheepish laugh emitted, plenty of memories flooding her mind being little & trying to sneak cereal into her bedroom even at seven years old only to get caught by her mom in the middle of the night almost every single time reminded her a lot of this. "i'm sorry, okay. i'm just a cereal addict but okay, okay. fine... chamomile tea and apples it is." pouting commenced, even though cassie was more than a good friend mom'ing her about the cereal & keeping her out of it. beyond having a great point, it also meant she cared a lot. more than most people would and that didn't go unnoticed, even if she really wanted that cereal. elena turned to reach into the cabinet for a jar of something, finding it after pushing the box of crackers aside and then spinning back around, holding it out to show for the cassie-approved stamp, "please tell me almond butter is still allowed? i need something to go with my apple slices, so it's kind of a must." doe hues flickered over at the other with almost a plea, smiling innocently. "tea is in that cabinet next to you." elena quickly thought to gesture towards cassie's row of white cabinets, while she was standing next to that particular one.

               cassie sighed  quietly  as  she  watched  the brunette, noticing the  worried  expression  on her face  and  the empty cereal box in her hand.  she’d  seen this  kind  of  thing  before,  so she  knew elena was  probably  having trouble sleeping and eating to cope. as  the witch  herself  was no stranger to  bad  ways of dealing  with  things, she could  sympathize.  however...ㅤㅤ❛⠀⠀i don’t think  eating  cereal  will  help  you  fall  asleep,⠀⠀❜ㅤㅤshe couldn’t help  herself  and  let out a  little  laugh,ㅤㅤ❛⠀⠀oh, DON’T WORRY.  couldn’t  get to  sleep, so i  thought  i’d  better  eat something too. but you know, for someone who wants to be sneaky about sneaking some cereal in the middle of night, you’re not  very  stealthy.⠀⠀❜ㅤㅤthe blonde grabbed an apple  from the bowl  and tossed it to elena.ㅤㅤ❛⠀⠀here’s  something healthier  for you  to munch on.  trust  me, the  sweet  rush from the cereal  is not going to  help with  those  sleepless  nights of yours.⠀⠀❜ㅤㅤshe then poured herself a glass of water, the light from the moon casting a gentle glow over the room. cassie’s  gentle  laugh filled the air as she  watched  elena,  knowing  the  struggle  behind her friend’s actions.ㅤㅤ❛⠀⠀hey, i get it. nights can be tough. but  why don’t  we try something different  this time?  how about some chamomile tea? i hear  it’s  great  for  relaxing.⠀⠀❜ㅤㅤ

I am very curious of your idea of post flayed Billy being kidnapped by Russians ... Do you feel like telling us more about that?

Boy howdy, this one is gonna be so fun and I'm stoked to talk about it! I have the first part nearly finished and it's...A Lot. It's honestly snowballed beyond what I thought it would? Just a complete alt-S4 vibe. Without giving too much away (because a lot of the later stuff is just a shapeless blob in my brain, like I know what the feelings and the vibes will be, I know what emotional chords I want to hit, but I'm still working out how to...work it out), it'll have:

Joyce mom'ing the ever-living hell out of Billy.

A very jaded Hopper thawing and softening as he becomes more and more protective of Billy, and a very guarded Billy becoming more and more trusting as Hopper shows his true colors.

Billy + powers, in a subtle way that ties him to the Upside Down and bleeds over into the Vecna storyline, but also in a "this is all still new and he doesn't trust himself or know how to use his powers / doesn't know his own strength" sort of way.

Hopper realizing that now he has two superpowered children.

Billy not letting Antonov (or Yuri) anywhere near him and Murray helping Joyce and Hopper shield him because, I mean, of course the kid would be jumpy and fearful, and he knows that his friends are gonna adopt any wayward child they come across so he might as well get used to this one.

A heart-to-heart between Joyce and Hopper centering on the idea of second chances as they both talk about what to do with Billy when they do get him back to Hawkins (because now they've indeed adopted him as their son and they're gonna do their damndest to get him back to the US).

There's also other stuff up in the air but these are definites!

ive waited my whole life to hear these words... this is going to be very long.

theyre my little skrunkle next gen oc i made when i was like 9 and have kept alive since then, their story has changed around throughout the years but i did make it when i was 9 so its not the best literature, keep that in mind.

basically theyre the mane character of my next-gen-mixed-with-au hootverse that all my silly little redesigns come from, some story elements are changed and this is important because Sombra takes the place of Chrysalis in season 9 because she accepted Starlight's friendship after she freed the hive.

so when the trio gets unfrozen to be reformed Twilight takes on reforming Sombra and of course it goes like this

because its a next gen and they get in a genuine relationship and Sombra works on himself and gets better, + they have kids but then he slips up one day and accidentally grows evil crystals or something by accident and the kingdom's ponies don't trust him and some even start saying shit like "what if their kids turn out evil like him >:((((" "i cant believe twilight loves tis guy what if SHES evil too?!?!?" and it was disrupting harmony and Twilights like "damn this is wild!!!!! i am going to start twilighting 24/7". so to 'keep her safe' in his eyes, while shes pregant with Dusk, Sombra acts like hes evil again and runs away and then when Dusk is born Twilight has to give them to up for adoption movie style on the doorstep in the rain because its the edgy 2010 oc backstory + ponies were threatening the children because of Sombra and all that (they couldnt give them to one of the mane 6 because it would be too risky for someone to realize it was her child)

Dusk goes to friendship camp one year as a filly and meets their first real friend, Firefly. They keep in contact until their teenage years when Firefly becomes a rockstar and stops talking to Dusk because of the pressure of keeping up a "popular" image. Dusk starts spending all of their time with their other friend Frost Lily, but their declining mental state causes them to see one of those waking nightmares (the ones Sombra trapped the castle with. they inherited it and like. cast it on themself by mistake somehow) and they see a vision of Frost Lily getting really sick and dying. They don't know this was just a nightmare their magic made them see, so they leave town, thinking there's nothing left for them there now. Their wandering leads them to Canterlot, where Twilight sees and recognizes them, and summons them to the castle, where she explains Dusk is her child and everything that happened and why she had to give them away, expecting them to be all happy huggy 'i love you mom'ing!!! But they were actually just really upset and angry at Twilight for not even trying and she kept and raised their other child, ect.

Twilight gets worried about Dusk's mental state which leads to her worrying about Dusk going down the 'same dark path' as Sombra, and she sends them to their own small town just like Celestia did for her when she was young so they can discover joy and friendship magic

this is getting SO long but they become a part of their own mane 6 of sorts that includes firefly, a griffin named boe, a dragon named Carbon, an axolotl named snorkel and a 'baby' ursa minor that goes by ursus once they get there. on the way they meet a suspicious trio of "ponies" that may or may not be demons summoned by Sombra to keep an eye on his child and report back to him on how theyre doing.

Eventually Dusk also turns into an evil alicorn thing but y'know their friends fix that with the power of friendship™  and then they defeat the demons too

“Nope, not taking even a teeny tiny bit of the blame” Dylan playfully assured, laughing with Hailee. “Okay, MOM!” Dylan titled his head, finding amusing Hailee’s way to walk him through everything he should be doing. She really was there to take care of him, and he couldn’t be more thankful, but he would still tease her about it. “But you’re right, I shouldn’t go to back to bed tonight before changing everything…” He gave in, going about his kitchen getting both their drinks ready, the smell of coffee filling the room making him feel better already. “Shhhh, don’t ruin the fantasy.” He chuckled, “It is definitely addictive. I’ve fallen down that hill long ago, no turning back for me now.” He confessed. It was indeed a long lost battle, no point in denying. “Sugar is the best invention, I couldn’t blame me even if I didn’t put butter in my coffee. And don’t hate on my coffee preferences if you don’t even have coffee!” He faked indignation, finishing off with her tea, giving it to Hailee in an I love NY mug. “All set.” He declared, closing the dish washing machine after putting away the utensils he used to prepare their drinks. “The mask sounds perfect, fun enough, and it allows us to indulge in side conversation since we both already saw it before, I’m assuming?” 

"The rudeness! Can't even take one for the team." She teases with a grin and shake of her head, his next words causing her a fit of giggles to escape as she covers her face with her hands, a blush making its way onto her cheeks. "Oh god, I did totally just mom'd you, didn't I?" She asks despite his obvious statement, finally putting her hands back down as she turns her head away slightly to conceal her blush. "Hey, you can't blame me when I know that you would be mom'ing me too if our roles were reversed." Hailee jokes, bumping her hip softly into his as she reaches up to feel his temperature on his face, a gentle hand laying on his cheek. "You definitely feel alright." She muses, her hand momentarily lingering as she smiles up at him before quickly putting her hand back down and letting him make their beverages. "The fantasy of me having one flaw? But then when you saw the other flaws, you'd be disappointed, so I might as well point out that I'm not perfect now!" Hailee explains with a laugh as she takes in a deep breath. "Thankfully at this point, people don't push for me to try it as much anymore so, I don't have to worry about that, I'll just stick to my tea. Hey, I'm sorry but butter in coffee is so weird! It'd be like if I tried to put it in my tea." She scrunches up her nose in disgust at the thought and chews on her bottom lip nervously as she takes the mug with a small 'thank you.' "I'm really embracing the tourist vibe with this mug and I love it." She remarks as she sits back down on the couch and pats the spot beside her as she puts the movie on. "Your assumption is correct, I've seen this one a few times in the past." As the movie started, she sips on her tea and licks her lips, momentarily glancing over at him. "If you had one wish and it could be done right now, what would it be?"
