“fuck off, I didn’t come here to be insulted. I came here to take advantage of my boyfriend’s disney plus.” kokichi hissed, his glare barely passing the line from adorably bratty, to scarily intimidating.

he relaxed his face back into an expression of neutrality, with hints of cockiness. stretching out his arms, he didn't seem to care that he smacked you straight in the nose with his knuckle. “and fyi, you know i’d rock that look.” he threw his arms around the back of your neck, leaving you snug and close to him.

originally, you had planned to bite him in revenge for the 'accidental' face smack ; but the way he had been looking at you had made you instantly forgot what he had last done. i mean, it didn't hurt that bad...

you let out a small noise of fair agreement as you clasped your hands around his waist just a little tighter, reciprocating his hug as you agreed in a hushed tone. "i wasn't saying you wouldn't..."

you had to suppress a dumb smile as he scooted into your hold ; it was funny how your arms and shoulders had practically swallowed him whole like a lion’s open mouth ; yet he seemed perfectly happy being the victim to your unrelenting hold.

the moment had been ruined as kokichi's pretty face contorted back into an expression of frustration — nonetheless, still cute.

“now, if you would be so kind,” he gestured to the computer frustratingly, huffing as he pressed the enter key for the sixth time, and failed to guess the password again.

“could you hurry up and tell me what the password to your computer is? i’m gonna get locked ouuut!” He whined, brattiness fading away as he attempted to sway you instead. with a cute pout and wide innocent, purple irises, he rested his chin on his shoulder to face you ; just so you could suffer and break down from his extraordinary, sophisticated tactics.

“what’s the magic word?” you seemed to have soiled his plans, upsetting him, as his pout dropped back into his typical resting-bitch face.

throwing his head back, he exposed his pale neck as he knocked the top of his head against your collarbone. you looked down at him, only to be met with squinted, frustratingly adorable eyes. he puffed out his cheeks, jutting his lips out childishly as he spewed air upwards to your face. “why did i have to fall in love with you of all people? you’re so annoying ; i’m actually going to kill myself.”

“jesus, that got dark...and the magic word was your birthday, you little brat.” you snickered, swiping a hand up his hair-covered forehead and kissing the exposed skin — to which he protested.

“ehhh, you’re so cheesy and totally in love with me ; it's fucking gross, i feel like i have to take a shower now." he stuck his tongue out before swinging his head back forward to type in the password.

"i wouldn't object to that." you murmured next to his ear, only to whine as he shoved your head away.

"nuh-uh, you're gonna sit your horny ass here, and watch monsters inc with whom you're abso—lutely infatuated with." kokichi resisted the urge to turn around and face you, seeing as how if he did, you would see his flushed face in all its red glory — instead, he typed in his birthday. to no one's surprise, the computer chimed and there revealed a bright screen, blinding the two of you and causing you both to simultaneously wince.

“monsters inc?” a small noise dribbling between a laugh and a scoff of disbelief erupted from your throat, irking the small boy in your lap as he suddenly slapped your thigh in 'playful' revenge. “if you have something to say about it, save it for when I have my custom-made crowbar.” he scowled.

“...yeah right, kokichi, you can't lie to me. it simply doesn't work anymore,” you spoke in a matter-of-fact tone, causing kokichi to scowl.

“do you really wanna test that theory?” meaningless threats spewed out his sneering lips. it was almost too easy to catch when he was overexaggerating and when he wasn't ; but I suppose it wasn't really fair when we’re talking about kokichi, a 5’1 man, busting your knee caps with his custom-made crowbar.

... wait, yeah no- that's pretty comparable.

“you wouldn't.” you said in a fake-offended tone.

“would i?” he bit back, his intention and grin as challenging and problematic as it could be.

“what do you really think you know about me?” his face suddenly grew grim, and even still you weren't phased by the creepy expression ; no, not one bit.

“i know that you like it rough~” you bit back.

“...”

... now you really couldn’t hold back your belly laughter.

kokichi’s face had instantly dropped into a stunned, blank expression, and you only felt a rush of giddiness as you felt him tighten his thighs around your hips. he hadn't let the arousal show on his face, but the way his body reacted told you all you needed to know.

and just like that, you peeled his heated body off you as you faced the computer to open up the disney plus tab.

his helpless, eager whimpers and grip on your sleeve had gone unnoticed and ignored as you started scrolling through the available selection, an irritating, smug yet happy smile on your face as you turned to look at kokichi — left unsatisfied at your side.

“now which one was it? monsters inc university or monsters inc?”

❤ He wakes you to your soft sniffles. He didn't know what the sound was at first. Did an animal get in?

❤ His movements are small - so small you hardly notice them. But when he peeks through the slightest slit of his eyes, the two of you make eye contact.

❤ He didn't get that you were crying until he literally got a good look of your red eyes. He first assumed that it was allergies, too, but how embarrassed you look gives it away.

❤ He scoots back a little. It was an unintentional way of distancing himself. Was he someone that deserved this? You looked so gorgeous against the moonlight.

♥ With the date finally coming to a close, the two of you stand on a bridge together. Looking out to all the buildings and cars is so beautiful once the sun meets the horizon. The array of orange's and reds is so memorable. And Shuichi, with his hand around you, overwhelms you so much. It feels as if the ocean is pouring a wave all over your body. You start to cry salty tears.

♥ "Shuichi..." You start.

♥ "Woah, wait a minute-" he draws back to make sure you're okay. He immediately starts to worry. Was he grabbing you without consent? Has he been making you uncomfortable?

♥ "Shuichi, I'm so in love with you I can't even handle it. You're perfect."

♥ His heart drops down to his chest. "Are you lying?"

♥ "No," you wave your hands in front of yourself defensively, "not at all." He still draws back, leaving your body bare of his touch.

♥ He pats your head and awkwardly looks for a place to stare at. Your soft sniffles make his palms start to sweat. As long as you're okay... then it's fine. Everything is fine now that the two of you are together.
