re-inventing US big city k-12 schools     NYC DOE right now may be the only big city school system in US with an outline/draft plan for September     What will Cuomo say about the PLAN?  What will the teacher union say?   Will it actually work?   For how long?   Will there be additional “waves” of infection that will in any case make K-12 classroom learning impossible for a long time to come?

When you only shield 20 percent of property taxes for disabled vets and then you spike the property taxes 16 percent out of the blue, and due to false inflation propagated by real estate investors. You negate the perceived tax break to veterans, not to mention screwing over home owners in general. This is unacceptable.
