The statement made Luke chuckle a bit, shaking his head at the thought of the mixed opinions between the Piper siblings. "You think so?" Well, it was good to know he had Sophie's approval; he always liked Marnie's brother and sister when he was able to see them during their Halloweentown visits. Things shouldn't have been any different now, at least from their understandings. To them, he simply had a prettier face and was starting a new life in the mortal world. Obviously, it was more than that, with his secret side-hustle with magical drugs from Halloweentown. Though he didn't think Sophie or Marnie were onto him yet, he got a sense that Dylan was suspicious about something. He likely didn't have any leads, but Luke could tell that his vibe had shifted since moving and spending more time with the eldest witch. "You should put in a good word to your brother for me — I've gotten a feeling that he'd disagree with that."

Though things were looking better for Binx and Sophie as time moved forward, the cursed male putting his past feelings on magic aside and apologizing for the way he handled the situation with Sophie, there was still a part of him that he was keeping from the witch — his curse. Of course, Sophie knew about his feline form, but he had yet to let her see it firsthand. There was still a part of Binx that was embarrassed by his cat-self.

It was only a matter of time before Sophie sought him out herself during a full moon, and this month really gave her the perfect opportunity. The full moon fell the day after Christmas, which meant Binx would transform on the day of the holiday. It may have sounded lonely, but really it didn't make much a difference to Binx. He had been a full-time cat for hundreds of years, having spent countless Christmas holidays as a cat in the past, so this was no different. He had no family around anyway, and his cat form did give him the benefit of seeing his sister's ghost. To his surprise though, the black cat was met with the familiar sight of his girlfriend outside his apartment building Christmas evening. His tail perked up as she met his gaze, unsure at first if she knew it was him. He broke the silence first, stepping closer to the brunette. "You finally caught me. Merry Christmas."

“Me too,” Marnie sighed, her expression soft as she looked around Town Square, bustling with such a diverse range of beings that they could never see back home—home here technically meaning Echo Isle, although she was genuinely more inclined to think of Halloweentown as home. Home is where the heart is, after all. Frequent visits between the worlds made having a division between the lands of both sides of her ancestry slightly more bearable, but they still had a lot of work to do to bring them together properly. In the meantime, she could enjoy these moments with her little sister and carry them back as memories to hold onto when they were in the mortal realm. She tilted her head and assessed Sophie.

“Do you ever think about living here full time?” Marnie had too much work to do with the Order, fighting for her ultimate goal of magical integration, but Sophie hadn’t officially joined the organization yet and was fairly focused on her advanced witch training, which honestly might be well-served by full immersion in the magical world. While it would be a good opportunity for Soph—and she could even stay with Grandma Aggie!—Marnie couldn’t help hoping her sister chose to stay close to her for a while longer.

Luke grinned as Sophie brushed off her brother’s obvious dissent for him. Though there was a little guilt that he held, knowing he had a secret that none of the Pipers knew about, he couldn’t let it get to him, especially in front of Sophie. His side job that he brought to the mortal world was basically out of his control — he just needed to scrape by and continue forward. Perhaps that was part of his hesitation to make a move on Marnie, but he couldn’t say that out loud without revealing too much. He shrugged his shoulders. “I don’t know… it’s complicated,” he admitted, thinking of an excuse that didn't involve lying to her. “We’ve always been friends, you know?" Though his human form typically made him more confident (and self-centered), he still had his humble side thanks to Marnie. "Maybe I don’t wanna mess things up. Besides, I'm still getting used to my new life here.”

“You may think it’s funny, but it’s true!” The youngest of the Piper siblings claimed, staring wide-eyed at the redhead who stood before her. Ever since the discovery of her, Marnie, and Dylan being magical and coming from a witchy family alongside of learning about Halloweentown, there has always been one thing that was constant since then. All of them meeting Luke. Now granted, he was more Marnie’s friend than Dylan’s or Sophie’s, and everyone with eyes knew how big of a crush on her older sister he has, but it truly was something in how impactful the goblins presence has been within their lives. Or Marnie’s life to be exactly, which is why Sophie claimed he was a game changer. And now that Luke was living full-time within the mortal world with them, the brunette felt like it was now or never if Luke wanted to have something more with her older sister. “Dylan disagrees about most things— he’s boring, so he doesn’t like anything that changes the status quo to him.” Sophie replied, rolling her eyes at the mention of her brother. “But we’re not going to talk about him! When are you going to finally confess to Marnie about how you feel?”

That was about an opinion of the battle part for Sophie2, which is very tricky about the dinamics and turn's battle.

They sold it as turn's battle yes, but also as dynamic. And I'm in a point in tthe game where it appears a random boss without much sense just to oblige me to level up and I JUST WANT TO EXPLOR FOR BARREL'S SAKE LET ME PASS.

And Zm** is the most unlogical mini boss of the game for now. If it has plot relevance ok, no problem. But if not... Wtf GUST, WTF.

I'm enjoying a lot Sophie 2 don't get me wrong, but I also see the bad things of the game, their errors etc... I can't just not see them, they ARE THERE.

Just accept that the perfect game isn't the same for everyone...

Fuck that m*n.
