Reposted from @gord_follett_photography Last summer I had the pleasure of visiting Madrock. It was a mostly grey day and the waves were rough along the beach. I tried to capture the feeling of that day as the waves crashed along the sea stacks and the beach. The clouds were dark and ominous. The sun was behind hazy clouds creating some interesting light. The coastline along here is a real treat to the eyes. The sea arch at Gooseberry Cove is one of those places must visit places. A rugged rock, shaped by nature over the years, stands tall against the ocean. The water was calm but always moving on this morning, and the mist in the distance gave it a quiet, peaceful feeling. Have you had a chance to visit?
