Dinosaurs are Alive?
Cleo tells us about how we discover new dinosaurs daily. I saw Breakthrough episode 29 that starts off telling us about U455. Then they tell us how T-rex would taste like chicken and our advancements in making Dino-Chicken. https://tubitv.com/tv-shows/200030195/s01-e29-u-455-t-rex-tokyo-fire-ants-underwater-forest Breakthrough tells us about how 7th century tech is being used today to save…

(going to preface this by saying that I am not a science girly, and doing research could probably help my reasoning but i'm ✨lazy✨)
Been thinking alot about demigods and dna
So like… the gods don’t have dna, right? How exactly does that register in a demigods blood on a scientific level?
Obviously, it would show up as regular mortal blood, or else that would have flagged a lot of questions early on in the history of science.
So my theory is essentially, demigods are clones of their mortal parents, except that their DNA has been altered to a point by the godly 'genetic material' that the clone becomes a unique person.
No doctors randomly gonna look that deep in a blood test just to see what they need for a yearly checkup, so it just dones't get noticed.
And for a while, demigods just assume their created the same way regular mortals are.
#there's more to this that I'll add eventually#too many of CleoAbrams shorts have been popping on my youtube feed to the point i wrote this imagining her voice#pjo

Our maps of the ocean are surprisingly bad! On Google Maps it looks like we know so much… but we know less about the ocean floor than we do the surface of Mars. And that’s a big problem, because we are using the ocean all the time: We’re laying internet cables across it, we fight wars in it, we search it during a crisis - like the imploded OceanGate Titan submersible or the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. 71% of the surface of the Earth is water! And yet we have a surprisingly limited view of what’s below it.
But that’s also understandable. Because cartographically speaking, water sucks. For Mars or Earth’s surface, we can take pictures. But light doesn’t get to the ocean floor, so we need other ways to see it. The good news is, we’re developing that tech right now, and an international group called Seabed 2030 is working to piece together a better map.
There is a terrifying, incredible, alien world on our own planet, and we’re FINALLY using technology to see it more clearly.
In this episode of Huge If True, I dive deep - with help from my friend and fellow video journalist @johnnyharris - to show you how we’re mapping the ocean, the surprising things we’ve discovered in the depths, and why this new technology could be… huge if true :)

cleoabram: here’s @karliekloss recording VO for Coding, Explained. she crushed it.
when we sat down and made a list of who we wanted to voice this episode, Karlie was the first name we wrote down. this piece is not like any documentary on tech out there, it’s something new. it needed to be voiced by someone who embodies not an old vision of coding dominated by guys in hoodies but a wider, more ambitious, more idealistic way of creating and talking about technology. that’s Karlie.
at the top of the script, long before we sent it to Karlie, I wrote a note. Note: We’ve done this right if someone out there thinks to themselves, “This topic has been intimidating but now I understand its foundation. I can learn more. I can be a part of that.”” with @kodewithklossy and with her own curiosity, Karlie is constantly helping people feel that way.
I sincerely hope, with Karlie’s help, this episode does too.

Just casualy scrolling pics that are tagged to his ig. And saw him tagged on a post by @/cleoabram. The photo tagged to him looks like a poster/streamer/ad/booth thingy on a certain nft nyc convention. Its says "Collect & Trade officially endorsed Tom Felton fan art" . Looks legit. I remember him posting a site before about the fan arts. So, it's not just him appreciating the fan arts. I just find this interesting, but i don't know anything about it.
I couldn't find the post you mean. And yes, i think it's not just about fanart, it's Tom trying new things.

We Have The Lasers
The United Space Force will unite nations to build a telescope on the far-side of the Moon that can see through the glow of the Sun. But just because we can see the massive space rocks that are coming for us does not mean we can stop it.?? We need the scientists who are working on the massive collider and fusion reactors to build a Large-Laser…on the far-side of the Moon. The massive laser and…

Working in the trenches with this fine @modelactivist crew, as featured in @portermagazine. And though this is a sizable tribe of doers, linked by common causes, there are plenty of women and men within the industry not featured here who are changing the industry for the better from the inside out.
