This photo shot by Benjamin Williamson (@benjaminwilliamsonphotography on Instagram) is a landscape image I absolutely love. It is shot on an early morning in Vermont, and I just love the way he was able to capture the sunrise, especially with the fog rising off the lake as the air warms to the temperature of the water. It is always captivating to me when I see a “misty” scene like this in person and I feel like I need to capture the perfect picture of it. The colors that Williamson captured are also so vibrant, and I love how he found the perfect location so that the red and green leaves were able to provide a natural framing around the sunrise and water. There is a great balance between the reds, greens, blues and yellows in this landscape I admire.
