Spartan Success!

How do you take a group of regular fitness junkies and train them for Spartan Success?  We did it and you can to!  It took 3 months of hard work, dedication, canceling other engagements and a lot of burpees.

Once you begin a plan life starts to change. Good and bad. The weak parts start rattling first...pulling you off course! DO NOT SECOND GUESS YOUR INITIAL PLAN! It was thought out, you jazzed yourself up, you had motivation and decided to commit for all the right reasons. If you let life push you off course, even a tiny bit, it erodes faster and faster (your initial plan) which is dangerous and then depressing. We’ve put our time in and now it’s race time!  Come out and watch our team experience it’s first Spartan at the SoCal Sprint Weekend January 28 & 29, Lake Elsinore, CA
