Although 373640 is generally well-behaved, 373640 has been punished for the time being for hoarding <Anakt Garden> pet-human food, and temporarily wears a collar. He appears to have been skipping meals and taking extras from others.

373640 was thoroughly reprimanded for this incident and for causing issues for Segyein cleaning staff.

Mill was happy to answer some questions during a short interview with reporter RUROUCHE (segyein) in response to his newly approaching participation in Season 40.

1. What do you think of this season of ALNST? We'd love to hear your thoughts! When I was young, I would watch ALNST with my guardian. I was always inspired by the way the participants would put their emotions into their songs. Now that I'm going to perform soon, I know all of my competitors will also be singing as the ones in the past did; their emotions pouring out of them like water.

2. You tell everyone a lot of stories, what compels you to do so? Music is just another way of writing a story. They're quite similar. A song can carry a story with the way the pet-human performs it.

3. What inspires your music? It's not often that a pet-human displays their creative works. My love for my supporters. I want to bring them the best performances I can and keep performing for them forever and ever! (laugh) I know that's not possible, but I want my heart to reach them... I give special treatment to those who love me, no matter how much!

INCIDENT FOLLOWUP REPORT TO UPPER MANAGEMENT: #998209237802337 We at Anakt _Garden have received several in person and online complaints from Guardian Miaumi regarding putting her son pet-human in a collar. This behavior is seen as "unacceptable" in her eyes, and causes staff to become involved in hours long debates over his treatment. She maintains that paying such high costs means they have no right to tell her the best ways to manage a pet-human. She lacks regard for reports made by staff, standing firmly by this issue. From this point onward, Mill should not be given a collar as a punishment. 373640 is generally well-behaved as is. This measure saves us the hassle when staff have much more important things to do, especially considering the growing numbers of pet-humans entering Anakt_Garden. Simply put, other measures like branding should suffice.
