The heat hospital has me RABID

Okay so what if Ratchet was harassed into taking a vacation, but because he’s a workaholic he ends up taking a temp position at the heat hospital as a way to unwind a bit. Cue him running into a needy in heat Drift (or Deadlock 👀) and being able to do allll the wonderful and nasty things to him. In the name of healing of course

mhmm oh yeah. Ratchet working at the heat relief wing as his "vacation" though he's not exactly as relaxed and loose as all the other doctors, until poor Drift shows up, fresh off the street, he didn't want the mechs in the Dead End to smell his heat and hurt him so he came here because it's free. Ratchet tries to remain professional through it, just like he is with all his other patients, but the more frantic Drift gets, the harder it is for Ratchet to ignore his urges...

He finally takes the plunge and actually fucks a patient instead of just fingering them and then shamefully jerking off in his room later at night. It's not frowned upon in the heat relief hospital but Ratchet frowns upon it. He didn't want to take advantage of a patient but Drift is so pretty and so eager and he really needs a firm hand and a good, hard spike.

Drift is the luckiest patient in that hospital. He's never had a heat feel this good before, Ratchet does wonderful things to him, fucking him within an inch of passing out and then slowly coaxing him awake until he could go again... He wished he could pretend that his heat didn't end just so he could stay there a little longer.

Optimus is forced to go outside because he’s spent too long at the base and Bulk and Ratchet can take care of the bitties. Prowl and Bee drag him off to Dinobot Island because they won’t get disturbed by humans there. Grimlock, Swoop, and Snarl still don’t particularly like any other Cybertronians, but they notice that Optimus smells weird.

They wait until Bee is distracted by something else because of course he is and Prowl has to backtrack to get him. Optimus tries to follow but gets snatched by Swoop in dino form and dragged over to where Grimlock and Snarl are in root mode. Optimus is a bit confused, but knows these three are strong and kind if they want to be and his breeding kink is kicking up again and the dinobots could make for good sires…

Bee and Prowl realize they lost Oppy and find him getting pounded into by the dinobots. All three dinobots clearly taking turns and already had a few rounds and Oppy’s tanks are beginning to overflow with how much transfluid he’s getting. Whoever is not fucking Oppy is either licking/grooming at Oppy’s finials or “purring” near his full tank and chest plate. Prowl tries to approach them but get growled at by Grimlock, so they have to stay back.

Prowl says this might be a problem. Bee is just worried what Ratchet’s gonna say because there’s no way Oppy isn’t sparked after this.

oh come on guys, bringing a fresh carrier to the Dinobot island is a recipe for disaster. They can immediately smell that something about Optimus is different, that his body seems more plump and virile, so terribly attractive… you can't bypass a beast's instincts, after all. 

When they finally get their hands on Optimus he can't resist. He's been told to just wait a little longer before he can get sparked again for so long now that he's all pent up from his breeding kink. They're running their hands over his body, spreading his legs, offering potent transfluid. Those are some of the largest spikes he's taken and poor Optimus is drooling and squirting all over himself by the time Prowl and Bee find out where the Dinobots dragged him. the Dinobots are cradling him close, rubbing his stuffed belly and lapping the various fluids covering his frame, pumping him so full he can literally feel the transfluid filling his gestation tank…

By the time the Dinobots are done with him it's dark outside and Bee and Prowl are both just stumped about what they're gonna tell Ratchet, who insisted Optimus takes a longer break since that was his first litter and he might be exhausted. Well, apparently he wasn't exhausted at all.

Optimus is probably very apologetic but deep down, he's extremely happy to be pregnant again.

Rodimus being horny and unable to move because he has Ratchet and Drift on either side of him sleeping. Unable to take it he humps Drifts leg trying to be quiet as his panels open and he presses his bare valve against Drifts leg getting it covered in lubricant.

Drift wakes up and sticks his fingers into Rodimus who almost yelps. Both of them trying to be quiet as first Drift fucks him with his fingers and then slides his spike in and fucks his tight valve.

Both of them try to be quiet but Ratchet wakes up and gets mad. He punishes them both by forcing them to suck his spike.

oh that’s adorable. Rodimus waking up in the middle of recharge with his panels hot, sweating coolant because the bodies spooning him are just so warm. Drift and Ratchet are still asleep, judging by the soft, steady purr of their engines and the fact that they both appear to be unaware of his plight. Whenever Rodimus attempts to wiggle out of the bed, they both squeeze him tighter, not letting him escape, and it just so happens that Drift’s leg slipped between his thighs at some point, so who was he to deny himself? Rodimus stealthily starts rubbing his panel against Drift’s thigh, but soon enough he finds that it isn’t enough, and if he goes any faster the sound of scraping metal is bound to wake them up. So he just… pops his panel open, hissing when his bare valve touches upon Drift’s warm plating. He rocks into Drift, the rolling of his hips growing more and more frantic as he gets close to his overload. 

A hand slipping down between his legs and touching his node makes him freeze, and he looks up to see Drift, optics still hazy with sleep, chuckling. He whispers something about Rodimus being a needy little thing, but doesn’t stop fingering his valve. With both of them still lying face to face, Drift struggles a little to angle his spike up with Rodimus’ valve-port, but he manages in time, and would have managed even without Rodimus’s constant, impatient wiggling. Roddy gasps. When Drift enters him, Ratchet hugs him tighter from behind. 

Drift shushes him, tells him to stay quiet, to not wake him up. The pace is slow and torturous, since they don’t want to rock the bed too hard, and whenever Drift’s spike drags across every little cluster of nodes within his valve, Rodimus has to bite his tongue to keep in a whine. It’s the quietest overload Rodimus has ever gone through, gasping breathlessly against Drift’s mouth the entire time.

Ratchet wakes up to the smell of sex in the room, burning oil and lubricant, and he quickly notices that Rodimus and Drift are currently tangled in each other’s limbs, shaking with aftershocks. He wastes no time smacking Rodimus’ spoiler and calling them both disgusting, turning his back on them… but they decide that, really he’s just jealous, and they bother him until he caves and tells them both to get down and start sucking sucking his spike <33

Okay but drift going back in time through some mishap and telling himself "I'm not going to do anything to influence the timeline again" and then he sees a young college student ratchet flirting with another mech and throws the whole thing out the window

Maybe they are at a shady bar, drift went to make sure he stayed out of the way of his past self and ratchet went with a bunch of classmates for their first pub crawl. Of course he's not going to refuse a drink from the hot older guy at the bar. He doesn't even notice the way drift scares off his classmates until it's just the two of them.

He does notice when he gets up to leave, much drunker than when he sat down, and drift drags him over to a corner and bends him over a stool. It's not even a dark corner, the whole bar can see them as Drift takes Ratchets seals and fucks him full of transfluid. Maybe that's where the party ambulance rumors start, as half ratchets class watch him moan like a whore for a mech he just met and doesn't even know the name of 🐢

hghhhh that's exactly what i meant by Drift catching a possessive streak over seeing young Ratchet… he knows they haven't met yet and they're not conjuxed, but seeing him get flirted with immediately made him forget his promise to not mess with the time-line. It's just that… Ratchet’s getting flirted with by some life-less, idiot student that cannot possibly become Ratchet's first… No, Drift won't allow it, he can't allow it. Ratchet deserves to have his seals broken by a good spike, an experienced spike, a spike that knows his internal nodes inside and out. He ends up chasing away the guy and cannot stop himself from offering Ratchet a drink… they chat for a while and Ratchet keeps getting more and more buzzed and his friends have disappeared to the other end of the bar, conflicted about the scary older guy that's currently getting closer and closer to Ratchet… but Ratchet doesn't seem to need any help, in fact he appears to be enjoying himself, putting his hands on the older mech, shimmying closer to him in turn, arching into every touch, generally being a giant flirt for a guy that has yet to tell him his name...

Drift getting Ratchet, now stumbling and a little drunk, into a corner and shoving his spike into that tight, virginal heat, feeling Ratchet's seal snap when he pushes in. Ratchet whining and whimpering, drawing curious optics towards their little corner of heaven as he has his first proper overload, legs quivering so much he doesn't think he can stand for much longer… His classmates then spend the entire semester talking about the Party Ambulance that lets just about anyone have a turn on his holes <3
