TDL about touch, a short comic

i thought about what does touch mean to Dark and remembered that the few times we've seen dark being touches are both by TCO The first time to make the truce in ava3, the second time in ava5 as a betrayal.

Imagine how painful it must be? Maybe my thought wandered too far away, but what if touch means the world to Dark? Because of Chosen and the touch of alliance. Imagine Dark being actually very touchy and expressive, skin-to-skin contact meaning comfort and safety? Care? Through Dark of this perspective, imagine those seven years. I'm not even implying romantic/sexual chodarks. Just, chodarks. Platonic of friends, doesn't matter.

The comic features my special designs for AVA3:

White is suppressing Dark's crimson to show Alan's dominance over them, wristbands and the choker are to show control//coercion. Also, white is sterile and clean, stripped of any personality. They both are tools in here. Purple is generally Alan's color. TDL's eye - code influence. White crown - the Lord but of Alan. Another design of Dark has a crown too, but a different one.

~TWISTED SPROUT HEADCANNONS~

• He will roar/growl to try and intimidate others(and successfully does so), as a warning, or simply because he's vocalizing.

• He will purr LOUDLY when near Cosmo, plus growl(affectionately) at the cake roll.

• If ANYONE gets too close to Cosmo? He gets violent.

• If he ever loses sight of Cosmo, he will be VERY vocal(roaring, growling, vague speech like 'COS..MO...?' 'COME...BACK...!') and actively look for Cosmo. Poor buy is VERY worried and overprotective.

• He still wears the friendship bracelet, no matter what.

• He enjoys holding Cosmo's hand, though he is gentle, because he's MASSIVE. He also likes carrying Cosmo around, either by the hood(think of a cat holding another by the scruff), or just in a general carry.

• He REALLY enjoys sweet things, but he prefers meat a LOT more. Yep, I'm giving into the cannibal Sprout.

• He gets VERY mad when Cosmo has to get to the elevator to leave. Why is Cosmo leaving him?! He will ROAR, and swipe at anything in his way to get to Cosmo, he ONLY wants Cosmo at that moment.

One of my favorite headcanons is that Color and Nightmare consider each other nemesis. Like, they genuinely despise each other and it's not even over Killer.

Like, it started because of Nightmare's possessiveness and jealousy over Killer on his side, and because of his mistreatment of Killer on Color's side, but their hatred for each other has since evolved.

There is nothing they don't despise about each other.

Nightmare finds the way Color laughs grating, he thinks the way he dresses is tacky, and he finds his pacifism annoying since it kind of reminds him of his brother. And, mixed with everything else, it means that he finds him even more annoying than Dream.

And Color despises how rancid Nightmare's personality is and has understood in time that, no matter how much anyone tries to convince him to become a better person, he will not change. He refuses to. He's the only person he can confidently say that he hates.

I especially love the idea of, like, other people assuming that the one person Nightmare hates the most must be his brother but no. No. It's just this one guy. Color isn't even a God, he's literally just a guy. And the self-proclaimed King of Negativity cannot stand that.
