Recap. Mirana.
Originally she was one of Jeanne's made daughters, specifically the one made of Envy. An android with envy flooding her every decision, it made her get along very well with a certain Parsee back in the day.
Enough so that despite her other obligations, she promised she'd be back as to not make her goddess jealous or angry that she had other places to be. Though sadly she would nearly perish in Redbellion, left in a cave to die without any recourse or escape, a magnetic anomaly that fried most of her ability to move.
Not being the magic inclined one like her sister, especially Lust. She did all she could to summon force the last vestiges of life to find a way home. Literally pushing herself through a tear in space to land face down before her goddess. Having made it, though lacking several limbs and a decaying metal body. Though Parsee would team up with an Alice to craft her limbs, 1 full arm and leg, and 1 half arm and leg. She wouldn't wake up despite these and her healed body.
Like how some youkai are made from objects and others creatures, Mirana as Parsee would name her. Essentially slept as an empty husk with no energy, limited nanites to make one last change, and a dwindle soul. Until a little baby kamaitachi tried to nestle inside, neither of them strong enough to last on their own. Mirana offered her body as a home, if it would give her the energy to shed her metal parts and become a youkai.
Thus the most envious devotee to a goddess of jealous, was born. She'd serve as that Parsee's shrine maiden until Akai Sekai, where she, Pride, and Lust would tackle down Yuma and avenge a fellow friend.
Costing Pride and Lust their bodies, and Mirana most of her spirit. She'd drift after burying her sister for years, only to now resurface. Healed, a few doll limbs to replace the old limbs.
Though she's returning to a Gensokyo that does not have her Parsee anymore, nor the Alice that made her limbs. v_v.
A lonely Envious devotee.

On brighter topics! This is my current plan.
If given the time, considering I have more job searching to do it seems. And some ceiling work, as well as a session of tabletop to plan.
I want to add the characters (Like Naess, Ceris, Yura, Avra, ect) I need for the rest of the year. Make the muse page a little less.. scrolling to see things.
Re-post my custom setting, with some ideas on how you may be there if you don't wish to be there initially.
Plot some schemes. In a way that sort of, collides the OC community, touhou, and perhaps arknights and other cross overs. Because that's what I am into lately.
Not going to make it an event like Redbellion/Maonapping/MoonlightMishaps. But I do want a sort of, ongoing story that can pop its head for some dash fun here and there.
That's my plan at least for the rest of the year.

At some point I'm sure I'll learn about it now that Kako's back but not knowing any of the details of Redbellion is really funny because ever since I first created my Satori she's heard about it repeatedly and her continual response just winds up being
"Wow that sucks I'm sorry that happened to you and/or congrats that that happened."
Before continuing to go walk in her direction

Since its too long for a reply.
More so thinking back on Jeanne, the first and primary reason I made her, as she came after Eloisa Annalisa and Fujimoto Zenaide, was a distinct lack of a real villain in the community. I'm sure I've talked about this before, but at times I used to sit there while rping some touhou and those other two OCs, and I thought to myself. There's genuinely evil characters in these communities but no one's really a villain. And I don't mean people don't write good villains.
There simply just wasn't a villain out there for everyone, or that acted openly, their actions were mostly kept to solo instances or asks/drabbles. Which is fine but I wanted more ya know?
Jeanne herself is from an older story I wrote before rping, she was never meant to be a big be all end all character, merely a strong chaotic personality for the main character to clash with and come to terms, that not everyone is redeemable, as the main villain shared Jeanne's personality, but not her fragile mind from her past or her mistakes. They were simply bad.
After rping for several years in the Kancolle community and really seeing the positives of having a general 'enemy/villain' for muses to speak about or rally against in the form of Destroyer Princess, something that isn't the focus of everyone but a shared topic to shake hands on being against. A sort of, reason for people to interact with each other too. I sort of wanted to recreate that.
I wanted to bring something into the wider community, a character people could hate, that they could loathe. I wanted them to think she gets away with everything, I wanted her to feel just unfair enough you couldn't solve her in a thread. Like sure you beat her physically, but she still lumbers back up and the threat isn't over.
I wanted people to see Jeanne as something they didn't like, but that they felt compelled to see how the story ends, a character that's truly evolving as their interact as well. A villain someone's muse might set as a goal or purpose for awhile, to break the mold of cafe meetings and slice of life stuff being our only way to start things. To break the feeling that people only show their villains in drabbles or asks but never in threads, and to even encourage those with villains to strike out, to realize no they're not constrained to a small group of people, you really can do all the stuff you need to for your character to shine.
A muse that, encourages stuff around it. Jeanne did something to you? Well she did it to someone else too, maybe your muses can support each other and a friendship can bloom.
I wanted to write someone who's bigger than just someone who kills, or a scary person with questionable morals.
I hope in a sense I accomplished some of it.
#crimsonflash#And you REALLY DID IT VERY WELL IN SPACED IN MY OPINION#Especially in the Redbellion event#Very very true on what you said#The giant icing on the cake is that even if someone doesn't know Jeanne too well there's still her daughters (*COUGH SLAVES*) to rally#Like a certain Deva I might ADD#But YEAH I'D SAY YOU DONE REALLY WELL ACTUALLY?#THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SERVICE KAKO#JEANNE IS WONDERFUL CHARACTER YES++++#Thank you so much for writing all of this up it's such a fun read

A Case of Mistaken Identity
@twinfoxtails
...Wait a second isn’t that— His eyes had been wandering around the room when he had spotted a familiar face. Rising from his seat, he made his way over to the white haired woman, giving her a tap on the shoulder when he reached her. Turning around, the ‘woman’ was greeted by a tall man with black hair and red eyes.
Giving a smile and a friendly wave, he greeted her casually. “Yo. What brings you to these parts?”

Obsessive Cell
youtube
There were lights all around the sky, but she could only see numbers and symbols. Because she was the motherboard, directing every resource to defend what the witch had entrusted to her with overflowing love.
Combat programs sundered all around space, commanded by the various partitions of processing she was using to control an army. All of them where the Data Witch, using imposing golems who slashed with swords and shot their beam weapons at the enemy.
How did it look, Meteor? To see this girl who killed you control an entire war in space with the power of Codecast, breaking ships with anti-life equations and imaginary number space shifts, how did that make you feel in hell? And Jeanne, how much love do you have for this lone girl once she.
A flash of white on her mind, what girl? What was she named? Was there even a girl. There was only the battle at hand, for Jeanne.
For Jeanne
FOR JEANNE
The lone body in the middle of it all was restless inside a sea of light, on the Planetary Cell she had made for herself as the new Core of the Collective. Unbeknownst to all the processing threads of the witch, the body was contorting, as it gave it all to preserve her very human soul full of obsessions.
A crack. An enemy Wizard? Would could they have entered this space? Trying to assassinate her? Her body would have to wake up, with her own original ego. She had to fight herself, "Foolish pleb unbidden."
She crossed etheral blades with the invaders, making it personal like on that day on the moon, before the witch came to her with love. She had to make it quick before the reallocation of resources affected the fronts in deep space. In this world of light, she zapped around just like the machines outside, filling the space with beams and slashing a the enemy, no matter how much blood was drawn from her.
"hunff..." a human gasp for pain finally came to her, reminding her of her mortality. But she wasn't going to die, she couldn't die, she had to see Jeanne again, she had to prove Meteor that she was better than him. She had to let herself be loved again. She screamed a scream that reverberated throughout the whole Cell, as she took out the invading hackers penetrating her with spears. The photonic world was tinged with liquid red, but yet the girl's obsessions wouldn't let her stop.

Aftermath - the fool’s side
At the end of all this, his role was brief. They merely went to involve themselves to fix their mistake and came back. And now, they spent the rest of their time away from his own house. Instead, they’d kept watch of two of the witch’s victims until they’d finally open their eyes once again and regain their strength.
All he could do now was tend to the spider, the horned hermit, and all her pets until then. Though they may never be forgiven for their actions, he didn’t care, he’ll accept whatever punishment that awaits him... But until then, he’ll do what he wants.
Hm? What was with that weird suit of armor at the corner of the room along with a bunch of tools with some appearing even alien even to those from outside the barrier in gensoukyou? Don’t worry about it! Half of the room they were in was a complete mess, but don’t worry about it! There was the possibility of him dying after they wake up afterall, so he’s gonna make the most of his time until then.
Being one of those that were brought back before its end, he’s curious as to what happened. Hmm... Guess he’ll just hear about it from Miko over a drink or two when she comes to visit or something.
#;;Redbellion#then miko and rinno proceed to empty out kasen's alcohol stash while she's still out#*bricked*

Funny enough Lust was never ever meant to be as big or popular as she is. She was meant to, like a lot of Redbellion muses. Perish at the end or find their way out slowly.
I even tried to do so with Deva consuming them all, and y'all still fought tooth and nail to save the many Lusts resulting in continued Lust muse presence.

Trying to tldr Redbellion is tough. Because it was such a community effort. Sure you can read the part summaries if I repost them on Soulwitch.
But it still wouldn't tell you much because that was just the general overarching story. Everyone had their own little slices of pie. And its hard to replicate that these days in the current rp climate.
I wouldn't do it again, its too much work.
But I do miss it.
The best way to approach it, isn't to feel you needed to know the whole event. The best way is to listen to the muses who went through their little stories in it. Kokoro is one, Eri another.
Dev's Flandre had a story, Rinnosuke/Michiko did, though they're all retired.
@ameliaegschulz is a whole cool ass muse who went through their hired gun to world saver arc.
Renee's assassination of a queen into falling for a Lust, and that kicking off what we know as Lust today.
Its just a series of individual stories, that's what Redbellion really was.

Untitled Redbellion Story Hour Drabble
"...down went the barrier, into the bridge I rolled, and blammo! One shot to the heart, and Fortitude was history! And girl, if you thought the ship was on high alert before then, wait 'til you hear how Directive drones react to you wiping their general off the face of existence. First off, that barrier from earlier? They brought it back up. AND it was two-way."
"...Yeah, right?? Why lock yourself in?! Who's breaking in through the front window and going elsewhere on board? Anyway, so I'm locked in with the guards, and I'm blocking their laser fire with the stolen shield I still had. But after a moment, you gotta think, would a Gates sit there all day under fire? No, a Gates fights back! A Gates kicks the shield at the closest guard to her and fights the next one she can see! So I do. Hand-to-hand until I find an opening to jam my laser blade into its eye. WHAM! Like that! And a lightning bolt into the opening to shut it down for good! And, of course, harness enough energy to send more bolts to the other guards so I can take'em out the same way and buy more time to figure out how to lower the damn barrier again! By which I mean punch every button one at a time until it lowers because I'm under attack, I don't have time to translate the entire control panel!"
"And from there, it was just a mad dash to the escape pods with that shield up to block laser fire from the rest of the ship's crew. And remember, the ship is huge, too! So this is like ten minutes of running to the nearest set of pods! That fire trail I left for them must've been at least a kilometer long in total. Directive pods sucked, by the way. Only way to even steer them where you wanna go is to either be a soulless robot or punch them over and over again from within. Don't recommend unless you're escaping from a whole army of robots whose general you just one-shot."
"..."
"Wait, you wanna hear THAT story? Oh geez, that's a long one."
"You know me well, though. I love telling it. Zak' can vouch. Anyway so that whole journey of mine started when I read about this alien race who could survive in space called 'Miikrenites'..."
