Alright, at the moment this is just testing the water to get a feel for what would be interesting. But when I made this blog I tried to plot out a few different blog storylines. Since this is a (nearly) purely original character thing and a lot of the blogs I interact with are also ocs, I thought having some storylines could serve as both a way to develop characters and as a way to include other folks (y'all know I like dash events a lot).
Obviously, since these ideas primarily exist in my head, y'all don't presently have much context for these storylines. But I've included some basic information about the most relevant characters and some of the themes in order to give what info I can. Again this is just kinda to test the water to see what folks would find cool.
... It turns out polls can't fit as much as I thought so I had to greatly shorten my descriptions.

WAIT A SECOND
Aren't Kisune foxes that turn into humans with magic? Does this mean that Rirune's body has been fake the whole time? Is he actually just a fox?

I think one of the funnest parts about roleplay as a community is seeing how different people approach the same character. That's why I personally enjoy writing a lot of canons. To have the opportunity to compare my interpretations to others.

Sidenote but I do full agree with Kako. The best way to get interactions or to put emphasis on a new oc is to throw them at your friends. Like, I do not mean this to brag, but my original little guys tend to get a fair amount of attention and most of that comes down to me posting dash commentary with them a lot and throwing them at people.
I'd say that most of us in the roleplay community are friends, so there's not really going to be a negative response to you sending an oc to someone else. It's just a part of the fun. I get sometimes it's scary to think what if no one is interested but A. your ocs are generally interesting you're just psyching yourself out B. Even if they may not be, we've got a social contract as friends to interact and have fun together anyways.

Maybe this is an asinine thing to care about but I hate how a lot of action films (particularly crossover superhero ones) try to have a "girl power" scene by cordoning all the ladies off to fight a wave of bad guys or whatever together (or to fight the one lady villain) instead of like having them with the main group and giving them more screen time in the process. Like let them actually do stuff :/
