oh yeah Amenadiel is pretty cool. I think he is pretty powerful. Hmm i don't know who I want to be though, i kinda forgot about the series n cant really remember how is his other siblings like Uriel or Azrael (eventhough she looks pretty cool n nice in the show)

I just realized I have never made a pinned post, so here we go! I’m Bishop and I use he/him pronouns. I’m neurodivergent and thus there will be random bouts of certain fandom posts out of nowhere. I’m bish0p on AO3. I am always open for asks on my OCs and my writing, so please send something in my inbox!

Below is a short list of all of my tagged OCs, in case you run across a post of them and want to know a little bit more!

Dragon Age

Amaara Adaar (She/Her) - Amaara is my Inquisitor, and she is a qunari mage (specifically a knight-enchanter). She was a healer for the Valo-Kas, taken in by Shokrakar after her parents, Hissera and Kost, feared for her life during the Mage-Templar War. She is a 19 year old lesbian and “romances” Lace Harding. Amaara is close with pretty much all of her Inner Circle, as they are her disaster found family. Amaara is also a botanist, and keeps a journal of plants she has come across in the world. She tends to use diplomatic or thoughtful options, but also uses sarcasm when it calls for it. Her favorite party roster is Varric, Iron Bull, and Solas or Dorian.You can find her playlist here.

Elyce Hawke (She/Her) - Elyce is my Champion, and is a duelist rogue. She is bisexual, romances Fenris, and is 31 by the events of Inquisition. She uses a pretty even mix of sarcastic and diplomatic dialogue options. Elyce has ADHD and is a compulsive lair; she wears mask upon mask to protect herself, and rarely lets anyone she the true her. Her favorite party roster is Fenris, Varric, and Merrill.

Mirwen Tabris (They/Them) - Mirwen is my warrior Hero of Fereldan, and they were only 18 at the time of the Blight. They are pansexual and in a polygamous relationship with Zevran Arainai and Leliana. In the first half of the game, they mostly use aggressive or sarcastic options, as their childhood issue with anger issues resurfaced after they saved Shianni from the humans. Their favorite party roster is Alistair, Zevran or Leliana, and Morrigan. They did the ritual with Morrigan, and so they have a son as well! They see Kieran on the weekends /j

Silvhen Lavellan (He/Him) - Silvhen is a hunter from Clan Lavellan. He started using his bow at a young age and became a prodigy among his peers, though struggled with learning close quarters combat. He is transgender, and began transitioning when he was a teenage with the help of his sister, Emith, who is the Second of the clan by the time of Inquisition. Aside from Emith, Sil also has a younger brother, Inaene. When he doesn’t have the role of Inquisitor, he joins as a scout. He is in his mid 20s and romances Dorian. Sil’s favorite party roster is Dorian or Vivenne, Iron Bull, and Varric.You can find his playlist here.

Fallout

Kieran Brooks (He/Him) - Kieran is my Sole Survivor. Before he was drafted, he was working on his computer programming degree. In the military, he was a sniper. He is bisexual and romances MacCready. He is also the General of the Minutemen and an agent of the Railroad. For companions, he most often takes out Preston, Piper, and Nick Valentine. You can find his playlist here.

Molly Brooks (She/Her) - Molly is the twin of my Sole Survivor, and the second half of my Two Soles AU. She did one tour in the war, mostly piloting Power Armor. She was also an engineer for RobCo, though she was unaware of the company’s practices. She is an agent of the Railroad and spent some time in the Brotherhood of Steel, mostly spying for the Minutemen and the Railroad. She is a lesbian and I like to think that she’s in a relationship with Glory. She is also in a QPR with Deacon, though it is strictly platonic. Her most frequent companions are Deacon, Hancock, and Cait, though she often joins Kieran and his friends as well. You can find her playlist here. 

Wanda Soriano-Li (She/They) - Wanda is my Lone Wanderer. She is aroace so I don’t ship them with anyone, but she is very close with Charon and RJ MacCready. In fact, she’s watching Duncan for him during the events of Fallout 4. Wanda became a ghoul after they sacrificed themselves at the Purifier, and was consequently kicked out of the Brotherhood of Steel as soon as she was well enough. She uses a modified baseball bat and an assault rifle. Her mother, Catherine, was the younger sister of Madison Li. You can find their playlist here. 

Ynes Najera (They/Them) - Ynes is my Courier, and they were 17 when they were shot by Benny. Like Wanda, I don’t ship them with anyone. They most often use Arcade Gannon and Craig Boone for companions. They are an independently-aligned Courier, and help New Vegas stand on its own. They are talented with repair and pretty good with science, and use a hunting rifle. You can find their playlist here. 

Eliazar Najera (He/Him) - Eli is Ynes’ older cousin by twelve years, and he helped raise them. He’s not a courier but is instead a companion character. He has major hatred for the Legion and the NCR, and prefers an independent New Vegas or one run by Mr. House. He’s a little but of an idiot, but his heart is in the right place. He runs into Ynes again at the Strip and is pissed that they got hurt so bad that they don’t remember most of what happened in their life. Eli doesn’t really act as a cousin to Ynes, but more of an older brother. I think he’d get along best with Cass and Raul Tejada. He’s very stealthy and good with weapons, but he sucks at talking to people. He’s also very risk-prone and impulsive.

Skyrim

Gruumsha gra-Dushnikh (She/Her) - Gruumsha is my main Dragonborn OC. She is an orc barbarian, and pretty much only uses greatswords. With her, I did the Companions questline. She adopted Blaise and Lucia, married Marcurio (though she had a fling with Lydia at one point), and was on the Imperial side of the Civil War. Her main companions are Farkas, Teldryn Sero, and Lydia.

Marth the Bowman (He/They/She) - Marth is a bosmeri archer, and is a non-Dragonborn OC. I did the Thieves Guild questline with them, as well as part of the Dark Brotherhood. They don’t really use travelling companions often, but when they do they travel with Erandur. They don’t get married or have kids, but make frequent donations to the orphanage in Riften. Their main companions are Erandur, Cicero, and Mjoll.

Dungeons and Dragons

Irein Flenn (She/Her) - Irein is a half-elf, and is both a bard and a sorcerer. She was raised by her older sister, and after she was murdered by an anti-mage crowd, was taken in by a tavern singer.

Azrael (They/Its) - Azrael is an archangel in my D&D universe, but I also play them as a paladin. They are known as the Archangel of Justice, and was gifted with an all-seeing eye of truth by the king of the gods.

Avatar: The Last Airbender

Shu Ling (She/They) - Shu Ling is my ATLA OC, and the sister of Longshot. They were apart of Jet’s Freedom Fighters for years, becoming an expert marksman just like their brother. They left the group after Jet blew up the dam; in some universes they join Team Avatar, in others they wander around. Shu Ling is 16, autistic, and is selectively mute. They are bisexual, but I don’t ship them with any of the characters in the show.

The Walking Dead

Cassandra Torres (She/Her) - Cassandra is a 43 year old survivor of the zombie apocalypse. She worked as a pediatrician before the end of the world, sharing custody of her daughter, Claire, with her ex-husband. In the first few months, Claire was killed during a confrontation with another survivor. Since then, Cass has avoided groups as best she can. Cassandra is withdrawn in herself, and when surrounded by others she can be combative and stubborn. She is also very loving, and fears getting attached to someone when she knows they'll probably just leave her too.

everyone constantly like, underestimates super speed and telepathy/telekinesis. especially as a combo. I mean, throwing your speedy teammate across the room while they rearrange shit like??????? And they can phase super fast so it looks like they aren’t there and you can make people think they aren’t there? They can density shift if they go fast enough, the people will feel a quick breeze before carrying on? DC went in the right direction here, the lightning and the natural heat from speedsters? The Maximoffs could’ve been great but- like- why not? It would’ve been hella expensive I guess but it would’ve been amazing since X-Men Peter(I know it’s actually Boner over there but y’know) didn’t have Wanda by his side and MCU Wanda didn’t have enough time with Pietro, it would’ve been fun to see their powers intermingle with one another

OH AND IF THE SPEEDSTER CREATED ENOUGH ENERGY? AND THE TELEKINETIC SPUN THEM AROUND FAST ENOUGH? THAT COULD CREATE MASS DESTRUCTION.

If There’s a Reason I’m Still Alive is a loose angel-AU, the superheroes aren’t exactly angels (as described in literature, religious or not), but beings behind the angel myth of their world. I did, however, figure out which angel would be the parallel of each of the characters. I didn’t let it guide the characterizations too much, though.

Behind the link is a list of the characters and their angels, even some characters that get just a mention, since I went digging through the mythology before I knew quite what the story would be like. Along with some of my reasons why I went with these particular choices.

Steve — Michael

This is such an obvious choice, Michael is the leader of God’s armies, who defeats Satan (in single combat in Paradise Lost), who’d be the Red Skull parallel in this verse.

Bucky — Sariel

Bucky was a harder choice, but I went with Sariel (there are other versions for the name, as happens when things get transliterated from Hebrew or Arabic, Saraquel or Azrael for example), for several reasons. In some myths he’s a Watcher, which is a great sniper parallel, and he’s also invoked for protective powers. Sariel is also said to be an Angel of Death, which was what I wanted, and a fallen angel in some interpretations. As a bonus he gets grouped with Michael (and some others but anyway) in both Jewish and Islamic texts.

Nat — Raziel

An easier choice again, Raziel is the “Keeper of Secrets”, or “Angel of Mystery”.

Sam — Raphael

Another fairly easy choice, Raphael is associated with healing.

Carol — Camael

With Carol I had to dig deeper, since there wasn’t an obvious choice from the top of my head. Camael is associated with strength, courage and war. Furthermore, the name has roots in words for heat or rage, as well as to arise, which are fairly appropriate for Carol.

Tony — Gabriel

This one was a bit tricky, but I went with Gabriel, who’s a messenger and bringer of divine revelation, which could be seen as a parallel to scientific inventions and distributing them.

Clint — Uriel

Uriel is another watcher, again the sniper reference, and sometimes referred to as an angel of repentance, which goes nicely with his story arc in the Avengers. In Paradise Lost he’s the Eyes of God, so that suits Clint too.

Bruce — Ezekiel

The angel of transformation, so not really a hard one.

Thor — Ramiel

Ramiel means Thunder of God, again an easy choice. Ramiel is also a fallen angel, so even though I don’t really dig into his history in the fic, there probably is something along the lines of his casting out story in the first Thor movie.

Wanda — Nuriel

Wanda was a bit tricky, but went with Nuriel, whose name means Fire of the Lord, and is said to cause hailstorms and have an army made of water and fire. I like the elemental power aspect that is a good parallel for Wanda.

Pietro — Cassiel

Self-explanatory, Cassiel means Speed of god.

Specific Events Pt. 2

I walk out of the Avengers Headquarters going wherever my feet take me. I stop abruptly, "Oh geez, this is gonna take forever," I quickly teleport into a random alley in New York City.

I feel that weird feeling like whenever Azraelle (the goddess of life) is leaving my body and panic.

"No, no, no, don't do this right now Azraelle! I need to leave this pla..." I quiet myself noticing a car drive by. It was a really old car from like the 40's?  I slowly walk out of the alleyway and realize that I hadn't just teleported, but I had in fact time traveled.

I start breathing rapidly, starting to have a panic attack. "Miss... Are you alright?" What I had assumed to be a random pedestrian asked me ever so politely in his calming British accent. "Y-yeah I'm-" I look up at the man and froze in disbelief, it was Vision.

The Vision that was married to my best friend Wanda! "Do you need any assistance? You seem rather frightened." I stumble over my words, trying my best to make a proper sentence. "I- Y-you... You're V-Vision?" I ask quite obviously knowing the answer to my own question.

Vision quickly turned his head, looking behind him seeing if anyone was around then looked back at me concerned "... Have we met before?" I stare at him with wide eyes, blinking a few times "Uh... Honestly, I have no idea who you are." "Then how do you know my name?" He stares back at me sternly.

She laughs nervously, "I don't know your name, I was just guessing..." He grabs my shoulders and looks me dead in the eyes "Who are you? And... Why do you seem so familiar?" He looked down at the ground thinking. "Hey! Let her go!" A random boy said, running across the street holding a broken beer bottle.

Both me and Vision look at the boy about to attack Vision.  "Wait no!" I say, moving out of Visions grip in front of him putting my hand out to stop the boy.

"I'm okay, we were just talking..." I trace off, noticing who the boy was. "You sure miss? He looked like he was about to hurt you." The boy asked curiously. I stare at him, dumbfounded, "Yeah.." I make my way over to the boy, putting my hands on his cheeks and rubbing them gently with my thumbs looking him over.

"Um miss... What are you doing?" "Come with me," I then grab the boys hand and start walking to another alley with him. "Hey wait a minute, if you think I'm just gonna follow you somewhere just because you say so, well you've got the wrong guy becau-"

"Listen to me, I know exactly who you are and I know practically everything about you." He looks at me confused, "Well, who am I then?" He looked at her confused.

"Well, who am I then?"

"Your full name is Steven Grant Rogers but you like going by Steve. Your best friend's name is James Buchanan Barnes that you've been best friends with since you were 4. James' nickname is Bucky, short for Buchanan. Your mothers name was Sarah but she died from the pledge... Shall I go on?" Roxanne questioned.

Steve backs up a little and looks at her horrified "How do you know all of this? Are you my stalker..?" I look down trying to calm my shaking hands, "If I tell you will you promise me you won't freak out and that you might be able to help me?" He looks out of the alley making sure no one was out there possibly listening to them talking.

"Urm- .. Maybe?" I look back up at him taking a deep breath "I'm not supposed to be here.."  "What do ya mean? Like, you're not supposed to be in Brooklyn or...?" He asked even more confused then before. "Wait I'm in Brooklyn?" I sigh thinking of how I should word my next sentence.

"Ye-" "Okay you know what? Don't answer that. I just..." I furrow my eyebrows trying to come up with words to say. "What year is it Steve?" "1937, why?" I gasp quietly, mumbling "The war hasn't even started yet,"  "Okay seriously, I'm gonna need you to start giving me some answers as to why you're asking all these bizarre questions" Steve says getting a little irritated.

I grab his shoulders, "Steve, I'm not supposed to be here." "Yes I know, you already told me this-" "No I mean... I'm not supposed to be in this decade. I'm not even supposed to be in this century Steve. I've come from the year 2027 and I don't know how I'm gonna get back!" I shout the last part a little too loud and lets go of his shoulders sinking down onto the ground tearing up.

"So you're telling me... That you're a time traveler?" "Ye- No! Just- ... Where the hell is Howard Stark at??" I ask standing up, getting frustrated. He shrugged. "I've never even met Howard Stark, how would I know where he is?"

"What do you mean you haven't me-" I stop and thought for a moment then mumbled again "Oh wait, he hasn't met him yet..." "Okay look," I move closer to him, "Would it be okay if I stayed at your place for a while... Just until I'm able to get back to my timeline?" Steve backed up to the wall this time, trying to get as far from me as possible.

"I don't even know your name and you're telling me t-that you're some kind of time traveling thing and you expect me to let you stay at my place? Your insane." With that, he turned around and started walking out of the alley. I ball my fists up tightly and teleport in front of Steve, making him fall to the ground in pure shock. "H-h-how did you do that?!" He stuttered scooting backwards away from me.

"I'll explain it to you when we get home, I just need you to bring me there first!" He stands up quickly turning around and running away from me yelling "I don't live with you and I never wi-" I teleport in front of him again this time pushing him to the ground yelling back "Steven Grant Rogers, if it were you in this situation I would have gladly helped you so why won't you help me?!"

"Because I don't know you! And my middle name isn't Grant it's Dean!" "But you- Wait your middle names Dean?" "Yes, now please, leave me alone. I just wanna go home." I got an idea as soon as he said that. "Say that again."

"Say what again? That I wanna go home?" "Yes, just keep saying that," I say, moving to put my thumbs on his temple's. "I wanna go ho- What are you doing??" I smile

"569 Leaman Place." He gasped pushing my hands away from his face "How are you doing all of this..?" I put my hands in his face, wiggling my fingers and say quietly "Maaagiic"

"This isn't funny anymor-" Before he can finish his sentence I put my palm on his forehead knocking him unconscious with my powers. I pick him up and stand, teleporting inside of his tiny apartment.

I lay him down on the couch in front of her trying not to wake him. "Who are you, and why are you in my apartment?" I knew that voice, it seemed too familiar. "Hello Bucky." I turn around slowly, facing the man that was once the love of my life. "I'm not gonna ask again," he said, holding an obviously fake gun behind the jacket he was wearing.

"Who are you, and why are you in my apartment?" "Well first of all, you did ask again." I chuckle  at his error, "Second of all, that gun behind your jacket looks totally fake, dude" "It's real and I will use it if I have to." He said pointing it higher.

I look at him with a bored expression and swiftly pull his jacket revealing his hand pretending to act as a weapon. "Nice gun, Buck." I smirk at him knowingly.

He looked at me defeated, "How do you know my name?" "It's a long story, I'll explain it to the both of you when he wakes up" I say walking away to their tiny kitchen.

Bucky glances over at a sleeping Steve feeling a little concerned as to what happened to him. I go through the cabinets looking for a mug and packets of tea quietly, glancing over at Bucky examining Steve.

"So uh... Are you Steve's friend?" I find a mug and grab it, "Shorta..." I say closing the cabinet, "Where's your tea at?" I look over at him fully facing hom this time. "We don't have any." "Got coffee?" I question already starting to look for it. He shook his head.

"What the hell do you two drink? Sink water?" Bucky sighs, "Yeah actually, it's the only thing we can afford..." I look at him sadly, "The Great Depression is still going on isn't it?" He looked right back at me with the same sad expression, nodding.

Steve abruptly sat up yelling "I wanna go home!-" We both look at him surprised. I put the mug down and go to him, Bucky following behind me. "Hey pal, you okay?" Steve looks at Bucky with a scared expression but immediately became relieved once he realized he wasn't with that crazy girl that wouldn't leave him alone.

"Yeah I'm... " His sentence trails off once he saw me standing behind Bucky and panics. Bucky had a confused expression on his face turning back to look at the the mystery girl in his shared apartment, "What did you do to him??" I roll my eyes, "Move outta the way."

I shoved him gently, moving to where he once was and put my hands on Steve's temple's, using my powers to calm him down. "Holy cow..." Bucky starred at my hands in amazement, they were glowing green! And I was somehow calming Steve down. Steve closed his eyes slowly, sighing and slumping back on the couch.
