Last night I was looking through some of my old things from FB and even old fanfic stuff. I had read off the first chapter of one of my very first fics (from around 2012/2013) with my sibling and it was absolute garbage. My dialogue was stiff, descriptions were very little, characterization was so off, and there was no sense to anything that was happening. It was a mess, and my sibling and I were in absolute hysterics over it. Honestly, though? I wanted to see how far I’ve come in around ten years and I can’t say I was disappointed! Sure, the fic was a dumpster fire from just the first chapter alone, but I remember how much fun I had writing it. I remember that I was in freshman year of high school and I couldn’t participate in gym because of my hip injury. So I’d just wander around the gym thinking deeply about this story. I was so incredibly passionate about it, and I was so proud of myself too. It makes me miss those days of pure abandon with my writing where the only opinion I cared about the most was my own. But at the same time I see how far I’ve come since those starting days. I began to take writing seriously because I came to love story telling so much. It gave me a place to belong when I didn’t have any. And I wouldn’t be here today, where I am now, if I hadn’t done any of that. So in short, I’m proud of myself for how far I’ve come with my writing. Sure, things still aren’t perfect. I know dialogue isn’t my strong suit and I need more planning out for my works. But I’m so happy that despite all of my ups and downs I stuck with it. And not only that, but I got to make great friends because of it. Sometimes it’s good to look back at your own works that you think are cringe and just appreciate the journey it’s taken you on.

Biggest strength is going along with the silly controller thing that Goro gets teased about constantly.

I am new to tumblr and stumbled onto yours while indulging in my brain rot over Joker/Crow which has deeply embedded itself into my being. I've been starving for new content and ended up here.

Anyhow, joking aside, I wanted to tell you how much I like all the stylization you've done to your page- it's absolutely gorgeous! You really seem to have captured the feel of Goro Akechi incredibly well. I'm impressed!

I have been dying to roleplay with someone or even just find someone to exchange writing prompts with. It's a difficult find due to the seemingly small ship for these two. But as I am completely new here and you don't know me, I understand if that's too much. No worries.

|| Awww thank you!! For holiday plans, my family doesn’t do anything super big or out there. But we do have a little tradition of getting milkshakes/dinner and walking around Tar//get on Christmas Eve which I’m really excited to do again since it’s been a few years! Turns out stores can be pretty quiet on the eve of a big holiday which is a bonus since I’ve been pretty terrified of entering public spaces (thanks to the certain panini we’ve been in). So I’m really looking forward to that!
