So after watching Cartoonshi's recent video about the NSA Files from The Incredibles, and seeing many other people's thoughts on one particular part, I also agree that if Incredibles 3 ever happens, Gamma Jack needs to be the villain.
He has genuine potential to be a great villain and could easily be among Pixar's best.
Among the likes of Randall, Stinky Pete, Hopper, Lotso, and yes, even Syndrome himself.
However, I figured that bring this up first.
Recently I've been seeing people on this site saying that Jack wasn't evil and complaining about the newgens (whatever the fuck that is) claiming to him to be a villain.
Here's the thing....
Tumblr media
While yes, Jack wasn't a villain, his NSA File makes it pretty clear he wasn't a good guy either.
From the way he talks, he definitely comes off like a total narcissist.
Not to mention the multiple facts that were revealed from his interview and file.
-He's a womanizer and a massive horndog. So much so that when facing female supervillains, he can barely bring himself to take them down.
-He generally saves attractive women first and whittles his way down the list in terms of attractiveness. Implying that he's possibly caused the deaths of innocent people before.
-Speaking of which, he pretty open about how he actually kills people and dead-ass considers civilian deaths "collateral damage".
-He's prone to tyrannical and megalomaniacal impulses.
-He considers Supers a superior race.
As you can see, while Jack may've not been a full-on villain, he had the makings to become one!
And even The NSA knew so, as it's stated that they closely monitored him.
When people say that Jack is literally Homelander, they're not lying.
But he's also kinda like Magento, given how they both view their respective species as being superior to humans.
The only difference is that he doesn't have a tragic backstory and he has a much bigger ego and superiority complex.
I know many people are gonna bring up that he was terminated by the second Omnidroid.
But remember, Bob managed to evade being detected by Syndrome!
Plus as shown on his file, Jack is very intelligent.
So there's a chance that Jack managed to survive and escaped Nomanisan Island.
That would be the set-up for Incredibles 3, being the reveal that Jack wasn't killed by The Omnidroid.
And his goal is the start a Supers revolution and either take over the world or wipe out all humanity.
The reason why: Jack eventually stumbled upon the Kronos file and saw that all of his fellow Supers were killed.
His reaction would be along the lines of this.....
youtube
But that's not all.
He also found the NSA Files, which Syndrome had gotten his hands on.
And upon seeing all this, Jack believes that the government is trying to wipe out all Supers and that it's time to stand up.
But he's not alone.
It turns out he wasn't the only one who survived The Omnidroid.
There were three other survirors.
Those being Blazestone, Hypershock and Psycwave.
Who, after they were founded by Jack, were shown Kronos and we're immediately onboard with his plan.
Now this plan can go one of the three ways.
1#) Jack and his crew tries to revive their fallen comrades and have them join their revolution. I mean, given that mad scientists do exist in the world of The Incredibles and how bringing back stuff from dead is what they do, this shouldn't be out of the realm of possibility.
2#) They're trying to create a special device that will essentially amplify their powers to even greater levels in order to be essentially unstoppable.
3#) Jack and his crew try indoctrinating the new generation of Supers for their cause.
Either of these options I think could work really well, particularly 1# and 3#.
In the case of 1#, this version would see Gazerbeam playing a huge role in the story.
And it would led to an interesting conflict.
If you've seen his deleted funeral scene from Incredibles 2, it was shown he was spent most of his life as a societal outcast.
But he eventually found a place among the Supers.
And when Supers went into hiding, Gazerbeam greatly struggled with it due to him, once again, being an outcast.
The conflict would essentially be whether Gazerbeam would will join Jack and his revolution or not.
On one hand, Gazerbeam doesn't want to be alone again.
But on the other hand, he was one of the best and morally-just heroes during The Glory Days, so he definitely wouldn't be down for.......
youtube
Meanwhile with #3, I could see this version putting a greater focus on Violet and Dash.
It would make sense given how the first film was focused on Bob and the second film was focused on Helen.
I'd like to imagine that Incredibles 3 would take place after a short time-skip.
4 years to be exact.
Violet would now be an adult: 18 years old.
And Dash would be a teenager: 14 years old.
As for why Jack would want them and the new generation of Supers for his revolution.
Well think about this.
Jack and his gang would be right around the same age Bob, Helen and Lucius.
And with this time-skip, they would all be about 44.
While they're all still legitimate forces to be reckon with, I think it's safe to say that these guys wouldn't be quite as powerful as were in their prime.
So in that case, why not have an army of younger Supers who are either nearing or already at the peak of their power?
Either one of these plots I think could work really well.
And even then, they're a lot of other cool things Incredibles 3 could do.
Like going more into depth about The Glory Days and even giving some context on particular aspects.
For example, it's kinda funny to think that it took Bob accidentally injuring people while stopping a runaway train and saving a man in the midst of a suicide attempt for the public to turn against Supers while Jack here was getting people frequently killed due to his own perverted nature or apathy.
And not just him.
The three other Supers i just mentioned that would be joining him aren't much better either.
Blazestone was originally a criminal, then got rehabilitated and became a hero, and then fell off the bandwagon and a became a criminal again.
Not only that, but I also heard that she may or may not be an arsonist.
Hypershock had an incredibly bad temper and often needed praise in order to calm him down.
So he's probably a narcissist as well.
He also was an alcoholic, which given his power of seismic wave generation, sounds like a recipe for disaster.
I wouldn't be surprised if he's gotten multiple people injured or even killed!
Not to mention how much property damage he's potentially caused.
And Psycwave......
Good God this woman.....
Psycwave has stated that she actively took over the minds of multiple guys before in order to have them go out with her, including the boyfriend of her BEST FRIEND!
And the fact that she looks back at this with a smile and chuckle is genuinely unhinged behavior.
If Jack is a textbook psychopath, then Psycwave is a textbook sociopath.
And given that she has no qualms about taking over the minds and bodies of others for her own personal gain, it really leads to the terrifying implications of what else she's done.
She could very well be the super-powered version of P. Diddy!
I'd like to imagine that thanks to these four clowns, the public opinion on Supers started to degrade.
And what Bob did was essentially the last straw, given that he was one of the most revered, respected and trusted of the Supers.
As a result of their attics and personalities, I could imagine that they all ended up become social pariahs among their fellow Supers.
And rightfully so.
I can also see Blazestone and Lucius having so really good back-and-forth during the confrontations.
Remember, they were once partners (and possibly a couple).
Blazestone lowkey wanting to get back together with Lucius, who has to keep reminding her that he's a married man now!
And lastly, I could see Jack serving as a good contrast to Bob.
Like Bob, Jack probably longed for The Glory Days as well.
However, their reasons why are very different.
As stated on his NSA File, one of Bob's powers besides mega strength and durability is the ability to sense imminent danger.
I was admittedly confused by this at first, but after seeing some retrospectives, I realized that it was essentially slightly more cracked-out Spider Sense, with Bob being able to detect danger in a pretty big radius.
This really contextualizes his mid-life crisis, as he basically has a natural stranger danger alert constantly going off in his head.
And despite having the power to do something about it, he legally couldn't.
No wonder why he was so miserable.
If I had something like that, I'd probably go insane.
As he seen in the office scene when the mugging was happening outside, the movie makes it clear that Bob genuinely wants to the help the guy getting mugged.
Overall, the reason why Bob wanted to be a hero again was because he genuinely loved helping those in need, similar to the two characters that inspired his creation: Superman and Captain America.
Whereas with Jack, he most definitely didn't care about helping the innocent.
He only really cared about the glory, the fame and the attention from the ladies.
Incredibles 3 could also showcase the past relationship between Bob and Jack.
It was shown in the Gazerbeam deleted scene, that they were close friends, alongside Lucius and the aforementioned Gazerbeam.
Which already sounds strange given everything we know about Jack.
But maybe once upon ago, Jack was a genuine hero.
But he let the fame, the glory and even his own power corrupt his mind.
As a result, his friendship with Bob, Lucius and Gazerbeam went down the drain.
And so did his reputation among the Supers.
And then eventually, the general public
I think the main theme of Incredibles 3 could be what it means to truly be a hero.
With Bob (along with his family and friends) representing what true heroes are like, whereas Jack and his gang don't.
And just to really drive it home, here's what I think Jack would look like.
He would still be wearing his old hero suit, which would be depicted as ragged and tattered.
Despite being in his mid-40s, he would look notably older than that (like he's in his mid-50s).
And he would balding with a horrible comb-over.
Essentially, whereas Bob (along with Helen and Lucius) look like aged legends, Jack would look like a washed-up has-been.

My idea on who I think would make the PERFECT villain for The Incredibles 3 (not that they're ever going to make one***, this could also just be a fanfic idea)
Tumblr media
***EDITOR'S NOTE: THIS WAS WRITTEN IN NOVEMBER 2023, NEARLY A YEAR BEFORE THEY ANNOUNCED INCREDIBLES 3, I WAS A FOOL FOR DOUBTING IT WOULD GET MADE
NaNoWriMo* (SECOND EDITOR'S NOTE: I didn't know NaNoWriMo was an organisation, I thought it was a Tumblr holiday :c) somehow dragged me kicking and screaming back into my The Incredibles hyperfixation that I haven't thought about since 2021. Drafting up a long Tumblr post in my Notes app for a few days totally counts, right? (Probably not but whatever, I am fukcing passionate about The Incredibles lore, I need to ramble)
So, the villains of The Incredibles and Incredibles 2 are both genius inventors with no superpowers who use their technology to fight the heroes. What if, for the third villain, they ditched that idea and had a villain who was a Super?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Who'd be able to fill that role? Would they invent an entirely new character who is a Super? It wouldn't be too farfetched of an idea, they did invent two new Super supervillains in Lego Incredibles, The Anchor Man and Brainfreezer, one with hydrokinesis and the other with.... functionally cryokinesis like Frozone except she controls ice cream.
But what if... the villain was an already existing Super? That already poses a problem, a majority of the Supers in the present day of The Incredibles are either dead from Syndrome's Omnidroid or an unfortunate cape snag. The only surviving Supers from the pre-Super Ban Glory days are Mr Incredible, Elastigirl and Frozone and possibly Fironic and Plasmabolt (and only because they never showed up in Syndrome's Operation KRONOS database.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Fironic is pretty ambiguous if he's still alive or not, but Plasmabolt for its practically a 100% chance of survival for a few reasons:
1. Her profile says she keeps her hero and civilian lives strictly separate, so she might have had no desire to go moonlighting as a hero like Mr Incredible did
2. She's a forest park ranger. She probably lives off-grid in a shack in the woods or something.
3. The way Psycwave, Everseer and Macroburst are killed one after the other, but Plasmabolt isn't counted with them. All four of these Supers were part of a superhero team called The Phantasmics. Mirage probably used their connection to find all of them, maybe Plasmabolt fell out of contact with her old friends.
Tumblr media
Plasmabolt herself might have been a good villain candidate, having lost faith in humanity after learning how the National Supers Agency failed to keep track of her old friends, of all the Supers, and didn't notice that Syndrome was picking them all off.
Buuuuuut she's not the one this post is about. There's another that would probably be an even better villain, mostly because she has a personal tie to one of the main characters.
Tumblr media
This is one of the features on the bonus disk of The Incredibles: a full set of character files and audio interviews of most of the Supers (except for Tradewind, Vectress, Blitzerman and Fironic. They didn't get profiles.)
It's listed in alphabetical order, featuring Apogee, Blazestone, Downburst, Dyna Guy, Elastigirl, Everseer, Frozone, Gamma Jack, Gazerbeam, Hypershock, Macroburst, Meta Man, Mr Incredible, Phylange, Plasmabolt, Psycwave, Stratogale, Splashdown, Stormicide, Thunderhead and Universal Man.
The one I want to draw attention to is this one.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Side note, it’s kinda frustrating that the only way to find images of most of these guys in colour is to look for random comic strips and the freaking Lego game of all things. I’m just gonna link this fan art too because I think it rocks and is probably the best image of her https://www.tumblr.com/pazam/183219465026/no-gadgets-no-gimmicks?source=share)
THIS, is Blazestone, the blorbo- I MEAN, the Super I think would make a great villain in a hypothetical third Incredibles movie. Or a Frozone spinoff movie. Either works.
I think she'd make a good villain for a number of reasons.
1. SHE'S ALREADY BEEN THE MAIN VILLAIN OF ANOTHER OFFICIAL THE INCREDIBLES STORY.
Let me highlight something important from her profile. "ARRESTED AND JAILED. RECRUITED BY NSA. WATCH CLOSELY TO ENSURE SHE OPERATES WITHIN NSA GUIDELINES"
That's right, Blazestone is actually a reformed criminal. This one little detail from her profile is a major plot point in the novel Elastigirl: A Real Stretch.
Tumblr media
She was paired with Universal Man as part of her rehabilitation. In the novel, they're constantly arguing, they constantly insult each other. Universal Man is an incredibly strict rule follower and tries to keep her in line. He thinks she'll never make it as a true Super if she doesn't follow the guidelines and acts recklessly ("THESE TWO WOULD BE GREAT IF THEY DON'T KILL EACH OTHER FIRST")
She hates being constantly monitored and forced into teams with other Supers and wishes they'd give her the freedom to do what she wants, as opposed to being constantly badgered into being a better person and following the guidelines
Eventually, Blazestone gets so sick of the National Supers Agency that snaps and decides that the only way she'll be able to do what she wants is to KILL ALL THE OTHER SUPERS SO THERE'S NO ONE TO STOP HER FROM TAKING OVER.
Tumblr media
In fact, her plan involves
1. Steal a shipment of the ZAP chemical (the novel's McGuffin, a radioactive chemical used as a superpower enhancer that has various effects depending on which Super it's used on. For most of them, it disables their powers entirely, for some it makes their powers malfunction and Apogee is the only Super who's powers are actually enhanced by it.)
2. Secretly recruiting all the criminals she jailed as her henchmen and breaks them out of jail on the day of the Super Appreciation Day celebrations. These henchmen are disguised as other Supers and blend in with all the other cosplayers entering the Costume Contest.
3. Attack the Supers Appreciation Day celebration at the pier. Trap EVERY SINGLE SUPER inside a band shell covered by a net that's coated ZAP which basically fucks up all of their powers. She then lifts the band shell off the ground and was heading towards the ocean to drop it in and drown them all.
Tumblr media
 (a few pages later)
Tumblr media
.... I'm serious, that's what actually happens in the climax.
Never mind the fact that she's touching the net covered in the chemical that needed to be handled with heavy gloves WITH HER BARE HANDS BECAUSE HER SUPERSUIT HAS SHORT SLEEVES in order to lift the band shell. ...And the fact that she has no super strength so shouldn't have been able to carry the weight of a structure and 20+ Supers.
Blazestone actually mentioned earlier in the novel that ZAP had no effect on her, and while the novel never mentions it, my theory is that Blazestone is the only other Super who's powers are enhanced by ZAP. Apogee was also powered up by ZAP... in small doses but being that close to the netting enhanced her powers too much so she couldn't assist in the climax without incinerating everyone with the power of the sun. Blazestone must have lied about ZAP not having an effect on her to eliminate her as a suspect for the theft of the ZAP.
ANYWAY, Blazestone went full supervillain and that's the last we heard of her until she showed up dead in Syndrome's Project KRONOS database. Between Supers Appreciation Day and the beginning of the Super Ban, she might have resumed her criminal activities and became part of Municiberg's Rogues Gallery.
As the Super Ban went into effect she might have been kept in a maximum security facility for a few years until she managed to break out into a world where Supers are in hiding. She might have used her powers to commit smaller robberies to survive, which might have been how Mirage tracked her down..
But wait, she's dead isn't she? So how could she possibly be the main villain of Incredibles 3 if she's dead?
2. SHE'S ONE OF THE FEW SUPERS WHO COULD HAVE PLAUSIBLY SURVIVED THE OMNIDROID BY FAKING HER DEATH.
She's the 6th Super to have been killed by Syndrome, and is probably the Super Syndrome tested the Omnidroid's fireproofing on, hence when it's immune to lava.
Except.... Blazestone could have been marked as "Terminated" when she really wasn't.
Tumblr media
But how, exactly? The model of Omnidroid that killed her was v.X2 (the highest being v.10) so it was a VERY early model. Too early to have all the little issues ironed out. Perhaps there was a flaw that Blazestone exploited that kept her alive.
There's also Blazestone's powerset.  She has a threat rating of 5.5, which sounds low until you realise that the highest is Gamma Jack with 7.9 Her powers are listed as pyrokinetic discharge, heat control, heat resistance, high agility and flight (by riding on heated air) which is pretty OP by itself but there's one power not listed on the file that Blazestone mentions having.
From the Bonus Disk Audio Interviews: (sped up because she was talking through the entire interview on 2x speed) "Wait what, do you want me to say the whole thing again? I thought I was completely clear, are you- Do you want me to go back again? The whole thing? I don't understand... (back to normal speed because she realised she wasn't in the dimension where people talk really fast, I guess?) "...OH, okay. *laughs* I am so sorry, I know what the problem is! I can't *laughs again* I keep on forgetting which dimension that I'm in! Wait, which... Which dimension am I in?"
From Lego Incredibles: "Wait, which dimension is this? Never mind, I’m sure I’ll find out soon enough.”
That's right, apparently Blazestone has the ability to warp herself to other dimensions. And this isn't an out of the blue thing that probably isn't canon either, Incredibles 2 shows off exactly how that power would function.
(Transcript from Incredibles 2)
Tumblr media
Escaping by warping to another dimension is a VEEEERY good method of hiding your own body.
Picture this: Blazestone is contacted by Mirage. She's told a lie about the Omnidroid, it's the government's secret project and how it's went rogue. She gets told they looked for her because she's the only Super who defected from the NSA, they need her specifically. If they approached any other Super they might contact the NSA and expose the secret project. So they need her because she won't tattle.
Blazestone goes to Nomanisan Island and is told to go to Room A113 to wait for instructions. She gets bored and hates being told what to do so goes to explore. She finds the lava waterfall and flies through, only to find Syndrome on his computer looking over his Operation KRONOS files. She realises that they lured her to die, that she's not the first one they called to destroy the robot, they lied to her and now she's trapped. She goes back to Room A113, and while they're unaware that she found out, she starts asking too many questions.
The Omnidroid x.V2 is sent after her. She's not fighting to disable it for a sum of money, she's fighting for her life. Blazestone is agile, she flies out of reach of the Omnidroid, and hurls fireballs at it as it has no methods of hitting her back. Until it learns to throw its own projectiles at her. It uproots trees, throws rocks etcetera. It gets an unlucky hit in and knocks her to the ground. Suddenly Blazestone realises that it's getting more accurate, it's predicting where she'll fly next. There's no winning against it. They're near the volcano at this point so Blazestone makes a beeline towards it, if she could just reach the lava....
She's inside the lava caves, she flies directly over the lava. She's heat resistant. She baits the Omnidroid into throwing one more boulder and allows herself to get knocked into the lava. She's entirely submerged. Syndrome is watching the fight through hidden cameras, waiting for her to emerge, but she doesn't. Syndrome makes a quip about how the lava must have been too hot for even Blazestone to handle and marks her down as terminated. In reality, Blazestone warped to the other dimension the second she went under, tricking them into thinking her body melted away in the lava.
As for how Syndrome didn't know about her dimensional warping power, the fact that it's not listed on her National Supers Agency file kinda feels like the NSA didn't believe she had that power. She's a former criminal who probably figured that she she'd defect from being a Superhero at some point. If she ended up in a jail cell, she could teleport out of it. If they knew she could teleport they might have found some way to neutralise that power before sending her to jail. So Blazestone kept it a secret in the even that she'd need to escape from some where.
So Blazestone lives and freaks out about her near death experience. Except... She draws the wrong conclusion about Syndrome. She doesn't know that the government is actually oblivious to the fact that Syndrome is developing a robot strong enough to fight Mr Incredible using Supers as test subjects. She thinks the government is hunting down Supers and killing them with the Omnidroid.
She goes cold turkey on crime in case the government finds her again, but after all that, a deep resentment and rage bubbles up inside of her.
Flashforward to after Incredibles 2, when the Super Ban is lifted and the National Supers Agency is re-established and is recruiting Supers again. The details of Project KRONOS are released to the public. Blazestone's rage boils over.
She hates that the National Supers Agency is up and running to control Supers again like how they suffocated her with their rules and trapped her in a dysfunctional partnership with Universal Man, she hates that ordinary people tried to wipe out Supers when THEY should be in charge.
Remember in Incredibles 2 when Evelyn mind controlled Mr Incredible, Elastigirl and Frozone and made them forced them to say something into the camera during the public broadcast before they hijacked the hydrofoil to make them look bad?
Tumblr media
Yeah, Blazestone ACTUALLY believes that.
As far as anyone is aware, Blazestone is dead. She might hide her face to make sure nobody figures out it's her. She could target the DevTech/Wannabe Supers (Voyd, Screech, He-Lectrix, Brick, Krushauer and Reflux) and shake their confidence in the Supers Agency or the public's faith in Supers, after all, the Supers Agency let all the old Supers die, they public turned on you years ago, who's to say they won't turn on you again? Look, there's already politicians who disagree with the Super Ban being lifted and want to put heavy restrictions on Super activity. I think she'd be after Voyd specifically because she's an anxiety ridden easily manipulated mess who is also potentially a threat. After all, Voyd's power is portals, and she can follow Blazestone when she dimensional warps...
Tumblr media
She rallies a bunch of other young Supers who felt betrayed by the government banning Supers, perhaps she even manipulates a grieving Plasmabolt who's still mourning her teammates' deaths into acting as a mole in the National Supers Agency. She wants Supers to be on top while all the puny normals get subjugated like they deserve.
Baaasically she becomes Pixar Magneto? ... I'm not 100% certain, I'm not all that familiar with X-Men? I just kinda know who he is from watching one movie years ago. I don't know, I suck at writing allegories, I just have the vague idea in my head and I dunno how to put it to paper properly. If I've said something bad or made a bad comparison, I'm sorry. I'm writing this section at 3am.
3. SHE HAS AN EMOTIONAL CONNECTION TO ONE OF THE MAIN CAST.
If The Incredibles was about Mr Incredible and Incredibles 2 was about Elastigirl, who's the third member of their trio who hasn't got a chance to be a protagonist yet? Let's bring up the profiles again, shall we?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Notice anything?
"ONCE PARTNERS WITH FROZONE. BUT RELATIONSHIP RAN HOT AND COLD."
"FORMER PARTNERS WITH BLAZESTONE (ROMANTICALLY?)"
OH SNAP THAT'S RIGHT, FROZONE AND BLAZESTONE USED TO BE PARTNERS. POSSIBLY ROMANTICALLY.
Tumblr media
Blazestone was partnered with Frozone first before the NSA shoved her into the Beta Force with Universal Man. This is purely headcanon, but I like to imagine the Frozone/Blazestone team was known as the Alpha Force because Beta comes after Alpha. The sentence "relationship ran hot and cold" aside from being a bad pun, kinda implies that at some point the fluctuation led to them having a huge falling out and splitting their team apart so the NSA could try again with Universal Man.
Tumblr media
I found this on Reddit's Tumblr sub and honestly, my thoughts exactly.
Imagine the DRAMA of Frozone finding out that his former "Enemies to lovers to enemies" partner who tried to drown him on Supers Appreciation Day that one time who he thought was dead is suddenly alive again and is currently leading a gang of Supers to attacking people. There could be a deep dive into what their partnership was like, how he reacted to her fall from grace and all the mixed feelings of seeing her alive again in the present day.
Maybe this could finally be the opportunity to show Honey on screen. I mean, she HAS a design now and an entire deleted scene that they cut out because it caused pacing issues
Tumblr media
Imagine Frozone lying battered and bruised on the ground from Blazestone fighting him, and Honey runs to his defence. Blazestone mocks her like "What could you possibly do to me? You're powerless!" and then Honey takes her completely by surprise by pulling out a metal baseball bat or some other mundane household weapon and beats the ever loving shit out of her.
Tumblr media
Another idea I had that doesn't really fit into any section is the idea of bringing the Deavor siblings back. Winston and Evelyn having a fractured relationship after the events of Incredibles 2. Winston visiting her in jail trying to understand why she'd risk their father's legacy and endangering DevTech by connecting it with the attempted mass murder with a boat. Evelyn snapping back that he never noticed how she was feeling as they grieved for their parent's deaths because he was too focused on thinking that they died because there was no Supers around anymore to save them.
Blazestone kidnapping both of them and forcing Evelyn, the one who hates Supers with her entire being to remake the Screenslaver technology by threatening to burn Winston to death if she doesnt comply. Why does Blazestone need the hypnosis tech? Because she's aware that some of the Supers she recruited might not be 100% loyal and wants to control their minds to keep them in line if she has to. Because she doesn't care at all about any of the other Supers, she just wants to use them for her own gain so that SHE can control the city. Plasmabolt is definitely going to be the one to betray Blazestone in the end. She realises that Everseer, Macroburst and Psycwave wouldn't have wanted her to harm innocent people to avenge their deaths, so she'd fight alongside The Incredibles family, the Wannabe Supers, and Frozone.
Aaaand that's all I have to say, it somehow took me three hours to move all this text from Google Docs to Tumblr and find accompanying images.
Hope you liked my probably badly written sequel idea

So people on Tiktok have recently discovered the Incredibles DVD extras which include interviews with all the deceased heroes. Most people have been talking about Gamma Jack who has been dubbed as basically Pixar's version of Homelander.
But tbh I'm way more interested in Psycwave who is quite literally Pixar's version of Kilgrave.

ok i’ve never posted on tumblr before but i need to talk about my hyperfixation before it kills me
THE INCREDIBLES
i could talk about syndrome for HOURS. he’s such a good villain and i think his death was a little out of nowhere. if he’s a huge genius (theorized that his genius could make him a super), then how could he slip up about the cape? i mean my defense for this was that he was in kind of a panicked state and wanted to get out of there ASAP and didn’t think ahead about the cape, the plane engine, and mr incredible throwing the car up at him.
but enough about his death, i want to talk about WHO 👏HE 👏 WAS 👏. So, recapping, he was in mr incredible’s fan club, known as his biggest fan. we don’t know much about him before then. he put on a persona of incrediboy and was trying to impress mr incredible so he could be his sidekick, but you know with him being (SEEMINGLY) non-super, mr incredible didn’t want to put a kid in danger. in my opinion, mr incredible told him no in the worst possible way. anyway, after this whole thing with the bomb and the train and yada yada, mr incredible turns buddy over to the police and tells them to let buddy’s mom know what he’s been doing. in the flashback scene later on, we only see him angrily taking down posters. what i want to know is if his parents like punished him or didn’t even care, or maybe his parents weren’t even there? anyway but we don’t get to see his descent into madness. well smart people are usually a little crazy and if he was able to create functioning rocket boots at TEN YEARS OLD, that’s pretty telling as to where his mind went. *cough* project kronos *cough cough*
he’s a serial killer in looser terms. killed like 20 supers. which is very grim to think about, while bob thought all heroes were in hiding, they were dead. and well there’s all this talk about the incredibles secret files and how gamma jack, psycwave and other supers deserved their deaths and that syndrome was really a hero for ending them, but i won’t be getting into all that now. syndrome was told no by his idol and then decided to kill off all supers to make himself one? well it could play a part that he experienced this at a young age, but it seems a bit far fetched. so the main thing you think is that he’s lost his mind right? well i have a theory
syndrome was paid by the government and politicians to end supers and clashing with his personal experience, caused him to get carried away. he said he got rich for making weapons for the government, but he never mentioned what the weapons were or what they were for.
what i wish is that we could’ve seen more of buddy. not syndrome, not incrediboy, but buddy. i would’ve loved some info on who he used to be. my favorite scenes in the movie is when syndrome interacts with anyone other than mr incredible (which i think was just mirage?) because he seems like he’s putting on extra an eeevillle mwahaha mask for him. that’s not me saying he’s not evil because HOOOO BOY IS HE, but like he’s a bit extra, which is understandable because he used to be his idol. also in the short jack jack attack, we see him show up at the incredible family’s home and he speaks to kari. he is so well composed and doesn’t have his mask on. is he good an manipulation and controlling his emotions or is he just a chill dude when it comes to normal civilians? he’s such an interesting character. i would love for him to make a comeback in the incredibles 3 with robotic and human jumbled parts (since he got caught in the plane engine). I KNOW HES PROBABLY DEAD BUT I JUST WANT TO BELIEVE 😭
also speaking of mirage i would love to know more about her background as well like WHY DID SHE TAKE THIS JOB IF SHE DIDNT AGREE WITH IT?? like she most likely knew that syndrome had been making droids to kill supers but didn’t outwardly speak out against it until mr incredible? it confuses me.
ok i think i got most of it out of my system. i dont even know who would wanna read this hunk of junk, but if you did, awesome sauce! have a wonderful day :3

Today's super of the day is Plasmabolt!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Plasmabolt is a super from the glory days whose powers include plasma wave emission and flight. She was a member of the Phantasmics alongside Everseer, Macroburst, Psycwave and Gazerbeam. She's one of the only glory days supers who wasn't targeted by Syndrome, and her current location is unknown.
Fun fact: Plasmabolt loved the outdoors and worked as a forest ranger!

Refurbishing The Magic Kingdom (Part 4): Tomorrowland
Now we've arrived at our fourth land, Tomorrowland!
The living vision of our potential future.
Tumblr media
youtube
Thanks to this refurbishment, this land would be split into two sub-areas.
The first sub-area is Cosmopolis, a futuristic metropolis.
There is where Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, Tomorrowland Speedway, Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover,TRON Lightcycle/Run, Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress, Cool Ship, The Lunching Pad, Tomorrowland Terrace, and Tomorrowland Launch Depot will be located.
Tomorrowland Speedway will be receiving a more futuristic theming, with the cars being modeled to look like hover-cars of the future.
This sub-area will also see the return of Stitch's Great Escape!
Tumblr media
Another returning attraction is The Timekeeper.
Tumblr media
However, in contrast to Stitch's Great Escape, this attraction has some notable changes.
Those being the voices and the film.
The Timekeeper is now voiced by Jim Meskimen, while 9-Eye is voiced by Jennifer Hale.
As for the film itself, it's quite different from the original, but there are some holdovers though.
9-Eye's journey through time starts with her being sent back to North America in the year 66,000,000 B.C., where she has a close encounter with a Tyrannosaurus Rex, leading to a brief chase through a prehistoric forest.
9-Eye's next destination is Europe in the year 35,000 B.C., where she come across a tribe of cavemen hunting a mammoth.
Soon after that, she ends in Egypt in the year 2484 B.C., witnessing the last stretch of construction of The Great Pyramids of Giza.
Next 9-Eye ends up in Rome in the year 50 A.D., where she gets to see a chariot race in action in The Circus Maximus.
Her next stop is The North Atlantic Ocean in the year 985 A.D., where she stumbles upon a Viking longship sailing through a nasty storm.
9-Eye then finds herself in Syria in the year 1271, where she witnesses The Krak des Chevaliers being overtaken The Mamluk Sultanate, fighting the forces of The Knights Hospitaller.
Her next stop ends up being England in the year 1360, where she finds herself in the middle of a jousting tournament.
She next ends up in Mexico in the year 1500, in the city of Tenochtitlan, where she gets to see an authentic Aztec ball game.
9-Eye then heads to Japan in the year 1590, where He finds herself in the middle of The Siege of Odawara, narrowly dodging samurai warriors.
Next she ends up on The Caribbean Sea in the year 1700, where on the shores of a tropical island, she witnesses a pirate duel.
Then she finds herself in Tombstone, Arizona in the year 1886, where she gets to see the daily life of the town.
After this point, the ride plays out the same as it originally did, with 9-Eye ending up in 1900 Paris, France and meeting the legendary author, Jules Verne, at The Exposition Universelle.
Cosmopolis will also see a new attraction in the form of The New Urbem Museum of Superheroes.
Tumblr media
youtube
Themed after The Incredibles, this attraction would be  a walk-through museum dedicated to Supers, commissioned and funded by Winston Deavor and designed by Edna Mode.
Here, you can encounter life-size replicas of various supers, along with information on them, including their backgrounds and powers.
Among the supers represented here include Apogee, Blazestone, Brick, Downburst, Dynaguy, Everseer, Fironic, Gamma Jack, Gazerbeam, He-Lectrix, Hypershock, Krushauer, Marcoburst, Meta-Man, Phylange, Plasmabolt, Psycwave, Reflux, Screech, Splashdown, Stormicide, Thunderhead, Universal Man, Voyd, and yes, The Incredibles and Frozone.
Another new attraction will actually be a classic one from Disneyland: The House of the Future.
Tumblr media
This Audio-Animatronic walk-through attraction will show guests what domestic life in the 22nd century could be like.
This would include a garage full of hover-cars, televisions that project holographs, special pills that can become full course meals with either a single drop of water or a special rehydration machine, staircases that act like escalators, bedrooms that can become whatever it's owner likes, a bathroom that's a borderline mini spa, and a patio with an anti-gravity grill and pool.
The only form of entertainment is also found here: DJ Daft Duck's Dance Party.
youtube
Here, here you can jam out to electronic tunes, all played by the aforementioned DJ Daft Duck.
These tunes come from the likes of Skrillex, Calvin Harris, The Chainsmokers, Zedd, Daft Punk, and many more!
The second sub-area is Space Port, an intergalactic space station.
There is where Astro Orbiter, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Space Mountain, Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies, Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe, The Buzz Lightyear Ship, and Star Traders will be located here.
This sub-area will also see the return of ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter.
Tumblr media
And lastly, there's another addition from Disneyland: Alien Pizza Planet.
Tumblr media
Themed around the restaurant of the same name from Toy Story, this establishment specializes in intergalactic-themed pizza and other speciality.
They've got Comet Cheese, Photon Pepperoni, Venus Veggie, Meteoroid Meat Lovers, Solar Supreme, Space-Ghetti and Meteor-Balls, Asteroid Chicken Alfredo, Count Down Chicken and Shrimp Fusilli, Centurion Caesar Salad, Green Alien Macarooooooons, and Compact Cannoli.

The flavors include Cataclysmic Cola, Celestial Cherry, Binary Blue Raspberry, Galactic Green Apple, Observatory Orange, Light Lemon, Geoid Grape, Solar Strawberry, Waxing Watermelon, Plasma Punch, Basin Banana, and Latitude Lime.
And finally for character greets; we've got The Sensational Six (who will all be in futuristic and intergalactic attire), Stitch, Lilo, Jumba, Pleakley, Gantu, Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie, Rex, Emperor Zurg, Sulley, Mike Wazowski, Randall Boggs, The Incredibles, Frozone, Syndrome, TRON, Baymax, WALL-E, The Timekeeper, and Wander.

Note
National Supers Agency - Supers audio files (The Incredibles DVD disc 2). Based on this video do you think some of these powers could translate well as quirks. Downburst for one seems like a prototype/downgrade of Overhaul so I think it'd work well as a minor quirk
For the sake of this, I'm sticking with the characters in the video and none from the actual movies, so no Frozone. Right off the bat, I'm telling you that Gamma Jack, Dynaguy, Downburst, Metaman, and Universal Man all can't work. Their abilites are either too varied or too powerful. You compare some of their powers to "Overhaul", but reshaping stuff doesn't even come close to total control over matter. Then we eliminate powers that are too similar. We've got "Hellflame" for Blastone, "Whirlwind" for Macroburst, "Vibrate" for Hypershock, and "Voice" for the The Phylange. From there, it's just matter of focusing on the main gimmicks of the other characters. Everseer: Eyeglass Gazerbeam: Shiner Plasmabolt: Ambiance Psycwave: Mindsweeper Splashdown: Waterlogged Stormicide: Iron Lung Stratogale: Exertion Thunderhead: Hydrometer

A magical forest teeming with wildlife and magical beings, a pristine lake, drama and intrigue, and a bustling small town main street, what else could you need to bring these characters to life in a magical town?
Shan Yu (Shan Yu, Mulan) - You’ve awoken into a new world, one that you refuse to admit confuses you. You were done wrong back in your day and you know what? You're still angry.
Philippa LaMarr “Psycwave” (Psycwave, The Incredibles) - Why should you be punished for being better than other people? And you ARE better. Stronger. More interesting. Why shouldn't your magic flourish and be allowed to stretch its legs because some people -- including your parents -- are afraid of how brilliant you are?
Abigail Gabble (Abigail, The Aristocats) - Murder mystery novels. Nancy Drew wanna be. When you have someone else exactly like you; it is easy to get lost. She’s pink, you’re blue, blue, blue. The family has lost their money but a mysterious clue has led you to believe that a fortune awaits you in Swynlake. Unravel the mystery and, maybe, find yourself within it.
Cruella De Vil (Cruella De Vil, 101 Dalmations) - The curl in your lips, the ice in your stare, all innocent children had better beware... you’ll stop at nothing to make your art, even if it means spilling a bit of Magick blood. It’s all in the name of fashion, darling.
Simon James Paladino “Gazerbeam” (Gazerbeam, The Incredibles 2) - If prison taught you one thing, it’s that the world isn’t FAIR to magicks like you! That’s why you linked up with MAFIA, determined to show the world that they shouldn’t step all over you. You’re practically living a real life comic book!.
Blitz Wagner “Krushauer” (Krushauer, The Incredibles 2) - The world isn’t so kind to people like you, so why should you be kind to it? Look you’re not a bad guy! You’ve just got some ideas for how things could be done…better. Namely, better for you and magicks like you.
