Metamorphose is the brand that consistently makes me feel the most confident, the cuts tend to flatter me and the usually generous back shirring (and arm elastic in this case!) leads to a very comfy coording experience. Short sleeve OPs in general are a must in the summertime, and add in that stretchy shoulder cuff, I'm in heaven.

mental health has been really bad, and physical health. ive been pretty checked out for months but i think its about to get worse. i will apologize in advance if im not as active, or my posts become darker, i try to limit the amount dark content on this blog. be mindful i am mentally ill and i do try my best.

please refrain from asking personal questions about me and silas's relationship, it makes me uncomfortable. he can answer as much as he wants on his blog but i don't really think it's appropriate to ask invasive things to us when you dont see the majority of our relationship.

please dont send dereality asks, or nsfw, even if its a joke, (ex the spongebob copypasta) they cause me alot of distress. mutuals please try to tag your posts/vents appropriately (most of you do, thank you).

like idk how to even cope with hurricane milton or put it into perspective rn…i'm not trying to fear monger and it is very likely that i WILL be safe (if not extremely miserable and suffering without power and the heat due to my disabilities) but like.

the roads are clogged. the supplies are empty. the hotels and airbnbs are all booked up. the flights have been price jacked and are also all full. people are being threatened with losing their jobs if they don't come into work and risk their lives over the next few days.

almost the entire state, over 90% of it is marked as at least "likely" to lose power. our governer is fucking around and refusing aid and playing with people's lives for political gain. evacuating isn't easy if you live in rural places, if you have pets, if you have disabilities…many people cannot get out even if they want to, even if they HAVE to.

and that's not to even touch on things like how incarcerated people are being treated, esp with how high of a population florida has with that like…we're cooked. we're toast. it's bad, and many people just do not have the time, resources, or money to get out of here even after the hurricane hits.

it's not that simple, and it likely never will be in my lifetime. i'm not even going to lie when i say that i've been reaching out to online friends all day to get my phone number into as many hands as possible and even going so far as to give trusted people my login information in the event that i do not survive this.

again, i will do my best to keep you guys updated during and after the storm, and panicking isn't going to help anyone anyhow...but my power is 100% going to be out for anywhere between 2 days and 2 months. wifi and cellular data might be gone for a while too; there's no way of knowing what's going to happen, so we all just gotta...do what we can and try to stay safe in the meantime without letting despair get to us.
