"Simple enough." Asmodeus replies, as he simply opens a portal that would jump from where he stood to Elfilin.

"Nice to meet you all! I gotta say, you know quite a colorful group of friends, Reyna." Elfilin says smiling.

"Wh...you're literally a rainbow rat, you got the most color here outta any of us. The fuck?" He says, confused by Elfilin's comment.

"Blitz, he didn't mean literally colorful. Although, you are all a rather unique set of colors compared to Elfilin in physical appearance, and personality at least." Reyna says giggling. "Either way, I'll be teaching Blitz and Fizz as normal today. Stolas, you'll be working with Elfilin. And, Asmodeus, since you're with us today, maybe you could join Elfilin's tutoring today?" She suggests.

"I'll admit, I'm curious as to what I could learn actually." He claims. "Alright, I'm down for that." He adds with a smile.

1. How do you feel about reblog karma?

Let me head this off by saying I follow this and/or ‘reblog from source,’ if my partners have it or some similar iteration in their rules. However, this is asking my opinion on the whole thing so… 

I don’t care for it, and I find it ridiculous.

At its core, I understand the sentiment. The idea inevitably came about by someone or someone's feeling neglected because people would reblog the meme from them, and not send in anything. Now, there are a number of reasons why someone might not get asks.

They could be shit at answering them, like myself. I love getting asks but compared to others I’m slow af with them. I’ve got prompt memes I’m still working on months later because I want to answer them but I just can’t get what’s in my head onto a Word document in a way I like.

The person reblogging the meme might just not want that interaction or be curious. That’s not a crime. I don’t know when this became a crime, but… it’s absolute nonsense.

You’re not mutuals. The rpc is a big place and people might stumble across your blog but choose not to interact, but they like the meme you found.

I know someone out there is like Oh Smaug, they can just reblog from source— I HATE THAT MORE THAN REBLOG KARMA.

Honestly, the list can just go on. People are people. But here’s a tidbit I remember back when I started years ago, I recall a few people complaining on dash that no one was sending in asks. They said everyone else was getting things but not them, then sometime after reblog karma appeared.

Reblog karma in my opinion, came from others’ insecurities that emerged by comparing themselves to others. It didn’t come from any polite notion, or a good place, and it doesn’t help the rpc. I think it pushes interactions away over fostering them.

4. which muse of yours is your all time favorite? if you stopped writing them: why?

Ah, my Queen, my love, my everything: Sylvanas Windrunner. A diabolical, hateful, vicious woman who valued nothing the living could offer her save their corpses for her army. Before Blizzard butchered her and her goals to try and twist her into a different type of villain. Urgh.

I *ahem* obviously don’t roleplay her anymore. But I adored her and her intricacies and motivations. She was a conniving bitch, and not to be trusted.

As for why I don’t roleplay her anymore; the WoW rpc was a small community and inactivity killed it. I also lost interest in WoW, the game’s story went in a weird, bleh direction and while that didn’t kill my love for Sylvanas… I didn’t want to roleplay in that universe anymore.

9. when you look at a new blog, what is it that makes you press the follow button? is it the muse, the aesthetics, the writing–?

It’s a trifecta. It’s important that the blog I’m about to follow has a muse I am genuinely interested in.

Next is rules. You can learn a lot about a person from their rules, and I use them to gauge if I’m going to get along with this person.

The final piece is their writing, and not so much grammar and spelling. Mistakes are normal and they don’t bother me. I’m actually looking for characterisation – does that character actually sound like themselves?

In the case of a multimuse, if I can’t find an example of writing for the muse I want to interact with – I’ll look at other characters if I recognise them and decide accordingly. If there’s not a single other muse I know well enough to judge, then chances are I won’t follow.

RpThreadTracker - A TLDR Guide

So, since my xKit Rewritten tldr guide went pretty well, I'm opting to do a little guide on something else that's really helped me keep track of threads, which is rpthreadtracker. This will just be a one-post psa/guide on how to use it and why I highly recommend it over other tracking methods. It works really well on mobile, too--hooray mobile users! I have done methods myself such as filling out a form every time I start a new thread, keeping a google doc, all that thing, and they all suffer from one key issue: I FORGET TO UPDATE WHEN I GET A REPLY OR NOTIFICATION.

What rpthreadtracker does is it takes out the middleman when it comes to Tumblr: notifications. No more relying on Tumblr's notifications/your replies getting lost in notifications. You will still have to be diligent for @ mentions for starters or the like, or threads you haven't added yet to the tracker; however, that is the ONLY time you will have to worry about it. Once you make your first reply, the tracker does all the work for you.

But wait--I run multiple blogs across multiple accounts! That's too many thread tracker accounts to track!

Well--in RPThreadTracker's case, sideblogs and main blogs are treated all the same. You make an account, and that's just your hub. This works for both multimuse and single-muse blogs, and can work if you have a mixture of both.

It's pretty simple to add characters. The character's full name goes in the first, you won't ever have to change the platform as it only works for Tumblr, and the character url identifier is your blog name.

Adding threads is just as simple:

You select the character from the dropdown (identified by both character name and blog name) to link that thread to that specific character. The title's just for you, I often pick memorable titles for it, usually something to do with the prompt if it was an ask, or the theme of it.

Post ID is where it gets a little more complex. When someone has answered your sent ask, this number needs to be the post ID of YOUR reply, not theirs. This is sort of where it gets a little hinky; you'll have to either draft that ask right away, or reply to it right away. I recommend drafting it, then filling out everything except the post ID in this section. What this will do is mark it as "awaiting starter" in your tracker (you can also do this for asks you've been sent and are in your drafts--just add all the necessary content minus the Post ID, and you'll know which ones you owe) and you can still track it until you update it.

Partner URL Identifier just allows you to filter away any notifications that are not of the partner you're writing with. For multi-person threads, this won't be useful, but if you find people tend to reblog your RP posts (or you don't care if they do), then you'll want to fill this out. This means that it'll only track when THAT partner reblogs your post, and no one else. This can be great if you post an open starter and a few people reply off the same post; you can have multiple tracks for different muns, and keep up with each interaction without having to have separate threads for them (you may want to, though).

Description and Tags are self-explanatory. I sometimes like to tag mine with the different memes, or when I start archiving threads, I'll mark them as Completed or Dropped so I can sort my archived threads (as I archive threads for a few months before untracking them in case the mun returns and does want to continue--I just no longer consider them 'active' threads).

Now--your dashboard:

This is a great, at-a-glance view of where you're sitting threadwise. This can tell you whether maybe you need to slow down on your threads, or whether you're doing okay. Yes, mine shows me at 95 active threads (with a few I need to add), but I only owe 6, so I know I've made pretty good headway on those. If you're someone who runs replies off the queue, that's also there too--I don't, so mine says 0, but sometimes I will use the "queued" function for drafts I know I have finished but just haven't posted yet, as I kind of enjoy spamming the dash with replies.

Not sure where to start on your replies? There's a function for that!

It picks from your reply list for you. You can just do that if you don't want to work through in any particular order, but just want to get a few out and don't know where to start. I personally don't use it because it's not my style, but for the indecisive, it can be great!

Finally, the sorting:

There are so many options for sorting, it's crazy. These options are available on the all threads, your turn, their turn, archived, and queued sections. You can sort by all of your characters, whoever posted last, the last date posted, and what partner's being tracked.

You can also look at your characters at a glance to see how much is going on with them, set certain characters to inactive, or see which of your characters is most popular:

As you can see, my Weiss and Salem are my most popular muses/have the most threads... but I've probably had them the longest in the most active verse of all my muses.

There are other things you can play with too, such as the public views tool, but that's an advanced tool that I'm not really going to cover. But hopefully, this will be helpful to yall!

One of the most ways to trash a character by a series that had a bit of an identity crisis in the writing department as the years went on. Additional note: (Part of an incredibly failed multimuse project (that Nepgear was the face of and part of as well for that matter after her blog flopped) and she never got to really experience light of day. I had only the idea of how I wished to portray the character and I still do, but at the same time, I have no idea if it would have earned me the most interactions, admittedly. All due to how passive she is.)

Varus - (League of Legends)

Additional note: (Me having a thing for characters with tragic stories of loss? Are doomed as if fittingly to pay for their sins and as a cost for the tools to live and revenge? He spoke to me way before Ragna. I knew how I wanted to write him, give him flair given his character, which other Champions I wished for him to interact with soon... I had a much clearer idea. But ultimately, also part of the doomed multimuse blog that never took off.)

Goomy - (Pokémon)

Additional note: (No gijinka, only small, sticky bby that I debatably would never allow to evolve and, of course, could talk. Best Dragon type line to ever exist don’t even @ me okay. It’s just... cute. The anime really made it stick out and I loved it. I always also have loved essentially weaker characters and creatures a lot, thus... It resonated with me greatly and idea of how I was going to go about him (yes, had decided on male for it). Again, multimuse failed, so he went away with it.)

Karol Capel - (Tales of Vesperia)

Additional note: (Weak that could be truly strong when overcoming his fears, and that resonated with me given how I consider myself a coward in real life. I also have a thing also for playing characters everyone finds annoying to make them look better when they should not be as disliked too. And once more, multimuse, gone with it, never found a place to remotely discover if I would have also wanted to play him at large either too.)

Elphelt Valentine - (Guilty Gear)

Additional note: (I don’t need to say anything, most of you knew her enough! Blog flopped hard and I couldn’t find the activity I desired. Why I played her? Just... bubbly sweet girl that didn’t want to act on her capability to be deadly as a Gear and only wished for happiness, I liked all that sugar with that depth I tried to give her. As of recent times, Tumblr locked me out and I could not log back in. I sort of took it as a message as to why I maybe shouldn’t try with secondary blogs to a big degree.)

The Masochistic Admiral/Commander/Master(?)/Doctor(?) - (Kantai Collection-Azur Lane (Maybe even Fate and Arknights???) )

Additional note: (So this is a nameless original Admiral/Commander character by the artist known as “Yamamoto Arifred” (look up on danbooru tags under Kantai Collection alongside). I absolutely fell in love with this guy. How I wish it was possible to play him further then I did, I revisit the art work every so often and every day I recall why I liked him so, so much. He’s just beyond amusing, wacky, outright insane and nonsensical in many good shapes and forms. But he only wants one thing: All under him to succeed and become the best they can be under his very questionable yet effective command. I could go on and on but this is already long enough. Standalone blog, flopped due to lack of activity.)

Thief (”Touzoku”) Arthur - (Million Arthur series)

Additional note: (Super unknown series, super unknown plot, I only met all the characters via the available and uncared for fighting game... And her backstory plus design gave me so many ideas I wanted to play around with as a thief wielding a goddamn Excalibur. Of the first characters I said I wanted to play on impulse alone, but who would have cared? Where could she have fit? It was the bigger discouraging thoughts. I have some icons still... But as always, the hesitation from impulse in itself.)

Hassan of the Serenity - (Fate Prototype/Fragments - Grand Order)

Additional note: (Best Assassin, best girl, only Servant that has brought me to tears in this extensive series, for the love of anything holy let her be happy I swear to God, everything about her cuts me so deep, I can’t deal with it every time I think about it ...I’m calm. But really. She touched me so, so deep. I was normally indifferent for so many years about Fate until I stumbled upon the Prototype duology, and subsequently, the Fragments side. After learning her origins and more, her wishes... I can’t state it enough. I am passionate about this girl. She deserves the world. And I would have loved to give her the best if I got to write her.)

Peri - (Fire Emblem Fates - Heroes)

Additional note: (What everyone sees as an annoying, questionable character and way more, I see as yet another pick for me with great potential to try and develop to be liked more by many, for she is not completely disposeable. I had ideas and wanted to take her further while still having her not lose the tendencies she has, because that would be breaking and disregarding character, but sadly, Peri never as much as left my constant thoughts then trying to privately sample around for myself, would have loved to, though. Very.)

Sigurd - (Fate Grand Order)

Additional note: (Amazing design, amazing voice... Literal definition of: “Do it for her”, loves his partner despite their fate... Incredibly underrated man. He is simply the best and I was interested in finding footing to play him, as he deserves to be noticed more for just being... Simply amazing. There is not much more to say than that, he is cool and that is final. Don’t even fight me on these cold, hard facts.)

OKAY. I’m sorry to keep posting stuff like this, but this is actually a super important update.

The TL;DR is I’m probably gonna be putting this blog on hiatus and moving Varian to a multi, but leaving this blog up in case I ever want to go back to it.

Now for the more long winded explanation ‘cause I’m sure y’all are going “BUT WHY?”

Right, so in my last blog update, I said that I was struggling with two problems. One is burnout, which comes and goes. But I’ve kind of been breaking through that issue a little bit thankfully.

And then there’s the other thing that happened. I went through what I’m calling a ‘fandom crisis’ for a little bit, where I was kind of bouncing between three different fandoms that wanted to become my main.

I was hoping to be able to evenly juggle them all, but my brain just doesn’t work that way. Eventually Ib won out over the other two, and now I’m kind of way back down in that hole again.

Because of that, my muse for Varian has gone WAY down. I haven’t lost his muse entirely, but he isn’t my priority anymore. I really didn’t want this to happen, but I have a history of switching main fandoms like this, so I knew it was probably gonna wind up happening eventually.

So, that leaves me in a spot where I need to decide what I want to do. I have high muse for the muses from Ib right now, specifically Garry and Mary. All of the Ib kids (+ a bunch of my other side muses) are on @bathedinobscurity​, but I’m having trouble getting that blog off of the ground because of how dead the fandoms are for the muses I have on that blog.

I think I might be able to get a little further with it if I could seek people out and follow them first, because I’ve found Ib fans in the strangest places before while doing that. (on my old Garry blog I followed a Gravity Falls blog and low and behold the mun was a fan of Ib! That was super fun.)

But that would require making my multimuse my main blog. Which is what I want to do, but if I did that without moving Varian over, I probably wouldn’t be active on him at all because I tend to stay logged into the blog I’m the most active on. (Hence why my old personal has been dead for a whole year LOL.)

So, I came to the consensus that what I should do is what I said I was gonna do in the TL;DR. Move Varian to the multi so that I still have easy access to him, put his single muse blog on hiatus, and pack my bags and move over to the multimuse for awhile. Maybe permanently, because then if I switch main fandoms AGAIN I won’t have to make an entirely new account.

I know you guys are probably gonna be super frustrated with me for doing this, and I’m so sorry. But it feels like the best option for me at the moment. I hope some of you at least follow me over when I move.

The url will be the same as my current multi, but it may be awhile before I finish setting it up because I’m gonna try and put a little more effort to it than I did the sideblog when I made it. That was highkey an impulse project when I still thought this blog was gonna be my priority.

MULTIMUSE QUESTIONS (accepting!)

3. is there a muse you never write, but want to write more?

HM YEAH PROBABLY, but generally I sort of lose muse for characters if I’m not able to write them frequently anyway?? LIKE FOR EXAMPLE I often want to write Raphael or Erik and I’ll get bursts of muse for them, but there’s nothing to really inspire me to come up with ideas for them or toss them at people. NOT IN A WEIRD “:/// why does no one interact with me!11!” WAY, more of a “bedlam sta/cks has no fandom and I have no interest in the XMCU fandom as a whole” way. Like I’m sure if I went to any of my writing partners like “hey can we write a thing with (muse) and whoever” someone would be down for it but that requires effort I just...don’t have the energy for ksfjsnfjn. Plus a lot of the time I have muse for specific things that I can’t actually write with Just Anyone, like I might want to write a character with specific characters from their canon, etc. SO. HANDWAVES. 

TLDR: YEAH I GENERALLY WANT TO WRITE MOST OF MY MUSES MORE but I don’t have much inspiration to do so and as much as I love crossovers and OCs, sometimes I really want to write within a muse’s canon and I cANNOT.

oh i have absolutely no limit skfjndfjk i literally made this blog so that i could write literally anyone on it at any given moment. i have muses i don’t bother listing on my muse pages because i write them so infrequently but like. there is No Limit.

13. what are some things you like about multis that solo blogs don’t offer? what about the other way around; are there things you like about solo blogs that you can’t apply to a multi?

tbh I think multi blogs just suit my current style of writing a lot better?? I mostly write with friends and it’s easier to just jump around with ideas etc, and also it keeps me from getting bored or losing interest and having to move blogs or whatever like I would with a single-muse. plus I like having multiple characters to both send to other people and to choose from their roster too; it makes it easier to give my friends attention even if I’m not feeling a particular muse of theirs that day or whatever. 

one thing i DO miss about single-muse blogs is that it’s so much easier to gain interactions with them. i’ve never managed to get my follower count* even to 100 on a multimuse, whereas my single muse blogs--even in tiny fandoms--could get to about 200, and those were active blogs. now my followers are like... pretty much just a handful of people on different blogs orrrr they’re inactive. 

*i’m using ‘follower count’ here as shorthand for ‘potential people to interact with’, it’s not a prestige thing fcKJFNFJG

5.  what are your criteria for adding new muses?

I think the biggest criterion is “Do I have time?” followed by “Will this muse leave me alone if I ignore him/her?” followed by “Yeah, but does he/she/they fit my Chaotic Goth Aesthetic(tm)?’ 

I really don’t consider whether there’s an active fandom to RP with or if my interpretation is “right” anymore. Admittedly, that’s made adding new muses/gaining new partners and interactions harder, but I can’t foresee myself changing how I do things any time soon.

9.  which of your muses do you find the most difficult to get down correctly?

Probably Gleb, which is why he’s been on the second-longest hiatus I’ve ever put a muse on. I have a lot of unpopular opinions about him, used to get hate anons and thirst anons on my old blog and like... it’s all kind of made me lose sight of my original vision. The only reason he’s on hiatus and not removed enitrely is because I want to workshop him over the summer, if I have the time or interest. 

17.  how often would you say you add new muses?

I update my activity list every two weeks or so, but I add new muses maybe every three months. I usually take these muses down if they don’t make it out of “testing” and onto the dash.

People never specifying which of my muses they want - or, if I give them a list, specifying someone not on the list. 

No one paying attention to my activity tabs. 

A non-specific URL. I am like, the best at URLs (I still have it, but my solo Rudyard was inthegroundontime which is AMAZING), but you wouldn’t know that because I went with a Ma.cBeth quote in case I stuck with my classic lit bent.

20.  which of your muses is the most responsive to crack interactions or dash fuckery?

LYNNA. Lynna. LyNnA!!! I wish I could explain to you just how vocal all of my muses are. I wish you knew that it’s a weird free-for-all when stuff happens on the dash. They all have opinions and comments and they are LOUD. They snark to each other. They snark about each other. They give each other (sometimes unsolicited) advice on each other’s ships. They form fanclubs and defense leagues for other people’s muses. It’s a wild time over here.

That said, Finnegan is usually the loudest because he’s my accidental right hand man. Don’t ask what that means, I couldn’t tell you if I tried.

What is one advice you wish you could give to multi muse blogs?

// There’s a lot I could say about this. As someone who went from a few kinda popular single muse blogs to… well, this, I’m not sure I even know how to make a good multimuse blog aha.

What I can say is… not everyone will want to RP with you, and those who may want to - you’ll have to take the first step and talk to them first. Since having many muses can be intimidating to some (or maybe they really just want to interact with one muse and don’t know how to ask, or maybe they’re scared you’ll clog their dash with fandoms they aren’t interested in…), it’s important to have a clear idea of which muse you want to throw at which mutual. It’s usually less stress-inducing for them since they won’t have to go through your muse list and since you know your muses best, you’ll usually have a better grasp of who can make the best plot with your fellow RPer’s own muse.

Speaking of muses list, try to make one that’s simple and fun to explore! The more characters you have, the harder it’ll be for others to find a muse they may like. That’s basically why my own Muses page is set up the way it is. It’s easier to look at a character’s pictures and maybe recognize someone or be interested in the dude’s design. I feel like this one page is the curriculum vitae of multimuses; it needs to be short, interesting, and that’s what will make others want to write with you.

Also, tags. Create a tag for each character you play + a mun tag. This makes it easier for you and your partners to find character-specific content, and if they don’t like a character you play (hey, it happens), they can block your one tag and be done with it.

Finally… having a multimuse means you’ll have to divide your time and attention between all of your characters.You won’t divide your time equally.Don’t feel bad about it lol.

An Open Letter to All My Past and Present RP Partners, Followers and Anyone Struggling to Make It In Current Tumblr RP Times

//I’m going to be open and honest here. This is not meant to attack anyone nor to hurt anyone’s feelings, but simply to make a statement, explain, and to reach out to those who may be feeling much the same that I have.

My own personal issues aside, I have not been present on this multimuse blog for some time. I started it with all the best intentions and dreams of being able to be organized, professional and HAVE FUN with writing these characters that I love. It went on to become a place that I didn’t enjoy coming on to, especially with my own troubles in real life. (Remember kids, BE NICE to people because you have NO IDEA what the person behind a tumblr or on the other end of a screen may be going through or dealing with at any given time. The same could be true even in real life, but our focus is on tumblr here.)

I started this blog as a means of keeping all of these characters that I truly love and absolutely adore writing for in one easy to access place. That way, I didn’t have to blog hop every 5 seconds and my partners didn’t have to be followed by 35 or more different blogs that were all just me. I could keep everything organized, breathe a sigh of relief, do what I love doing and just HAVE FUN. However, it didn’t end up that way for me and I know it’s something a lot of multimuse blogs face. You lose followers when you convert SIMPLY BECAUSE you’re a multi and not a single muse. You don’t get treated the same as single muse blogs either. You’re not considered a part of ANY of the fandoms from which you write JUST BECAUSE you’re a multi and not a single muse. Aside from OCs, multimuse blogs seem to have to work the hardest to be taken seriously, to get any follows, and to even be considered a VALID writer of ANY of the muses they play. 

Speaking as someone that once held a very popular blog for a very popular character and had around a thousand followers (follower count is by NO MEANS a show of your quality by the way, remember that) I started this multi and watched all of these old RP partners and followers drop me like I was nothing. I shrugged that off and went on with this blog anyways. Over the time span of over 2 years, this blog has been the HARDEST for me to keep RP partners or gain any followers. 

I am not leaving this blog due to a low follower count or lack of popularity. I tried many times to shrug it off and let the pressures and culture of the current Tumblr RP community effect me to the point that I began to feel more depression and worthlessness here than I ever had. I let it get to me when I shouldn’t have. Because, darlings, you should NEVER EVER let these things dictate what YOU want to do and what makes YOU comfortable. 

Because, in the end? You ARE valid. You ARE valued. You ARE a part of the fandoms that you write characters from. You are NO DIFFERENT from any of the single muse blogs for the same characters that you write out there. You, my friends, just have a lot of love to give for a lot of characters and you want to share that with others and you know what? That is TOTALLY okay. Isn’t that what RP is in the first place? We’re all here to write characters we love and tell more and bigger stories for them with other people who enjoy writing.

Realizing all of this, I decided that I wasn’t going to drop my multimuse blog completely. I had planned to just do what it seemed the Tumblr RP community preferred and create single muse blogs for all of these characters again. At first? It was fun, but when you get above 5 or so and start heading towards over 30? It’s not so fun. You start to get disorganized. Stressed. So I backed away.

So, here I am. Starting to recreate and rebuild my multi somewhere else so that I can pick back up from the beginning. I will no longer let the pressures, stresses and worries that I am not good enough consume me and put a damper on what I love to do. I have so very little free time and I would much rather spend it doing something that makes me HAPPY. Writing has always done that for me and being able to write characters that I love and have connections to just makes it that much better. Why limit myself because it seems others don’t like what I do? Why change what I am doing to please people that probably don’t matter in the end? You will still make friends. You will still have writing partners. Numbers are insignificant at the end of the day.

My only wish is that the stigma towards multimuse blogs will someday soon end in the Tumblr RP community. That myself and other multimuse blogs will become a part of their fandoms again and be recognized and valued just like all of the other single muse blogs. That we will not be looked at with some sort of disdain and avoided before we are even given a chance. That we can all come on here and be happy and have FUN doing what we love doing and share our nerdy and ridiculous love for this character or that with other like-minded people. 

Be kind to others. Treat others as you would wish to be treated. And most importantly, don’t give up on what makes you happy. 

Go for it. Create that multimuse. Write the characters you want. Tell the stories you want. Have FUN. Only YOU are in control of that.

Cyrus Zerrin has three kids, Cillian, Emi and Eli. Cillian is his by blood, after a few hookups with Ocean, another local to Galahd. He didn’t know about Cillian for several years though. Ocean kept him a secret, feeling like Cyrus wasn’t in a good place to be a father. After a few months of their relationship though, Cyrus ended it as he wanted to be a better person. He’d always been the bright-eyed, happy boy in town, and she missed seeing him like that. But the attack on Galahd took his happiness away. It wasn’t until her health was declining that she let Cyrus back into her life, and subsequently Cillian’s as well.

Cyrus of course felt deep regret that Ocean had to raise him for six years on her own, but he understood why she did that. He knew as well as anyone that right after Nyx and Libertus left, and he lost his sister and friends, that he wasn’t okay. He walked a dangerous path and too many times went down the wrong roads. So he doesn’t blame her for keeping Cillian from him, but it doesn’t make him regret his choices any less.

Cillian adjusted well, or as well as any six year old can be expected to. Ocean always spoke well of Cyrus, so Cillian had no problems with him. Their personalities were also more alike than anyone could have imagined. Physically Cillian took almost entirely after his mother, but his personality is a mirror of Cyrus. Always being kind, smiling, the epitome of sunshine. Even when darkness falls, when he’s nine, he maintains his smile.

His second child is a little girl, Emi, that he adopted just after the darkness fell and he went to Lestallum with Libertus. Emi is cute and sweet at first glance. She looks a little shy, but that’s expected from a four year old. What’s not so expected is how much trouble she gets into. Anything that she shouldn’t be getting into, she will find a way to get into. Rooms she shouldn’t be in, things she knows she shouldn’t be touching, whatever the case may be. She will get into trouble. That never changes as she grows up.

The third is Elias. He’s a close friend of Emi’s and when Cy takes in Emi she refuses to be parted from Elias. He’s a year older than her, but he’s the more timid one. He’s very unsure of himself as a young child, but as he grows up he gains more confidence. He’s a bit hotheaded, no doubt from growing up around Libertus, but he’s a good kid. He doesn’t mean to cause trouble- much unlike Emi.

Levi Valter is a husband, and a father of one little girl. Isabel is his eight year old daughter. She takes after her mother, being soft and sweet, but she’s always been a daddy’s girl regardless. She loves having him tell her bedtime stories, either made up, from story books, or real stories of his life. Her imagination runs wild, and he couldn’t be more proud. Levi loves her more than anything in the world, and he wants to treat her to anything she wants. He wants to be the parent to her that he never got.

Kanan has a very loose definition of family. He considers his crew his family, with Hera as his wife and the rest of them his children.

Zeb is older than him, technically speaking, but he still acts like a child. The 40 something year old Lasat goofs around and gets into trouble just as much as the 12 year old human on their crew act just the same.

Sabine is by far the most mature of the kids, but not without her own rebellious streak. That is what makes them stick together though, so Kanan doesn’t fault her for it. Just so long as she’s not painting anything that Hera will get upset about.

Ezra is the most like him, a young boy that’s lost and alone, and a fellow Jedi. Kanan could have let him go, never told him anything. But the Force didn’t allow that.

Finally Chopper even counts as one of the kids. Many people say he’s just a droid, that droids don’t count and are replaceable, but Kanan begs to differ.

Last of all is Jacen. The only of his kids that is by blood his family. Canonically he never knew Jacen, he died just before Hera found out she was pregnant. For the sake of this blog though, we ignore his death. As such, he did get to know Jacen, and he loves his son just as much as he loves the rest of the crew.

Non Canon Kiddos

Nyx Ulric. He’s not a man to have many kids, but across different verses he has many.

In a typical Before the Sunrise/Following the Moon verse he has one son. Elias. Rather than Libertus and Cyrus taking in both Emi and Eli, Nyx takes in Eli. It’s less stress on his best friends, and it keeps the kids close together. This happens after the darkness falls, and Nyx is based in Lestallum with Cyrus and Libertus. In this verse, Eli is the same kid that starts out very timid and grows into his confidence. The change is that rather than being hotheaded, he’s just reckless. Much like Nyx. There is also the variable of Nyx can be a single father, or he can be shipped with anyone still alive in the darkness, though traditionally he’s with @heartsurpluss’ Prompto.

Nyx with Luche. When shipped with Luche (specifically Jess‘ Looch) he has a daughter named Leila. Really the little girl belongs to Luche, she’s his biological daughter, but the mother isn’t in the picture. Nyx falls for Luche first, and meets her and falls just as in love with this tiny infant. He loves her so much. In canon, it’s rather tragic because she ends up an orphan, so we ignore canon. Before the Sunrise/Following the Moon though she gets her parents. Luche is horrifically scarred and has terrible self esteem, not thinking himself worthy of love or a family. Nyx does his best to combat that, not just because he loves Luche, but because he doesn’t want Leila growing up without her father. She needs a parent, and Nyx knows he won’t survive past the darkness, he knows she needs Luche.

Nyx with Prompto. Again, this is specific to Jess‘ portrayal. She has a verse for Prom where he had a daughter with Cindy. That daughter is named Anna. This is usually something that happens in a modern verse. Nyx is a middle school teacher and actually meets Anna before he meets Prom. She’s a little spitfire in his classroom, and he adores this kiddo. Then during a parent-teacher conference he meets Prompto and falls in love with him. Obviously it’s not an instant in love, but seeing this cute lil blonde single father stumble in is entirely too endearing.

Khal is semi canon, but not totally. Her main ship is with Spencer, a fandomless oc played by- you guessed it- Jess. Spencer is an ICU nurse when they meet, but shortly after that transfers to NICU. He spends 8 years there, being best friends with Khal, but never anything more. They’re dating in everything but title. Khal refuses to admit her feelings until one day, he comes home from the NICU with a baby, because the baby’s parents couldn’t keep him and Spencer refused to let go of him. That day Khal just broke and admitted to herself, and to him, how she feels. Because she wanted to be Rory’s mother.

Drautos is not the type one expects to see as a family man, or even a married man. He is business first and he’s always been like this. But a lesser known fact is that he does want a family. He wants the family he missed out on having from his home being destroyed when he was 12. Because of this, I have a lot of verses with Jess about how he becomes a parent. For context, Jess- as you can likely tell by now- is a multimuse. She rps a lot of characters, including: Luche, Pelna, Axis, and Tredd. With each of these is an option for Drautos to be a parent.

Drautos with Luche. Luche has Leila, this is a fact established while discussing Nyx. Drautos is interesting in the image of a perfect family, because he doesn’t know how to actually have a family. He doesn’t know how to be a parent. But slowly he does genuinely fall in love with Luche, and with Leila. He will do anything to protect them, and when Insomnia falls his highest priority is ensuring that Leila is safe.

Drautos with Axis. Shortly after Axis’ youngest is born the mother died. This left Axis alone, and struggling to care for three children. What good commander would just stand by and watch this struggle? Certainly not Drautos. He takes the chance in helping Axis, and in return gets a family.

Drautos with Pelna. Pelna is a tiny baby glaive, and Drautos maybe just likes showing off how powerful he is to the young glaive. The fact that Pelna has a toddler son named Danny only helps. It’s a fun game until he realizes he’s in too deep.

Drautos with Tredd. Tredd has no kids of his own, but he wants them, and he’s something like an uncle to Axis’ kids. So even if he’s not presently capable of providing Drautos with that image of a family that he wants, he could one day. Particularly if by some miracle (known as RP meta because fuck canon) Drautos and Tredd are the only ones that make it out they’re left with Axis’ kids, Luche’s daughter, and Pelna’s son. So suddenly they went from none, to six.

Pine is the one that I was basically just like, she’ll be a shrug emoji. Cause @bygonesin​ and I have discussed that yes, her and Argent will certainly have kids, we’ve never really talked about how many or who they are though. But both of them come from large families so it stands to reason they’d have a large family of their own.

What’s the worst role-playing experience you’ve had? and Your view on Mary/Gary sues? (I am curious about the Gary Stues one since I know Regulus is known as a huge Gary Stu so yeah)

What’s the worse role-playing experience you’ve had?

        God…the entire v//oltron fandom. Look I’ve been here since season one. That’s not an exaggeration–I actually joined right when season one was released (it’s how I met Leo and Onyx). Back then the fandom was really chill, I swear I’d never seen such a chill fandom. No one gave a single flying fuck and we were all just there for a good time. It was really nice.

        Then the age discourse happened and it was all just downhill from there. I was one of the people that shipped sh//eith (still do) and so was one of the people who got severely disturbing content in their submit box and almost daily was sent hate on how horrible I was. Honestly the fandom went from nice to toxic so fast it damn near gave me whiplash. 

          It’s why I’m so selective with who I follow now and why all my muses are here on the multimuse. I almost didn’t put them on this blog but there’s enough nice people still floating around that I’m willing to keep them here–but they’re not as much a priority. I tend to reply to their threads super slow because again–I just don’t like this fandom.

           Believe me, I wish I could just leave entirely but there’s enough muse left I just can’t cut ties all together–I’ve tried like 3 times.

Your view on mary/gary sues?

        Oh lord ok so I am well aware that I’m far harsher on oc’s than I should be, my own included. You guys don’t even get a quarter of my oc’s because they go through a heavy refining process before I feel it’s ok to post about them. I find it boring when your oc is just another overpowered person. 

        I’ll be honest–we all put pieces of ourselves in our muses–that’s unavoidable; that’s how writing works. But there’s such a thing as too far. I try to be nice though because we’ve all had that phase. For me, personally–it’s not that I think having them is bad it’s just I wouldn’t write with them. Often times having a poorly written oc is how you get better. 

          Can any of us say without a shadow of a doubt that we haven’t had at least one character in our time that was a mary/gary sue? I know I can’t say that–I had some really awful oc’s that I would never bring back. But that’s life, you learn and you grow–and you improve, it’s the natural course of things. 

          Personally? I don’t enjoy writing with them. I think being in the saint seiya we’re used to stupidly powerful muses and yes many of them could be considered mary/gary sues but at the same time you have to remember canon characters and protagonists are written the way they are for a reason. And might I mention literally all the gold saints basically kick the bucket in the canon timeline. 

            Not only that but many people in fandoms add depth to their canon muses that the shows/books/mangas/etc just could not–that’s what makes them so special. 

             So while no there’s nothing wrong with having a mary/gary sue muse…they’re still bland and not fun to write with. I mean what’s so great about another over-powered person in a series FULL of them? We’ve already seen these tropes a million times. Give me something new, something fresh! 

            At the end of the day we’re all here to have fun and enjoy roleplaying, however that is. For me mary/gary sues (and this applies strictly with oc’s for me because personally I don’t count canon characters in this trope!!) are boring to write with and honestly more frustrating than not. You SHOULD write them though, but don’t stop–keep changing them and working on them.

            The more you write and refine your muses (canon or not) the more depth they gain and the more fun they are to write with!

1! ♡    I really want to someday have absolutely pretty bright red color in my actual hair. So far I’ve been working with shop-buyable hair dye and my results are usually a really dark red, eventually I will try out using... I forgot the names but more professional stuff that I got recommended by people in a post a month or so ago; and if that still doesn’t work (and I somewhere somehow manage to actually get together the money needed for it) I’ll go to a hair-salon to get it

2! ♡     I really want to do cosplay (again) but I’m too unhappy about my body to actually do so

3! ♡     My best (and only) friend is someone that I’ve met online, and soon we’ll be knowing each other for 10 years - still only online! I plan to arrange us a meeting then, somewhere at the beginning of next year.

———  EXPERIENCE! ♡

PLATFORMS USED! ♡     I started with guestbooks, with my brother and a friend we had in school. Once that ended, I did stop RPing for a good while, until I then made a little thing in a forum I had created and managed to pull the online-friend I mentioned above into doing it with me. Eventually though, he grew tired or uninterested with it, and for a year or two I was stuck basically without anything like it again. Until then I finally faced tumblr (after learning of it a good time before that through a post I found through google on one absolutely amazing blog that I’ll never stop following [unless someday they decide to block me or something but we’re not mutuals so I doubt they even really know I’m there]), and found people here!

———  MUSE  PREFERENCE! ♡

GENDER! ♡     I think I tend to do more females - but I currently have 3/3 so I guess it’s equal! I can tell you that I strongly seem to prefer the race tamaranean though xD. (I do have some OCs that I’d also be interested in RPing as, that actually are NOT tamaranean, but I don’t think I’ll do them anytime soon so yeah - at the moment I’m pretty much a tamaranean hub or something.)

LEAST FAVOURITE FACE(S)! ♡   I’m actually not really into FCs much, so I have neither favourites nor least-liked ones!

MULTI OR SINGLE! ♡     I think I prefer single-muse, it feels less confusing and easier to make tags for and everything (for me). I guess that is also why instead of making my blog a multimuse, I went with having sideblogs! But I definitely don’t mind multi-muse blogs as interaction partners.

FLUFF / ANGST / SMUT! ♡    Well I don’t do smut, but the other two are fine with me, so I can’t really choose! I do think most of my threads somehow turn out to be rather in the fluff area though.

PLOT / MEMES! ♡   Both are fine with me! I reblog a meme pretty much everyday on all of my blogs (except Galfore, it’s more like ‘1 every 2 weeks’ there but that’s because I don’t quite know how to well place him onto Earth too frequently), and I answer all asks I get, but it’s also cool if we plot something before we get started!

is there a muse that you wish gets more attention?

     meechi. tbqh, most of my muses get pretty good attention. in general, i think most of the fault lies with me. however, if i could give an answer, any muse that isn’t scott is actually really appreciated. bonus points if they’re one of the ocs! i love it when people ask me questions or send things to me about them! it really does just make my day. i’m afraid though that, like most of my muses, i myself am pretty mercurial and would probably say something like ‘luck!’ to this question given how chatty he is with me at the moment. however, he’s been getting a good amount of attention from me and a few others when i barely pay heed to most of the ones on this blog. scott’s the only one truly fleshed out to the max at this point, so any question about literally anyone else would be appreciated on my end! 

why were you drawn to each one of your characters?

     meechi. unless they’re my ocs, i don’t quite know if i have a straight enough answer for this question ( mainly cause i have a pretty good variety and a type of muse that’s difficult to pin down ). hugo, who’s technically the OLDEST muse i have on this blog, was my introduction to the bsd rpc and who some of the older members may know me the most for. she tends to come and go as she pleases, but for the most part, she was based off one of my favorite authors who played a BIG influence on my writing. nick was inspired due to an idea te ( over at @angcay ) had about classic novel characters being portrayed similarly as their author counterparts, and it just went off from there. characters like scott and higuchi ( she’s not on here, unfortunately ) were simply RARE or NONEXISTENT at the time i had picked them up, and i thought they could use the love/appreciation that some of the more popular characters were getting. shamrock from servamp and luck from baccano! were picked up because i thought they’d be pretty interesting to write ( from an introspective point of view ), and there are some characters like hugh and miria who i just simply ADORE in canon material. my reasons vary just as much as my muse types, so it’s a tad hard to pin down WHY i pick up certain characters lmao.

do your muses get along with each other?

     meechi. hAHA, no. scott’s the loudest and the most argumentative out of all my muses ; he tends to get really aggressive with some, especially if they get even so much as more attention than him. most of the time, the quieter muses who don’t really care tend to just roll their eyes and let him do whatever, but i do get the occasional new muse that refuse to take his shit and fight back. victor and scott argue incessantly if i let them so much as share a single word with each other ( it’s more comedic than anything else, and can raise some interesting discussion ). karashin and scott tend to be more friendly competition, given that they’re both businessmen and karashin’s not much of a fighter in the first place. luck and scott get along like a cat and a dog, ones that continuously like to maul at each other. most of my other muses just straight up IGNORE scott. jay and nick have to deal with him on a daily basis, though, so most of the they’re just exasperated at him. miria’s the ONLY muse that can get scott to shut up just by asking to speak, and that’s merely cause he’s amused by her and isaac’s general antics ( though i do get the occasional exasperated luck who feels ever so the need to correct miria, only to decide it isn’t worth it and give up ). teruko refuses to deal with ANYONE period, and most are pretty sure she’d stab them if they get too close. really, my muses are just one dysfunctional family with that one cousin no one likes and they ALL have to put up with him ( along with their OWN problems ).
